Morgann Hill has the worst customer service experience I have seen. I have been trying to get a refund on an item that I waited for over 2 months to receive. I care less about the time frame and more about the condition that the item came. The personalization was completely off center and unacceptable. I have submitted 3 tickets which I get an email response that doesn't address the issue and when you respond the emails bounce because their mailbox is full!!! I am beyond frustrated at the incompetence of this company. I really don't know where to go from here...

Review: I purchased a voucher through [redacted] for a monogrammed wood decorative item on October 1, 2014, and tendered the voucher to Morgann Hill Designs on the same date. According to the terms of the deal, the item was to be delivered within 2 weeks. It is now November 20th, and I have no more need for the item which was supposed to be an anniversary gift. When I first attempted to contact Morgann Hill about the problem, they had removed all their contact information from their Website. I was able to use a third-party website to get their email address and contact them. They sent an email saying that the item had been shipped and provided a tracking number, but when I tracked the number via USPS a week later, Morgann Hill had not shipped it; they had only generated a shipping label. The next day when I attempted to track the item again, USPS informed me that the tracking number was invalid. When I again emailed the company today, they said that the item would be shipped in the next 15 days! They also refused to refund my shipping fees of $[redacted]. I contacted [redacted], which immediately credited my account for the purchase price, but I am still out the shipping cost. Morgann Hill refused to cancel the order or refund the shipping fees.Desired Settlement: I would like the shipping fee of $[redacted] to be refunded to my credit card. It appears from online reviews and other Revdex.com complaints that a class-action lawsuit may be in order.

Review: This company advertised their products/services on [redacted], where I purchased 3 vouchers. The vouchers were purchased well over a month ago now and I am still yet to receive any of them, let alone any tracking information about the packages themselves.

Morgann Hill Designs offers a poorly run website which perpetually tells me that my orders are still being processed, though the mass emails that they send out ensure me that my order is awaiting shipment and I will receive tracking information soon. I have received no tracking information and I have also received no response to my agitated inquiries.

Early on in order process I received an email telling me that Morgann Hill Designs was a vet-run business that bit off more than they could chew when they released the [redacted], and that they would really appreciate my patience; The problem, however is that I still have not received any direct communication with the company that is specific to my order, and thus, I'm starting to doubt that this is just a swamped vet-run business.Desired Settlement: I want the shipping charges I paid to be refunded immediately. I would also like some sort of apology/explanation of what happened with my order. If possible, I would like to receive the products I ordered and have been waiting for complimentary, but at this point I really don't even care to look at their products.

DO NOT purchase from this company! It is a complete scam!!!!! I ordered a cutting board through Groupon, and also paid an additional $9.99 for shipping. I never received a confirmation number and the order was never posted to my account. I waited two months and never received my order. When I tried to contact the company for an update on my order status, I never heard back from them. I tried calling, but could not find a phone number on the website. I had to cancel the order with Groupon for the cutting board and I had to dispute the shipping charge from my credit card. Oh, and here is a funny story... My credit card representative from Chase told me that she tried contacting the merchant. A man answered the phone and hung up on her after she stated why she was calling. She tried calling back and received a CELL PHONE message saying that the inbox was full and couldn't receive messages. Once again, DO NOT order from this company!!!!

Review: Ordered 2 cutting boards on Dec 3rd. Told they would likely be delivered by Christmas. They have not been delivered yet and it is January 20th. I have created a "ticket" with the company but there is no way of contacting anyone since then. The website that is hyperlinked to the "If you have any questions Click Here" does not attached to anything. NO ITEM FOUND online.

I would just like to get an ETA as this was a wedding gift and I feel like a total JERK for not providing a gift STILL! The honeymoon is over, I'm irritated.Desired Settlement: I would primarily like someone to CONTACT me so I know what's up with my order. Maybe I can let the bride and groom know where there gift is before it's time for a baby gift instead of their wedding gift. Please give me a DATE when I can expect items that is true. Thank you

Review: I purchased a [redacted] voucher to buy two personalized cutting boards thinking this would be a great gift for my nephews wedding as well as a Christmas gift for my husband. When the product did not arrive for my nephews wedding I just thought that the product was customized so it might take a little longer so I figured I would give it to him after his honeymoon. But when it didn't arrive for Christmas I began to get annoyed. Thankfully I had a backup gift for my husband, but this is totally unprofessional. If [redacted] or [redacted] are having some personal struggles they need to send out some sort of explanation to their customers before a complete mutiny errupts. I would really hate to see a law suit when this company says it was started by a cute mom wanting to stay homeDesired Settlement: I love the concept of these cutting boards and really would like to present them to their intended recievers. However, if product cannot be delivered as promised I expect a full refund within the next couple of weeks.

Review: I am referencing order #3409 I I ordered the personalized cutting boards products over a month ago and it is still in pending fulfillment status. I have sent in 3 emails asking for an update on the product and have not received an answer. I have 2 open tickets which say will respond in about 24 hours and have not heard anything. I also tried to call the number and it is not in service. This is just so unprofessional and very upsetting as a customer. I am not even sure if this business is even open anymore. I ordered this for my grandfather for Christmas and viewing previous complaints it sounds like this company will never deliver. I want the product if not I want my money back. This company should be shut down after so many complaints there should be a limit this company has 300+ so it should be shut down! Terrible terrible service!Desired Settlement: I want this product and if not I want the 29.99 back plus shipping which was 9.99. This product is not worth the aggravation. There are also 300+ complaints and I feel the website should even be taken down so more people do not get scammed out of their money.

Their lead time says approx 4 weeks for shipment. I reached out to them via their online ticket system only to receive a generic email saying to be assured they have my order and it is in queue. I reached out to them again Nov 7th, 25th and a few times in Dec. Just this morning I received the following message from their ticket system:

Your ticket - Re: Your Morgann Hill Designs Order Has Been Updated (#[redacted]) - has been closed.

We hope that the ticket was resolved to your satisfaction. If you feel that the ticket should not be closed or if the ticket has not been resolved, please reply to this email.

I have not received any personal response, any status update, tracking information or any resolution at all. Upon coming to the Revdex.com, they have a F grade and many complaints. Review: On November 1, I placed an order for 2 cutting boards and used a groupon for 55.00 and paid 19.98 shipping. My order (#2375) has been awaiting fullfillment since. I've sent an email on Nov 21, and have had no response. Unfortunately I read all the complaints on the Revdex.com after I placed the order and I can't afford to wait 3 months for delivery since this is a Christmas present.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to issue a full refund 74.98

Review: I ordered a customized cheese board as a gift for my husband for Chirstmas. I ordered it through [redacted] and paid the additional fee for delivery. I ordered the product on December 8, 2014 and they stated that the delivery would be about 10 days. As it got closer to christmas, I sent them a "ticket" through their website to ask for the status of the delivery. Their website has to contact information and there is now way of talking to an actual person. I never received a response directly about my ticket. I only received an email that was sent to a bunch of people, pretty much stating that they are doing what they can and to stop posting bad reviews because they are a small business. We are now 21 days in to January and I still have no clue if am going to get my product and if so when. I really would like for some one to reply to me. what kind of way is this of doing business.Desired Settlement: I would really like to get my product ASAP and a reply from the business as to why it has taken so long and why no one as reached out to be to advise me of what has been going on. I wish I had read these reviews prior the ordering. I ordered an item almost 2 months ago.... And nothing. No phone number to speak with anyone. I've emailed them several times looking for answers and when I finally received a response I was told not to email them multiple times. Really? Then try answering your emails. Very fast to take my money. This company is a joke and should be shut down. Theknot.com should ban them from their site.

I placed an order on December 10, 2016. After 3 ignored emails to the company my order finally arrived February 11,2016. There was never a response to any of my requests as to my order and the time frame.

I purchased 2 signs from Morgan hill on November 23rd 2015 , they look like they were black metal. I received only one on January 12th it was thin cheap wood with burn marks on it and a thin piece of twine. I thought it must be a template for approval. I then went back to the web site where I bought it and read reviews which said they expected black metal and received thin wood also.

I then waited for my 2nd sign. As of today January 28th I still have not received it. I checked my order on her site it says partial order shipped. I tried calling but the number is disconnected, then I emailed 3 times and asked when it might ship. I have not had any response.

I was enticed to purchase from this place with a Groupon offer and boy, what a bad mistake that was.

I ordered from this company on the premises that i'd receive them before Christmas and would be able to give them as gifts.

The company has absolutely no customer service. I opened a ticket to get a status on my order and it was completely ignored. They did send an email to all their current open order customers, that was extremely generic on 1/16 and said orders between a certain date would be shipped in two weeks. How does it take two weeks to ship something?!

In my opinion, this place is an utter scam and I wouldn't even be surprised if I never receive what I paid for.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] for Morgan Hill on November 5, 2014 for my daughter's birthday. I used the [redacted] that day on Morgan Hill's website, which stated that to create and deliver the product may take up to 30 days. I anticipated receipt by 12/5, well in time for Christmas. I began inquiring about an approximate delivery time at the end of November. It was immediately odd, because the company did not have a customer service phone number listed. The only way to inquire about the order was to log in and complete a form...I did so, but received no response for days. When I did, it was a generic response stating that my order was "in process". When I inquired a second time and did not receive a reponse I contacted [redacted], who contacted Morgan Hill on my behalf. Even more strange - it appears that [redacted] did not have a phone number for their business associate! They, too, had to contact Morgan Hill by email...[redacted] stated that the company was very behind in orders, and that they had higher sales than projected. On 12/17 Morgan Hill also responded via email stating that my order was in pre-delivery.... I emailed Morgan Hill and requested that they overnight my item so my child could have it for Christmas - naturally, they did not. In fact, they did not address my last request.

I checked the USPS website. It indicates that Morgan Hill printed an address label on 12/18 and that the package left a California post office via regular 1st class mail. There is no further information about my package - never made it to another post office, and never made it to my home which is on the East Coast. Had Morgan Hill shipped it overnight, shipped it with a delivery receipt, or shipped it certified, the USPS could assist with finding out what happened...they cannot track regular mail. I am so disappointed. I wrapped a picture of the item for my daughter and put it under our tree. All I want now is a refund, but of course Morgan Hill cannot be reached.Desired Settlement: I am disputing the charge with my credit card company for [redacted] and for Morgan Hill Designs. I would like an immediate refund from [redacted] as well as the additional $10 that Morgan Hill Designs added for shipping. I would strongly discourage anyone who is considering using this company to consider alternatives. They are unprofessional in every way.

Review: I placed an order from here, for 3 monogrammed wall plaques. One arrived well after Christmas AND it was completely broken/smashed. The other 2 (which were ordered at the same time) still haven't arrived (1-9-2015). Apparently, this business is in over their heads. A major problem, is when I try to contact the company about my issues (as anyone would), they make it nearly impossible to reach them, in any capacity. To date, I still have not received any response from an email that I sent on 12-28-14. I have one destroyed order and 2 lost. Horrible business practices. Respond to missing/broken order issues. Very simple. These were Christmas gifts too, that I couldn't give out. I want every penny refunded to me.Desired Settlement: I want every penny refunded to me. The company might make it easier to get in touch with them or their business won't be up and running long. And, figure out how to ship items without them arriving broken. I have tried repeatedly via email, the website contact page, and phone to rectify the situation. I received a couple automated email responses and one response that requested photos of the damaged product which I promptly provided. Additionally, I attempted to resolve the situation through [redacted] who advised me that I would need to deal directly with the company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount I paid for this cutting board via [redacted] as well as my shipping charges. Review: On 11/20 Morgann Hill Designs charged my account for my order #[redacted]. The company is not responding to have e-mails and have disconnected their telephone number. They sent me a generic email stating that since my order was processed before 12-5 it will be shipping within the next few days, that was on 12/27. Here we are 1/28, my order status still says pending shipment, Morgann Hill charged me on the day of my order for the item and now I received an reply to my help ticket that says my order was cancelled?! How was I told it was shipping, my order status still says pending shipment, and then told it was canceled all while they have still charged me?! I am moving the color I selected no longer is match since who knew it would take this long to receive. Someone said production would call me and I never received a call. This company is impossible to reach and have clearly been ripping over dozens of other people as well.Desired Settlement: A refund plus the item for the extreme delay

Review: I ordered a personalized cutting board from Morgann Hill Designs on November 29, 2014 (order number 26157). The order indicated the product would be delivered within 2-3 weeks. I sent an email requesting a status update around December 22. I did not get a response to that, but received an email on December 23 that my order was in "pre-shipment" and I should be able to access updated shipping info within 1-7 days. The email also stated I should not contact Customer Service until the full 7 days was up. I obliged, but after over 7 days of no updated shipping information nor any further correspondence from Morgann Hill Designs, I sent yet another email on January 3 again requesting follow-up as to the status of my order. No response. I sent the third email on January 6. Still no response. I am unable to find a valid phone number to call them. Their website instructs the customer to open a ticket (which I have done) or email (which I have done three times). I have no other means of reaching this company, so am left with no option but to enlist the help of the Revdex.com.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I did receive the cutting board, but months later than promised and with no response to my many inquiries as to the status. They never offered any explanation or corresponded at all regarding my multiple attempts to contact them. I remain dissatisfied with their lack of customer service and would like this noted so other consumers are aware of what they can expect (or not) from this company. I think it's very telling that it took them months to even respond to your communication.

I truly wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from MHD. I ordered a personalized cutting board via a coupon I purchased on Groupon. I'm not sure if this whole company is a scam but by all the negative reviews it sure seems like it. I placed my order on 11/21 and was assured that it would be delivered before Christmas. It has been weeks with no tracking number or shipping status. Like many others, I have tried to contact customer support with no luck. Now I am assuming IF and when I ever receive my cutting board, it will look hideous.
