Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter in law! I ordered on October 31st and have yet to receive it. Don't ever buy anything from Morgann Hill Designs. They will give you a bogus tracking number and take your shipping fee. How do they sleep at night?
Thankfully, I believe in KARMA.

I ordered an item on 12/22/2015 and after 5 weeks, I had not received my item so I contacted the company to inquire when the delivery might take place. I did not get a reply so I contacted them a 2, 3rd, and 4th time. They claim to respond to claim tickets within 24 hours, but that's not the case. They do not answer inquires or respond to emails. My 2nd issue with this company is that of very poor quality materials. After 6 1/2 weeks, my item finally arrived sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard and was paper thin, about 1/16 of an inch. The description of the items on the company website does not accurately describe how thin the item is, which would break with little effort. I have never filed a bad complaint report against a company before, but I see advertisements for this company on social media almost daily and I truly hate to see people spend their hard earned money purchasing items that are so cheaply and poorly made in addition to the bad customer service they most likely will encounter. The public deserves to know what they are getting.

I placed an order on 1/21/2016 with an estimated completion of 4-5 weeks. My order was completed 11 weeks later. I made numerous attempts at contacting customer service via the web form and listed phone number. My phone calls were never returned. Responses to the web form were canned text responses with no specific inquiries made to the status of my order. Of the 12 form submission requests for updates, each response was identical. The product has just shipped and I am not certain of the quality or the completeness of my order yet, but the lag in delivery and lack of response is unacceptable.

I can't believe how many of us have the same issues with Morgann Hill. They should not be in business. There is no phone number for contact and they do not reply to emails. I had to get Groupon involved to get an answer from Morgann Hill to a question on the monograming before I could even place my order. And although I ordered two cutting boards in November and they said they would arrive for Christmas, they did not even arrive for New Year's, I finally got my two EXPENSIVE cutting boards, the end of January. They were stuffed into an envelope, they look so cheap; looks like they were something I did when I was 7 year old and had a woodworking project and a 5 year old threw some stain on it.. I am ashamed to give them to the two people I ordered them for. I cannot suggest enough to people, do not use Morgann Hill Design Center. Inferior products, absolutely horrendous customer service, (no, I take that back, there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, so how can one rate it !), their packaging is non existent, and even with a Groupon, they are overpriced. But the website product information looks nice. CONSUMERS BE AWARE !

Hello!We have reviewed this customers order. It does look like the customer placed their order on 11-4 and we have 7 tickets with this customer in our ticket system. All tickets have been responded to and the customer has been given updates about her order. We did explain to the customer...

that we were having delays. Unfortunately the buyer contacted us again 3 days ago stating she has still not received her order. We replied to customer 24 hours ago stating we would be looking into her order & ensuring her she would receive it before 1-16, furthermore, we also sent her a shipping refund.Customer has never contacted us asking for a refund - only asking about the progress of her order. We are happy to continue to work with this customer to ensure she receives her purchase & is completely satisfied with it.

This is the absolute worst business that exists in the U.S. It's a complete joke. I've been attempting to getting updates on an order I placed in January 2016. It's April 2016 - I may have received two responses from the customer care team and have been trying to reach someone for months. They told me in the beginning of March that my order would be sent in 5-10 days, still haven't seen it over a month later! Complete waste of time and too much stress. At this point, I'm not sure I will ever see a product or my refund. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered two signs from this company for Christmas (2105) presents. When it became obvious that they would not arrive in time for Christmas, I tried (unsuccessfully) to contact them a number of times. As of today, January 5, 2016, I have yet to get any reply from them. I merely wanted to change the delivery address for the items (they are both out of state), and that shouldn't be a big deal. I am VERY disappointed with this company, and would never do business with them again.

This "company" is a joke. I ordered this through Groupon for a cutting board for my parents for Christmas. Sorry, mom and dad, no gift for you! It has been over 1 month and I have not received what I ordered and have had no response to 3 of my emails I sent them. DON'T order from this company!!! I don't understand how it is even possible for them to run a "business" this way. Complete scam. I am trying to get my money back as I don't foresee ever receiving my product. Really disappointed.

I placed my order 01 December. Website said 30 days to get my order. It is now 15 January and after multiple attempts, I can't get anyone to respond as to where my order is. At this point I don't believe they exist. The phone number doesn't work either.

This company is terrible! They have absolutely no communication skills, nor do you get your product. They just leave you in limbo. I would not recommend this company do not use them. I had to finally get my money back through the credit card company I used to pay. I do not complain about things either, but they are no good to deal with.

Worst company ever had to deal with. After 2 months of getting no response from them I contacted my bank. 2 days later I get an email from MHD and they told me my merchandise is on it's way. REALLY, I can't wait to see what I'm getting. They are also to refund me money but I haven't seen a thing.

They have horrible customer service. They do not deliver their product on time if at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I emailed this company twice in late November to see if I ordered a cutting board as a Christmas present it would be delivered in time. They never replied. I placed an order anyway. It has yet to arrive--two months later! I have sent them additional emails asking its status. They list no telephone number to call. They have not replied to my emails although I have gotten two emails from them stating my order was incomplete (and asking for information...which I gave them when I placed the order.) My order was not incomplete. I just received another email from them today saying the order was incomplete and they need additional information to process the order! Whenever I've gone on their website to check the status, it says my order is being processed. I am very embarrassed that I have still not been able to give my Christmas gift!

This is a horrible company. I wish I would have checked them on Revdex.com before giving them any money. I ordered my package in OCTOBER and it still has not arrived. Yes, today is Christmas EVE. I also received the very generic emails from them stating that "most packages" would be delivered by 12/24/14... Well I've got news for you, if you ordered your product AFTER 10/29/14....Don't get your hopes up that you will be receiving your package today.

I ordered a personalized initial wall sign on 1/5/2016 and as of today 2/9/2016 a month later still have not received my product. I should have looked at the Revdex.com site to see all the complaints before I placed my order. I have tried calling the number on their site 760-650-2492 three times, and no one has ever called me back after leaving messages. I have also submitted two support tickets and received zero response. At this point I just want a full refund of $54.99 that includes the $9.99 shipping charge. My order number is 44671.

Ordered two custom cutting boards with the groupon offered. Stated all orders received by 12/1 would arrive before Christmas. Received them on January 2nd. To top it off, it was not what we ordered, and they didn't pay enough postage, so we had to pay an addition 6.14 for the mailman to leave it.
They offered a Groupon and Living social deals in 2014, and obviously could not live up to their promised. In reading up, they couldn't keep up with demand in 2013 either. Horrible business practices. Get as many orders as possible to get sales during the busy season, and not deliver as promised.

NEVER order from this company!! I placed my order for a monogrammed wall piece for a family member on November 11, 2014. As of January 13, 2015 I have yet to receive my item. I have emailed the company several times with an automatic reply the first time and I haven't received a reply on any email's following that. The tracking number that is listed from the company has never been shipped, which they said had on December 18th. Once I contacted Living Social however, they gave me $10 credit for the shipping that I paid the company if that helps anyone.
