Change my Auto Insurance policy on 4/26/and my new billing started 4/28/I informed my agent I could wait the two days to pick up my new car so I didn't get any crazy fees.My agent said it would only be about $to $dollars because it was only for two daysState Farm ended up charging me $for two days of coverageMy policy is for $a monthI was on the phone for over two hours and no one at State Farm could tell me what the &charge was fromFinally a complaint agent talked to me and all he could say was it was a policy change charge

Agent, Scott Rivers has refused to issue a compensation/refund check for a claim that should have been resolved over already as stated by State Farms
On Aug.- Sept., 2017, in which the insured party was declared 100% responsible for the repair/total of my vehicle

The claim process is seemingly unprofessional, they have provided inconsistent information, delayed payments and refuse to answer questionsAfter the work was completed they took five days to review the estimate and release the checkMy adjuster refused to answer calls, Pertinent questions concerning loss of use and depreciation State Farm adjuster requested that I reach out to contractors and involved insurance companies to obtain information rather than reach out to them themselves

I obtained insurance from State Farm in March
The auto policy covered myself (Jeep) and my son (Volvo) and both of our autos, total cost was @ $for one policy, which I would be billed for monthlyI paid this amount on a month to month basis (did not sign up for recurring payment) in March and in April
Several weeks later I was contacted in order for State Farm to get my son?s DL information which I had already provided

I contacted State Farm in regards to my bill, due to not being notified of a rate increaseI was advised of the following reasons:
- State Farm had listed my son as an owner of the Volvo, not a driverInsurance was increased once information was changed which I was not advised of

My truck has caused catastrophic engine failure after Hurricane Harvey they sent my truck to a shop to have it inspected had to pay $2,for Diagnostics just to determine that there was more trouble in the lower part of the motor and it would be another to $5,to Diagnostics to see if the water caused the damage all of which I am liable for no way for me to pay the four or $5,to have it diagnosed so I am stuck with a truck that will not work because of a flood and still owe money on it and owe a shop an extra Grand on top of it for a half of a diagnostics for the insurance company truck still not covered because I won't pay the extra to have the rest diagnost to see if it's the water

WORST NEIGHBOR EVER!! I have been with state farm insurance with many years on my auto and two of my grandchildren in then add my home in and in someone broke into our barn and stole 3,worth of things and then in April of this year a a tornado hit us and the insurance adjuster came out and put in an estimated 50,in damage now they are cancelling my home owners insurance because of the claims I feel that isn't right because we didn't ask for either to happen both of them were out of our control especially the tornado, we couldn't not prevent that in any way I am on a fixed income and my ex- husband which I live with has under social security I understand that 50,is a lot of money to pay out but it took it all to repair the damages, they said claims in years is a higher frequency than presented by the higher Kentucky policy holderAgain I feel this is unfair to us because it was something that we didn't ask for

On Feb 22, we received a letter from State Farm about them deciding not to renew our policy my car ends in April and my wifes in July On account we have renters insurance as wellWell the whole reason states because of an accident in nov and aug 2017, of which either were our faultAnd the last one we did not even go through insurance to fix the car we simply called them to notify of the accident and didn't even use our policy because the damages cost less than our deductibleWe have been customers for over years maybe longer and to just drop someone who has been a loyal customer for that number of years is very unprofessional and unfair practiceWe pay every month have never missed payments and to get treated like this is very sadI contacted my local agent who put in a an appeal to keep us as a customer and they still denied it We need some sort of explanation and resolution

State Farm is a horrible company to be insured with We were with them for over years and after I got into a car wreck they kicked us off of their policy for having to pay for the damage Their claims department took over a month to process the claim and then fought us when it came time to pay the bank*** *** is nice to your face and will tell you that he will help but then he won't and claims that it's policy and he can't help

They decided not to pursue subrogation on an accident my wife was not at fault for (witness statement and police incident statement) Claimed they didn't pursue because no witness and no police report! Raised my rates and claimed that my new address in Menifee (Built 2013) cost more to cover than old in Hemet (Built - it was the ghetto!) State Farm is very deceitful and I am switching I wish I would have done this a long time ago

I received early this year a letter stating that my insurance policy is cancelledI have been with this company for yearsI had an accident this year and they decide to cancel my insurance without enough timeI wanted to talk to them and understand what is the reason but they never answer the phone
