I was so excited to see this product until the subsequent weeks and weeks followed with no product. It has been 7 weeks since this order was place and I still am without a 50th anniversary gift for my parents. The only communication via email- which is ridiculous - says they have a 2-4 week turn around time. Clearly they do not. All I have gotten are inept and careless responses from a [redacted] stating their turnaround time with a smiley face. When I asked for a phone call from management /owner / someone I never got a response and that was 6 days ago. I would never use this vendor again. After getting no response from my most recent email I went on their website to contact them and create a new ticket regarding the old ticket. No response from that one either. I wish I would have done my homework and saw their rating and sll the negative reviews post thru Revdex.com. This is unacceptable. And to treat customers this way? We choose to spend our money with these businesses they should be grateful. How are they still in business? Since this was something I bought thru groupon I have contacted them. They could not have been more accommodating. They are reaching out to their support team to have them contact this disgrace of a company. I would advise everyone to ask for their products back if they have not shipped and demand a refund including shipping and handling as I have done. This company is giving other small businesses a bad wrap. Stay away!!!!

I placed an order in OCTOBER of last year (more than 4 months ago) for a personalized wall hanging (item #9000018). Keep receiving ridiculous emails telling me that my order is in "pre-shipment" and should ship in 1-7 days. Of course, that never happens. I submit yet another ticket, receive more emails that tell me not to worry, it's being checked on. Then I get the emails that tell me that, yet again, my order is in "pre-shipment". I am utterly astounded at what a scam this is. I would call to complain but of course their website has NO way to actually talk to a real person. More of the scamminess.

Let me reiterate...I want a refund now and anything else is unacceptable.

Review: My complaint involves a number of items. I ordered my item on 11/30/15 and still have not received it. I emailed them asking for status, with no response. Review: I placed an order with Morgann Hill Designs on November 8, 2014. It was to be a Christmas gift and mailed to my daughter. I received the order confirmation and order # on 11/8. Asked for an update on 12/5. Received a response on 12/10 that they were sorry they were behind but working on it. 12/20 received notice that it was pre-shipped and a tracking number. It said to wait 7 to 10 business days to start tracking. To date, the tracking number is invalid. I could not use email to respond as they said they will only respond to a Ticket. Sent 3 tickets and responses to 2 of them were that they were behind and the second said it should be shipped by Dec. 24th. The third ticket, filed on Jan 5th , is still open with no respoonse. Also, when I go into their web site it says there are no current orders on file for me. If I had read the reviews before ordering, I would never have dealt with them. HELP!Desired Settlement: I bought this through [redacted] and only paid shipping to them, so I thought maybe that was why they were slow. I just want the job finished since I paid for it through [redacted].

Review: I ordered 4 tree Slice Ornaments from them on Dec 14, 2015, and have tried numerous times to get an update as to when they would be shipped. To this date, I have not heard anything back, even after submitting 2 requests for more information. These were Christmas Gifts and were stated that delivery would by Christmas. I Did use a groupon for these orders and paid separate shipping and handling for each order.Desired Settlement: That the items are shipped in an orderly time and fashion and soon. I would also like to get my shipping costs back since the items were not delivered by the time they were stated to be delivered by. The shipping cost on each item was $4.99, so almost $20.

Review: I ordered an item from this company about 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I have attempted many times to reach them by email and have yet to receive a response after 2 weeks. I have also not received any tracking information on my product. I would appreciate somebody sending me my shipping information or a time estimate of when I will receive the product I ordered. If my order is unable to be fulfilled, I would appreciate a full refund + shipping.

Review: I ordered a product from the company through a [redacted] deal and, although I have repeatedly attempted to contact them about the status of the order, have been unable to get one of the two products ordered. My only responses have been either automated responses or silence. I submitted help tickets to the company and they sent me an automated reply and closed the ticket. There is no adequate means for communication, since they have removed email addresses and phone numbers from their website morgannhilldesigns.net.

Review: I ordered two custom cutting board, with engraving, for a Christmas gift on 12/3. I used a [redacted], and the [redacted] stated that it would be 2-4 weeks for delivery. I knew it was cutting it close, and I would have been OK even if it got here by Dec 31. I believe the site said if you order after 11/30, it could not guarantee Christmas delivery. But, today is 1/21 and I've received one yesterday on 1/20/15. Unfortunately, the one I received is the one I ordered for myself, which I would have been willing to wait for. The other was the gift and it is still not here. When you write to them, because they clearly don't want to talk to their customers, they send you back some lame response that no one even read. No apology or explanation for the delay in shipping or even an acknowledgement that it is incredibly late. Today makes 7 weeks. LAME!!!Desired Settlement: I don' think a full refund is necessary, but something or a free product or something. I actually really just wanted them to follow through with their side of the deal.

I placed an order on Novemebr 2, 2014 eight weeks later I'm still waiting. Christmas came and went and no order. Everyone who has reviewed Morgann Hill Designs has stated the truth. This company will steal your time and money. I bought it through Groupon thinking it was a great deal. It turned out to be a great nightmare. I've contacted the company via email since they DO NOT have a contact number and have received the same fraudulent response. They sent a tracking number which is clearly bogus. I contacted the United States Postal Service about the tracking number which was sent to me by Morgann Hill Designs. The United States Postal Service stated the tracking number is very unusual and suspicious. I was advised to contact my bank for a refund since Moragnn Hill Designs will no longer respond to my requests for my order or a refund. They will take your order and your money, but WILL NEVER send you anything except a bogus tracking number. It's a SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!

Review: I ordered a personalized cutting board and it was delivered with the WRONG initials engraved on it. The company insisted I send photos of the mistake, which I did, and they have failed to respond to further inquiries about how I can get a replacement or refund for the productDesired Settlement: They will respond to my requests by telephone. I placed my order eight weeks ago. It still has not arrived. They do not answer their phones. They do reply to emails. I've opened 2 "tickets" and received the same form letter reply, that my order will ship in 5-7 days each time. 5-7 days has come and gone twice. Still no order.

Review: I ordered and paid for 4 wall designs that were to be monograms cut from a single piece of wood. I was promised they would all be delivered by Christmas. Two were delivered the other two have still not been delivered. I contacted their customer service department 11 days ago and have not heard back from the company. They opened a complaint ticket but failed to reply. Just like many others, I bought a groupon for a personalized cutting board on November 8th and purchased the board from the Morgann Hill Designs website that same day. Upon ordering, the website said the item would arrive by Christmas. I also saw that these items could take 30-45 days to arrive, but my purchase was still within that time frame to receive by Christmas. Of course, the item still hasn't come yet as of today 1/9/16. I contacted Morgann Hill Designs via their website freshdesk ticket method, which said most are answered within 24 hours. No reply. So I emailed them, which just created a second ticket on the fresh desk and that has not been answered as well. I looked the shop up on etsy, which remarkably has very good reviews so I took at shot at contacting the owner there. She replied very quickly and said she couldn't discuss non-etsy purchases through an etsy message conversation but that I would get a reply to the ticket on the website- just to be patient and don't do multiple tickets as a new ticket will push everything back and make it take longer to get an answer. What's frustrating is that many etsy reviews say they received their item way before the expected date, they ordered after me and received their item by Christmas, or that the owner worked with them to expedite their item. She seems to care more about her etsy costumers than those on her website! I contacted groupon and they contacted the company for me and told me I should hear from them within three days and if I don't then I should contact groupon back and let them know. That is where I stand now- I've contacted groupon back because after waiting another 5 days I still got no response from Morgann Hill. I hope I'm able to reach some kind of solution with groupon and also hope that groupon takes Morgann Hill's products off their website! So frustrated! Another customer here that wishes she had read all the reviews first! Ugh!

Review: I placed order # [redacted] on 12/04/2014 at 12:41 PM. Being a personalized item it was supposed to ship in 2 - 4 weeks. As this was a gift for a long-distance friend, I had it set up to be delivered directly to her in **. Mid-January rolls around with no delivery. I emailed the company several times (no customer service number to call) only to get a generic response. When they did respond, they told me my order was cancelled. I have no idea who cancelled the order because it wasn't me. I wasn't refunded any money from [redacted] (who I got the voucher from) or Morgann Hill Designs (who I paid additional money to for shipping). I have emailed them several times asking them for a customer service number to discuss the order since I did not cancel it. No response other than the generic "We will get back to you" email.Desired Settlement: I want this company to apologize for being super unprofessional, not providing their customers with sufficient support, and for cancelling an order without notification or reason. OMG why is Groupon still allowing this company to advertise on their site???? Last Christmas I had the same exact issues as people are having this year (and if I look back far enough I am sure there are complaints from the year before that!) I received one item (a monogram scrollwork wall art) that looked like a kindergarten art project, and a cutting board that never came. Luckily Groupon gave me a credit back for both pieces. Morgann Hill communication is deplorable to non-existent (why would I expect anything more from a thieving company). RUN AWAY FROM ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THESE PEOPLE

I wish I read reviews on this place before placing my order. I purchased a Groupon for an ornament and redeemed it on October 27, 2015. As of now, December 16, 2015, I haven't received it. I reached out to them on December 2 and they replied on December 5 that I would receive it in 7 to 10 days and I would receive an email when it was shipped. I've since emailed them 3 times to request a refund, and of course, haven't received a response anymore. Luckily, I'm only out my shipping of $5, but that is so unprofessional and basically stealing people's money

Review: Placed an order on 12/1/15 in which as of 1/14/16. I have not yet received . I emailed the company placed multiple tickets in which no one has never responded. Review: On December 11, 2015 purchased 2 items from Morgann Hill Designs. At the time of purchase, the site stated that items would ship in 3-4 weeks. After 3 weeks passed and I had not received a shipping confirmation or any further correspondence from the company about the status of my order, I contacted the company via their support email on their website, and asked if I could find out when the items would ship and if I would receive tracking information when they do. That was 15 days ago. I have tried countless times and various ways to contact them sense with absolutely no response from them. They have no phone number available and whether you complete a contact form or email them, it just creates a 'ticket' in their system that sends an automated response that they will get back to you within 24 hours. But it has now been 15 days, and I have made probably 8 attempts with zero response. I needed one of the items this weekend and had it shipped on time, I would have had it. It has now become apparent that I won't. I have never had such a difficult time getting in touch with a business in my life. I have read countless customer reviews and it seems that most every one has had a very similar experience to mine.Desired Settlement: I think this company should be looked into, as per many many other online reviews, they are consistently not providing a quality product or service. I would like the business to respond to my attempts to contact them, to issue me a refund, and to ship my items immediately. Most of all, I would like for no one to ever make the mistake I did when choosing to order from Morgann Hill Designs.
