Agent continually charges my credit card for someone else's billing without authorizationThey have been able to do so by saving my card information to someone else's account for reoccuring charges, when it was only authorized for one time usageThey have been pushing the charge through by using the original authorization number from my card company
They have done this twice even though I have replaced my card twiceThe 1st time the security code was changed and the second time the entire account number was changed
State Farm has disregarded the dispute placed my card holder and has continued to find ways to push charges through

I have been a customer with Carol Jones State Farm for approximately 3+ years In 2016, due to an accident of my second car my insurance monthly rates went from $per month to a month and periodically continues to go up with this month rate being $The large insurance amount started in early when I applied for home insurance along with my auto insurance I was quoted a price of $for both, but was declined for homeowner insurance, however, the amount was never adjusted downward for just auto coverage I called Ms Jones and spoke to either her or her associates on several occasions regarding the large payment required to keep coverage for my auto and was told that this amount was correct and could not be adjusted I recently (this month) requested that she rerun my credit report in order to get me a better rate but the amount came down from $a month to $a month

Our state farm agent wanted us to add a person with a learners permit on our insurance policy they told us if we didn’t they would cancel our policy So they did then a month and a half later they decided to reinstate the policy but turned around and charged us for the month and a half that THEY cancelled the policyAs a customer I feel that if you cancelled my policy for an invalid reason (because as far as I’m concerned you don’t have to have your own insurance with a learners permit in the state of Texas) and told me it was cancelled and had no coverageHow can you then turn around a month and a half later and charge me telling me I did have coverage? I adamantly believe that if I would have gotten in a wreck during that time they wouldn’t have covered my accidentI tried to contact customer service and file a complaint on my agent but they told me they could do nothing for me to call my insurance agentI wondered why they even give you the option to file a complaint against the agent if they don’t care and then just turn around and make you talk to the same agent that caused you the frustration in the first placeI am now changing insurance agencies
