Horrible. I have waited for 6 months for an item, and have gotten nowhere with a refund or response from the company. I emailed them, as there is no one to answer the phones, and got a reply that my product was still in production: Six months later. Give me a break.

I placed my order almost 6 months ago and when ordering was told it would take 6 weeks to arrive. When my order arrived almost 2 months past the expected arrival date, it was damaged and of poor quality. It has taken almost another 2 months to get the company to properly respond (not automated messages) to my complaints and I still am waiting on if they will replace my product or not. I demanded a refund but the purchase was through groupon which given the length of time that has lapsed, they will not refund. Terrible customer service and poor quality of product. How are they allowed to continue with such fraud?!

I placed an order on September 28th, 2014 for a personalized cutting board- received one response approx. 42 days ago that said it would be delivered in 7-10 business days. Have pursued this two more times with no response. This was a wedding gift and the order was placed via a Living Social deal. Not happy!! Would like it delivered but if not possible, I would like a refund. There is no phone # on the website, all correspondence is via email. When I check my order history, there is no record of the order.

I purchased a wooden cutting board as a chritmas gift from thos company and here it is January 14 and still have yet to recieve it also I have left many of emails and got no responses. Horrible customer service but of course they cleared the money from my account

This place is a joke what a waste of money!!! The picture plated on groupon and on their website showed this beautiful piece of art monogrammed I bought one for my sister and brother in law for Christmas. Ordered it Late November just received it yesterday, what a disappointment what a cheap piece of crap!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Gits a scam! Took my money, and received no product, even though they provided a 'tracking' number.

I received a gift in the mail about 4 weeks after Christmas, so in January 2016. I did not know who it was from but it was a black sign that listed the names of those in my family. It was damaged, however. I loved the idea of the sign but wanted it replaced since someone that we knew spent money on this gift. I immediately sent an e-mail listing my name and address as that should be on file since this company mailed me the item. I received no response from my e-mail so called and left a message. After receiving no return phone call I learned that my aunt had ordered it as a Christmas gift. I then left 2 subsequent messages and still received no return phone call. If someone paid for a product and it was sent defective then this person's money has been stolen and for a business to not return an e-mail and 3 phone calls is not only poor customer service but also a scam if you do not replace the item that was sent damaged. NO ONE should give this company money and I STILL want my item replaced. Thank you for stealing money from my aunt.

Today is December 30, 2014. I placed my order with this company on November 19, 2014 and still have not received my merchandise.
I understand this is a busy time of year, but come on, this is ridiculous!
I sent a few messages with no answer, very bad customer service. NO customer service!
Not happy that my Christmas gift did not make it on time.

I placed three seperate orders with Morgann Hill Designs, on January 18th and February 14th, 2016. Upon placing both orders, delivery was confirmed at 21-30 days. The company only replied to inquires placed through their website. The phone number listed on their website and in confirmation emails went continually unanswered. I made a minimum of 10 phone calls and left a total of 5 voicemails that were never returned. On three seperate occasions I requested to cancel my order and be issued a refund through their website. While a request for a status update sent in between refund request was answered, my request to cancel my order went unanswered. The order status and was never updated on their website, even after I contacted them directly to request an update on all three orders.

At 30 days past my January 18th order, I contacted the business through their website and was assured my order was scheduled for delivery within 7 business days. On a second inquiry (60 days after my order was placed), I was told only that my order was being delivered "soon". On March 31st (74 days after order confirmation) I contacted the company to inform them of my intention to report them to the Revdex.com and was immediately sent a response back that they were "paying special attention to [my] order", that it would be delivered in a maximum of 5-7 days.

On May 18th, my January 18th order was delivered. 4 months, 120 days after my order was confirmed. No apology was ever sent, no excuse for the huge delay or explanation for their horrendous (read: absent) customer service. The workmanship of the product was fine, nothing extraordinary to explain the very prolonged delay. My February 14th order has yet to arrive. There is no indication that this product is worth the money, extreme length of time for delivery and very poor service provided.

I purchased a sign that I intended to give as a Christmas gift on Nov. 17 through a Groupon. Morgann Hill Designs stated they needed an additional $8.99 for shipping, which I paid. They never shipped the gift. I tried to call them, as Groupon suggested, however they have disconnected their phone. I sent them an email and received a form letter thanking me for my patience with no explanation and no tracking info. Infuriating. After I figured out my trust had been taken advantage of (their website looked so legit!), I notified Groupon about their non-delivery and after several attempts on their behalf to resolve the problem, they offered me a refund in Groupon credit, which I gladly accepted.

I purchased a GROUPON for the scroll design name signs, and still have not received the signs, and the GROUPON code would not work correctly. When I submitted a ticket online to customer service several times in hopes of ordering as gifts for Christmas, they would not respond for days. When I would get a response, it was that everything should be working correctly. I was not able to order in time for Christmas, so finally they got the website glitch resolved so I could use my GROUPON code after Christmas. I submitted my order on December 30, 2015. It's now February 23, 2016, and I contacted their customer service again. They have now responded that they have expedited my order to ship. I would not recommend this company as it has been one problem after the next. AVOID Morgan Hill Designs if you are thinking about a gift that you need within the next few months. They are not dependable.

Don't order from this company, their work is nothing like they state.
Ordered a wooden sign, took over 3 months to get it. It's a piece of crap. Was supposed to be hand painted letters, it was stick on lettering. The wood was a thin piece of plywood. They need to be shutdown!!

Ordered a product 79 days ago and have yet to receive the package or any indication that this product is even delayed. No communication for the company what so ever. I email the company a month ago and inquired about where the package was and they responded by saying it would be delivered within the next 7-10 business days. 30 days later still nothing. Called the company today to inquire again and was told it would be another 7-10 business days and then and only then they would possibly refund the purchase. 90 days after my purchase they "might" refund me my purchase. What a joke of a company.

I'm having the same issue as so very many others. They were extremely quick to take my money, but completely disappeared after that. I'm now left having to scramble a week before Christmas to find someone a gift after I thought I'd found the perfect one. Still no idea if I'll eventually get the product, or miraculously reach someone in order to get my money back. I have a request into groupon for help.

I bought a Living Social for a monogramed wall art Nov. 8. Ordered it from Morgan Hill on Nov. 18. They said it shipped on Dec. 17. It is Feb. 1 and no product. Contacted them Jan. 8 they did not return email until Jan.28 saying it shows it had been delivered and it has not. Their tracking number proves it is not delivered! TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! No phone to call.SCAM

Placed my order 3 months ago and no product. I did receive an automated email 20 business days ago telling me that I should receive my order in 5-10 business days. Ya, still no product.

I ordered monogram wall art from this company on Oct. 31, 2014. Their website said it would take 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. 9 1/2 weeks later, I finally got my order, and it was WRONG. Going back and forth in the form of a "ticket" was a nightmare. They rarely answered, and when they did, it was never a response to questions about my order, it was always a general statement about them being a military family, or that handmade items take time, and please be patient, or reminders that if we sent in more than one "ticket" their response time would be longer. Don't walk, RUN as fast as you can from this company. Their customer service is terrible, just terrible. No prompt reply for me about anything, and never any specifics about my order. Nothing helpful. When I finally demanded my money back, they wanted me to take a picture of my item and send it to them. That was the only, and I mean only, timely response I ever got out of these people. Frustrating in the extreme, and I hope to never, ever do business with them again.

I ordered a monogrammed wall hanging from Morgann Hill Designs on October 3, 2014. On November 24th I submitted a ticket because my order showed as "still processing". I was told at that time my order was nearing completion and would be shipped in 7-10 days, that it had been painted and was in packing stage for shipping. Fast forward to January 13, 2015, 102 days later and multiple false promises from the company, I still do not have my order. I have received a refund from Living Social but I still want the order I placed from Morgann Hill Designs. What a disgrace of a company.

I placed an order for a cutting board, that I had purchased as a Christmas gift, on December 3. It is currently January 8 and the item still has not shipped. I had no idea the shipping process would take this long and there is no way to contact customer service, other than submitting a ticket on their website. I submitted a ticket 10 days ago and still have not received a response. I just moved a few days ago and am no longer receiving mail at the address the package is scheduled to ship to. Since the order has not yet shipped, I want to be able to update the shipping address. Even though there is a link to change shipping / billing information on the website, it will not allow me to change this because the status of my order is "processing", which is has been since the day I placed my order... So frustrating! I would never do business with this company again!
