Do not be fooled by their lovely website - they are nothing more than a scam. If like me, you have been ripped off by these people, call your credit card company immediately and dispute the shipping charges. I used Groupon to purchase my item and Groupon quickly refunded my money - it's clear that Groupon has received MULTIPLE complaints and is conducting their own investigation. Further, this company went so far as to create a shipping label with the USPS in order to generate a tracking number to send me. After being unable to track the package and not having received it within 2 weeks of supposed shipping, I went directly to my local post office. It was a slow day and the post master dug deep into his computer system and informed me that the shipping label (which generated the tracking number) was cancelled the SAME day it was created. Morgann Hill had no intention of shipping anything to me. The people running this business are not incompetent, they are thieves. I hope the local authorities get involved and these people are forced to live the consequences of their unethical, amoral, disgraceful behavior.

I placed an order SEPTEMBER 10, 2014 for a Christmas Gift. As of Jan 28, 2015 almost 5 months later I have STILL not received my product. I have called/emailed numerous times and always a response, of your product is shipping in 5-7 days. This is the poorest/no customer service I have experienced in a very long time. These people should not be in business if they can not produce an ordered product in 5 months.

I placed an order via Groupon from this business. The products looked wonderful. I ordered a cork keeper on December 2nd. It is now January 11th, and I still have not received my item. The company does not respond to customer emails regarding their orders. I sent about 5 or 6. I actually had to contact someone via Etsy to get her to have someone to email me back. Once they finally did, they told me they would have my order out the week of December 29th. Once it did not come, I emailed again and they told me they don't know why anyone would tell me that, it wasn't coming and they had no ETA.
They also don't have phone support. I've since done research to find many people have complained to Revdex.com, and they have a facebook page which customers complain about their same experiences as mine.
I finally contacted Groupon, and they gave me my money back. They don't care about their customers. Don't even bother with this company.

Order a cork keeper through them in Nov. with a groupon. Emailed them several times, they have no phone number or other way to get in contact with them. Never got the product I ordered. Got a generic email response saying someone will contact me in 24 hours. Never happened. Emailed them several times with same generic response.

I placed an order on Jan 6th 2016 which was the second order I placed with this company. I had so much trouble getting my first item & didn't get a resolution until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. I again have tried emailing this company to see why my order still says waiting fulfillment &...

when I would recieve it but again have gotten no response. I am appalled at the horrible lack of customer service or even basic business practices that are clearly lacking!!I want my order filled & shipped ASAP!

Delivery takes forever and they don't respond to customer service emails,
Plus they don't have a phone number you can call for answers. Not Happy. I just pray I get my order in time for Christmas

Do not order from this company. They do not give a [redacted] about good customer service or product. I ordered several times and were promised delivery before Xmas. They were not. I emailed them five times the week and a half before the holiday and they finally responded the day before the holiday changing their story (not their website states they will respond in 24 hours). They offered zero apology for their horrific customer service or a refund on products or shipping. Do not order from them them!!!
I looked up more about the company and there are TONS more siwhymilar complaints and reports of horrible products once the items do arrive months and months later.

I placed an order on October 1, 2014 for a personalized monogram wall hanging. I never received a confirmation email from the company. I emailed on November 3, without a response. I submitted a ticket via their website on November 10, and received the following response on November 12..."Thanks so much - your order is nearing completion & will be shipping within the next 7-15 business days.
Thanks so much again!"
On November 11 (a day earlier), I received a shipment email..."Thank you so much for your order from MorgannHillDesigns.com We are pleased to let you know your purchase [redacted] has been shipped via USPS, USPS First Class Mail on 11/11/2014. You can track your package at any time using the link below."
On November 26, I checked the shipping status of my order, and found that it was still in the pre-shipment phase. I emailed the company on the 26th and did not receive an email back. I created another ticket on their website and they sent a generic response back..."Thanks so much for placing an order with us. As long as you received a confirmation email rest assured we have your order in queue and it will be created \& shipped within our lead time. If you have questions about your purchase, perhaps our help page can be of assistance."
I checked their Facebook page this week and saw that there were a lot of issues with the shipment of their products. I checked the Facebook page again on December 2, and all of the posts about the product issues had been deleted. I am very upset with the way that this company has handled the situation.

This company is HORRIBLE. Ordered a sign through Living Social in May 2015, didn't receive it until OCTOBER 2015, and it was spelled wrong. Emailed the company on 10/12/15 and was told a new corrected sign would be shipped right out. Its now been 7 months, no new sign, three emails and each time a simple :Im sorry, we will send you a corrected sign." No sign. And today my account has been suspended, so they chose to no longer hear from me. SHADY SHADY SHADY.

Please save yourself significant amounts of time and do not do business with this company.
I purchased a great deal, or what I thought was a great deal from groupon at the start of Nov 2015, in the groupin it stated that orders that needed to arrive by Christmas needed to be completed by Nov 24th. I completed my order on Nov 9th. On Nov 20 I emailed the company to ask about an update on my package, the quickly responded and said it was "in production", since then I have emailed them 5 additional times with no response. My product was suppose to be here no later than Dec 9th, it is now Dec 18th and still no communication. They have a customer cr, but don't bother its disconnected and has been since the start. Groupon is trying to resolve this for me, but unfortunately it has cost me a ton of money. I had to go through another company last minute for personalized cutting boards, what was suppose to cost me 70 bucks for 2 ended up costing me over 300 due to rush and shipping. This is infuriating as it was the key gift to everything else so I had r legally no choice. Please save yourself the headache guys! Just not worth it.

This is literally the worst business I have had an encounter with. I paid for something that I should have had months ago. Not only have I not received my item, but they have not returned my many phone calls, e-mails, and messages from their website.

Terrible company to do business with. I placed an order through Groupon on March 5, 2016. As of today, April 7, 2016, I still do not have my order or any response from them. When trying to contact their customer service thru email, I have only received ticket numbers stating that my email is in process. I still do not have my order or a confirmation email stating that my order has shipped. Please save your money, time and aggrevation and don't order from this company. After my curiosity got the best of me I decided to check to see if there were any complaints against Morgann Hill Designs and there are hundreds. I contacted Groupon and requested a refund which they did very quickly. I then decided to contact my bank and they are refunding me my shipping charges. So glad to get all of my money back and will never do business with them again.

Horrendous customer service. The gifts I ordered on Nov. 11 arrived after Christmas. I then had to pay shipping to send my gifts across the country, as my guests had already gone home when the gifts finally arrived. I have tried, unsuccessfully to get in touch with this company and get some kind of refund for my additional costs, but can't reach them. Their mailbox is always full. They closed my ticket. Their customer service is incompetent, on purpose. Never order from this company. You've been warned.

I placed an order on December 8,2014 and have yet to recieve it. I have attempted to contact the company several times and they have yet to get back to me. I would like the product I purchased as they have already deducted the money as well as shipping on December 8th!

I had the same experience as everyone else. I purchased a Groupon and ordered two family signs on November 11, 2014. These were to be Christmas gifts. They finally arrived on December 31, 2014 and they are so poor in quality. The board is just a piece of plywood with the front unsanded but painted white. The back is unpainted. The lettering is just stickers and they were applied unevenly and crooked.

Review: I received my order on 12/24/15 and immediately realized that I had been sent the wrong item. Waiting for the holiday to pass, I contacted the company via their online ticketing system on 12/27/15. Unfortunately this is the only method of contact that can be found for the company. In my ticket I explained to them that I had ordered a medium (11.25x9.25) cork keeper but was instead sent a small (6x9) cork keeper. I was attempting to correct the error with the company as I did not get the item I paid for and received something of lesser value. One month later I had received no communication from the company. I purchased the product through [redacted] and enlisted their help to resolve the situation; however, after two weeks [redacted] has also not been able to contact Morgann Hill Designs.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the purchase price as well as the shipping fees I paid in addition for a total of $39.98. I am happy to return the incorrect item to the company, but they will have to pay the cost for that shipping.

Review: I ordered a wine cork keeper on November 22, 2015 for $69.99. I was e-mailed an order confirmation and an order ID #[redacted]. The $69.99 was taken out of my bank account on November 24, 2015. I tried to contact this company multiple times regarding the status of my order that I still have not received. I tried to contact their customer service on January 3 and received an e-mail that a ticket was created and that a personal representative would respond within 24 hours which never happened. When you call the business number provided, it is out of service.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my money back on an expedited basis.

Review: I bought a [redacted] (or [redacted]) coupon for a wooden monogram wall hanging. I ordered this sometime in Nov. or early Dec. 2014 (for a Christmas present for my daughter). Here it is almost Feb 2015 and I still haven't received the item--although, I paid my money. I have received 2 system generated emails telling me that they are "processing" my order and my email. They have set up their website so that customers are unable to call or connect with a human being. And, it's clear that this outfit has no plans to honor the MANY complaints I have seen on social media regarding this company. I seriously just want the item I ordered or I want my money back. Is there ANY recourse?Desired Settlement: As I said above, I either want the item I ordered or I want a full refund.

This company has non existent customer service. After ordering back in early December, I still don't have my order (it's almost February). I've emailed the company multiple times, just to be told I didn't read the fine print of 4 wks for delivery. That would have given me a Dec delivery! The only tel # listed has been disconnected. BAD BAD company to do business with. I requested my money back and was completely ignored. Never again

Review: On June 15, 2015 I had placed an order for two items; one wood carved name and one framed family name sign. I received a wood name sign, but it was the wrong name (Wierling instead of Weller). I made several attempts to call,as well as sending email explaining the error and to inquire about the framed sign's expected shipment. On 8/8 I received the correct wood name. I again inquired about the framed sign, explaining that this was to be an anniversary gift for my son and his wife (9/14). That time came and went. When it did arrive, the frame was heavily damaged. It was packaged poorly, and the box was crushed. They assured me that they would replace it immediately. The redone order arrived 10/9, but only had 3 of the 5 names on it., as well as a damaged frame. Again, they promised to correct it immediately, which has not happened. As Thanksgiving approached, I knew my son/family would be coming in from Washington, DC, and my hope was to give it to them then. By this point, they had stopped answering my emails. I have all correspondence available in a file that I will happily share with you...Desired Settlement: I wish to have this company held accountable to their customers; to fulfill their promises, obligations, etc...and to be held to the appropriate standards of customer service. This was, by far, the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I believe they should refund all costs associated - Extra Large Framed Sign/49.99, as well as an explanation/apology by the owner of the company.
