I was told that a deductible reimbursement for a collision I was involved in would be processed within days of the repairs to my vehicleUpon further contact to my agent he informed me that this was not the case and that I would in fact be waiting for an extended period of time to be reimbursed, The misrepresentation from my agent and a second agent was disgustingI would have not submitted the deductible payment for such a large amount of money if I knew that it was going to be some time before I was reimbursedI was lied to and patronized by State Farm's customer service and I am thoroughly convinced that this company is not ethical nor does its loyalties lye with their customersI have been a State Farm agent for some time as have many of my family membersOne would think that such a large corporation that relies on people like me would have a much better moral compassI am now forced to wait in limbo as my funds are in a pending state which is a situation that I was not aware

I cancelled my insurance policy (car and renters) in Oct I received subsequent bills all of differing amounts I called the office and paid what they said at the time was my remaining balance I subsequently received more bills all for differing amounts I called the office 2ce to verify that my policy was cancelled and I had no remaining balance They confirmed that all was fine Then I received an email on 1/10/saying I had an outstanding balance and I needed to pay or it would be sent to collections This is so unprofessional and unnecessary I had called previously and none of the bills I received were consistent I called to talk about the email and all they would say is either I had to pay in again or my bill would be sent to collection Totally unacceptable I don't even have proof that what I had to pay today is a cost I incurred!
