I have a mutual fund with Statefarm Insurance that I have had for yearsRecently after logging in I saw my balance was I read a bit on the page and saw the fund had been transferred to another company without my knowledgeI look on the contact portion of the website and see that for Mutual funds to call local agentI proceeded to find one and messaged them with no response days later
In October I cut off the monthly payments I had drafting from my bank account to the statefarm Roth IRA to resume in JanuaryWell this month after this unknown company took over my funds they drafted unauthorized from my bank account

I would give State Farm stars if I could A week ago my husband hit a massive pot hole with our year old car We took the car to the dealer to find out both wheel rims on the right side are dented due to the pot hole and the bearings are bent We have made claims with our city and the state DOT for the pot holes We called our agent, who informed us that the car would be covered with our comprehensive coverageGreat We started a claim, told them we wanted to dealer to do the repairs They sent out an claims adjuster to review the car State Farm will not authorize new wheels, only reburbished rims WTH....the car is less than three years old and they cannot guarantee the "reburbished" rims don't have more than 29k miles on them or why they are "reburbished" The total cost difference....for OEM and non-OEM rims...$ I have cars (will be adding another car in March to bring the total to cars), one house and our life insurance through State Farm We will be changing insurance companies by the end of the week and switching all of our policies Why pay higher premiums for a company that refuses to make my car at same level I had it Also, the entire process has been awful with only emails for notification I have been with State Farm since when I turned 16...but this is an end of that I should have left when I heard horror stories from other people

In October of last year, I used a state farm bank credit card to transfer a balance from a furniture store account At the time, I was under the understanding that the entire balance had been transferred In September of this year, I started receiving calls from the furniture company (nearly a year later) stating that I owe nearly $2300?? State Farm has been the a nightmare to deal with They treat their own customers as the enemy and talk to you as if you're a liar and thief I have never experienced such horrible treatment by any company that I pay! Initially it was the Auto company that I've had unpleasant experiences with; however since the State Farm transition and moving to Dallas, Atlanta, and Phoenix; the Fire company is now just as bad as Auto The Claim handlers do not listen to you; they speak to you horribly; and they already have made up in their mind how they will handle your claim without even allowing you to speak I've had different claim handlers on a month old claim and when I spoke with a manager and challenged her with valid points; she just became silent with nothing to say I always thought of State Farm as being the top dog; but I guess from looking at their $billion lost last year that I am not the only person whose had enough of their mistreatment and mishandling of their customer claims I would encourage anyone who has them to please look elsewhere for a company that still appreciates and values their customers
