Additionally, Blue Kohl's Cash in the amount of $7.50 was issued, via email, with a redemption period of 30 days. For the item to be replaced, a new order would have to be submitted. If the item proves to be more expensive we are more than happy to adjust the price to what was originally paid on the initial order. We apologize for the missing item. A full refund to the original method of tender has been completed and will be appear on the customer's end in an average of two weeks.

We apologize for the disappointment. On February 12, we refunded the full Kohls.com order ending in 5966, in the amount of $23.96, which will post in an average of seven days to the VISA card ending in 4386.

We are unable to locate an order or details regarding his concern. We advise the customer reply with the order number or e-mail address listed on the order so that we can research this concern further.

This did not resolve anything. It was just an automated message of their return policy. No apology for the fact that I was called blind they did not even acknowledge it. Very poor understanding of the situation, and no sympathy towards that at all. I will return the item and cancel my account, because I refuse to do business with crooks and people who treat their customers like dirt, and going as far as making discriminating statements. I see now that my business here isn't needed. And there was also no acknowledgement of the cover pictures being changed. Very disappointed.
