I filed a Home insurance claim, I was told by my agents office that the first claim would not go on my claims recordsAlso she did state that if I didn’t accept payment it would be like if the claim was never openedI later received a call from my agent after opening the claim that the info was incorrectNow I’m stuck with a claim on my recordI never took payment from Statefarm

I would like to know Why Statefarm can check my credit times withen days ? Just because I have multiple cars ??? that is no reason !!!!!! My credit dose not change in 30daysAnd please tell me Why you only check the oldest person on policy , this is DISCRIMINATING when I'm not the principally driver on any of our policy's When you ask the answers are not the same from aggent and the corpoffice I have had Insurance with Statefarm from the time I was yrs old I have vehicle's with them ,so this means they can check it for all 3vehicle's every 6mo WHY ???????? credit does not change that fast !!!!! They should be able to put it on file

on April 18th, my policy with State Farm was cancelled and I bought another Policy from All State Insurance companyState Farm was notified by my new insurance agent from All State and I supposed to receive the refund of my paid monthHowever, they continue to bill me each month up to JulyAfter multiple calls and emails they finally stopped to bill me( the auto debit was cancelled)I was promised that I will get my money back for all those months I was billed forHowever, already months since cancellation date I received nothing from themThey stole my money I was trying to reach the agent Greg Tartaglia, he told me that he submitted all required documents for refundso as I understand, the problem is with head office who is not willing to refund the money

It took over months for State Farm to settle our claim! They were awful about collecting the information that was needed from the repair shopI was constantly having to be the go-between State Farm and the repair shop

I had state farm for years got away from them when my son had a accident went back to them this last June they where worse then every nobody could get the amount for us to pay our agents help went to rehab messed every body's account up and we just got away from them again thus month febdiffernt prices to pay every month there people taken drugs going to rehab the place was the worse they realy are bad people the rait I give then is the worst they got major issues they try to help you and it never gets worked out but every month your payment changes back and forth no refunds just o sorry state farm is totaly differnt then years ago I'm out and will never ever go back to them never met the main agant said that he would call us never ever called or Sean him hate state farm realy a bad car insurance company rip off
