Review: I ordered 4 monogram wall hangings out of wood on Oct. 6th thru [redacted].com. I contacted Morgann Hill Designs on Nov. 20th asking where my 4 items were as I couldn't find them on their website. I could find their vouchers on the living social website and I contacted them for help. On Nov. 24th they sent me a "email" that to me was very vague stating that they showed it in their system and that they would be sent out within the next 7-10 business days. Then I received an email from living social today Dec. 9th stating :

"Due to the popularity of this promotion, Morgann Hill is experiencing unexpected delays in production and delivery. Morgan Hill is working diligently to ensure they are shipping their high quality products as quickly as possible."

I called living social and explained that I bought these Oct. 6th and these were for Christmas gifts for my kids. They offered me a refund of my $90 but I still am owed what Morgann Hill Design charged me for delivery of the 4 items when I cashed my vouchers in. I used my Discover card for $9.99 for each of the 4 wall hangings for shipping charges for a total of $39.96. I would like to get that amount refunded to me.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card to be refunded in the amount of $39.96...the amount of the shipping, since I haven't received my items.

Review: I ordered a gift from this company on Oct.29th for my parents. I still have not received this gift and its now dec. 27th. I am emailed so many times and no one has responded. I cannot get an update or an explanation for the delay other than Christmas. I ordered in October. THis is ridiculous and very upsetting.

Ordered two custom cutting boards with the groupon offered. Stated all orders received by 12/1 would arrive before Christmas. Received them on January 2nd. To top it off, it was not what we ordered, and they didn't pay enough postage, so we had to pay an addition 6.14 for the mailman to leave it.

They offered a Groupon and Living social deals in 2014, and obviously could not live up to their promised. In reading up, they couldn't keep up with demand in 2013 either. Horrible business practices. Get as many orders as possible to get sales during the busy season, and not deliver as promised.

Review: I ordered 2 personalized cutting boards via a Groupon with Morgann Hill Designs. The color should have been the same but the names and dates were different. I received two different color cutting boards - one with the correct name, wrong color and the other with correct color but wrong name (not sure who those people are). I contacted customer service several times (dates and emails are available upon request) via email because no number is available. When someone finally responded, I was asked to provide pictures which I did. This was almost two months ago and no one has contacted me yet to rectify the situation. I continue to email (since I am unable to call) but there has not been a response. I would like my money refunded and/or the products replaced.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded and/or the products replaced.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] for Morgann Hill Designs in late Nov. 2014. Used the [redacted] to place the order early Dec. 2014 (12.2.2014) for Holiday Delivery. Received an email 12/22 that is was due to ship. Received my product (a customized cutting board) after the holiday, but it was WRONG. The name was completely wrong. I contacted the company per their instructions by opening a ticket number on 12.27.2014 via their website. Ticket #[redacted]. I did receive an automated response on 12.27.2014 and then was asked to upload a picture of the wrong product. I did so and received an email from the company on 1.9.2015 that a new order will be send to me ASAP. To date, I have not received the corrected order. I have tried contacting the company via email, no response. I can't locate a phone number on their website. I contacted [redacted] on 2.12.2015 for their assistance. [redacted] emailed me that they did not receive a response from the company. They have since refunded my purchase price of the [redacted].Desired Settlement: If the order can't be delivered in a timely manner, then I am asking for a refund of the shipping and handling ($9.99).

Horrible customer service. Placed order on Dec11, 2015. Emailed them 3 times to inquired about order and to notify of address change. No response until after the order was shipped. All I got was an apology for the late response (2 months after trying to contact Morgan hill designs) but order has shipped and now I have to submit a lost package claim with usps. They take absolutely no responsibility for any orders. Absolutely horrible customer service and experience. Will never buy or recommend to any one!!!!

Will never use this company again. Ordered a product on 11/14/15. It is now 3 MONTHS later and still waiting. I have sent 5 emails and left 2 messages on their "customer service" message machine. No response. I contacted groupon about this company's inability to respond. They have been trying for a week and have not gotten in contact with them either. have never been so disrespected by a company

Review: I place an order on 11/28/2014 order number 23524. This was for 2 DIFFERENT personalized cutting boards. One was my personal board and one was a Christmas gift. Morgann Hill Designs shipped me 2 boards in Jan 2015 but they were the SAME personalized board and I had ordered and paid for 2 DIFFERENT boards with different personalization. I have written them 3 times Jan 22nd, Jan 26th and March 2nd and have received no help in getting this issue corrected. I responded to an e-mail I received on Feb 18th asking me if my problem had been resolved and I stated no it had not. I have also called the phone number listed on their site but phone just rings and rings with no answer.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the correct board that I purchased and paid for over 3 months ago. This is the board I am still missing.

Review: I placed an order on 10-14-2015 for two customized cutting boards as Christmas gifts. In mid December I received one of the items. I submitted a help ticket in mid December to inquire about the other cutting board. On 12-16 I received a pre-shipment notification for the 2nd cutting board but it was never updated. At the end of December, I received another Pre-shipment notification with the same tracking number for the missing cutting board. After 10 days it had not been updated with shipping information so I once again contacted the business via their help center online. As of today 2/9/2015, the shipping has not been updated on USPS and I have not received the item. I find this unacceptable customer service. I have contacted the business many times over the past 4 months and have twice been assured that they would look in to the order, send further information and I would receive the order within one week. This has not happened and I am resorting to Revdex.com to assist. I have contacted [redacted] as well as I purchased the voucher through them. They have agreed to reach out to the business on my behalf but I am not confident that anything will be done with this. The is order number [redacted] and the shipping tracking number (as attached to both the Dec16 and Dec 31 "pre-shipment" notification) is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I expect this item to be delivered by the end of the week. If it is not received I request a refund including shipping. I would like to see this "business" go out of business due to the wasted hours of my life tracking down an order. I wouldn't wish this type of service on my worst enemy.

Review: I placed on order on November 28th with the Company via a [redacted] voucher and paid additional shipping and handling costs of $9.99. The [redacted] website said if an order was placed by Dec. 1, the item will be received by Christmas. It was not and has still not been received EIGHT weeks later. This is well beyond the 2-4 weeks lead time. A shipping label was made on Dec. 23rd, but the USPS website says nothing further has occurred. I received an email from the Company that the order should have been delivered, but it has not been. I have received other emails stating that the Company is working on all of the tickets submitted. How many tickets must this company have if they can't respond in 8 weeks? It is my understanding the products received by other customers are sub-standard.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the [redacted] voucher of $22 and the shipping costs of $9.99.

Do not order from this company. They do not give a [redacted] about good customer service or product. I ordered several times and were promised delivery before Xmas. They were not. I emailed them five times the week and a half before the holiday and they finally responded the day before the holiday changing their story (not their website states they will respond in 24 hours). They offered zero apology for their horrific customer service or a refund on products or shipping. Do not order from them them!!!

I looked up more about the company and there are TONS more siwhymilar complaints and reports of horrible products once the items do arrive months and months later.

I'm having the same issue as so very many others. They were extremely quick to take my money, but completely disappeared after that. I'm now left having to scramble a week before Christmas to find someone a gift after I thought I'd found the perfect one. Still no idea if I'll eventually get the product, or miraculously reach someone in order to get my money back. I have a request into groupon for help.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] for a personalized cutting board on 11/26/14. I placed the order directly with the company on 12/17/14. I was given the option to either take advantage of their free shipping offer or pay $9.99 for shipping to get it here on 12/24/14. I knew that I was taking the chance but I tried it anyway since it was offered. On 12/23, I put in a ticket asking the status of my order. I received the generic response that was sent to all customers who had put in a ticket requesting a status update on 12/27. I was fine with that but sent another ticket asking specifics about my order ( I do not have the actual date when this was sent but hey did respond using the ticket number). I finally began complaining to [redacted] on 1/13. MHB finally responded on 1/15 basically telling me that they were still behind and that I needed to be patient another month. [redacted] continued to ask me if things had been reseolved; I told them that I was ready for a refund. [redacted] asked for my phone number so that they could give it to MHB, but MHB's website states that they only deal in emails so they don't even offer a physical address or a phone number. I had to dig to just so that I could properly file this with you. After going back and forth with [redacted], and finally giving them my telephone number, they gave me a credit in the amount that I paid them. When I went to cancel with MGB, my order was no longer on the site and I heard nothing from them in regards to the shipping that I paid directly to them. It looks as though I never placed an order and it has not been that way during this entire process. I still have the invoice and tickets that were submitted because they have the option to have a copy emailed to yourself at the same time. At this point, I believe that they have not only taken my $9.99 but now have my financial information and I have no idea what their plans are with the information. They have truly represented themselves in way that I feel is bordering criminal.Desired Settlement: I just want the money back that I paid for shipping and assurances that my financial information is truly secure to the best of their ability. I also want it to be made public, some kind of way, that it's not receommended that anyone should do business with this company, or at least make people aware what they are getting into if they choose to do business with this company. I have seen the other complaints and at some point this company needs to be made to take responsibility for their actions. Again, it truly looks like there is criminal intent on their part when they promise goods, take our money, refuse to communicate in a timely manner and then fail to produce the goods or refund money that is not theirs.
