I ordered a monogrammed wall hanging from Morgann Hill Designs on October 3, On November 24th I submitted a ticket because my order showed as "still processing"I was told at that time my order was nearing completion and would be shipped in 7-days, that it had been painted and was in packing stage for shippingFast forward to January 13, 2015, days later and multiple promises from the company, I still do not have my order I have received a refund from Living Social but I still want the order I placed from Morgann Hill Designs What a disgrace of a company

I ordered two cutting boards for Christmas on Nov 2ndOn Dec 19th after inquiring about my order, I was told one of my items was in "pre-shipping stage", and I need to allow up to additional days for the first item to shipOf course, no mention of the status of the 2nd item I should have looked at all the negative delivery and service issues posted online before placing my order Looks like Christmas is out of the question...Easter gifts!!! Very disappointing

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! after ordering items in OctoberWe are still waiting to receiveWe have placed "tickets" with the company and attempted to resolve through their site(The company doesn't even offer a phone number) we have yet to receive the item, and despite filing numerous complaints our issue has not been resolvedThe company cites "busy holiday season" for a delay, as well as "the custom nature of each product" however offers no solution and/or tracking optionWe are still waiting for the items and have been charged (one item received was cheaply made and looked nothing like the photo) this business should not be able to operate as they do so completely under pretencesIf you want a high quality item and have ANY hopes of receiving the item in a reasonable amount of time do NOT GET IT FROM MORGANNHILL DESIGNS !!!

I placed an order on February 22, and paid for it in fullToday is October and I have yet to receive my orderI have sent numerous emails and called numerous times and left messagesI have not once been able to speak to an actual person.I have asked to be contacted via phone...needless to say that has not happenedI have asked for my order even demanded my order or my money backNo response! Basically this company has pocketed my moneyI consider that theftPlease do not use this company....I have read other complaints that are so similar to mineThis company has a habit of taking people's money and not honoring their orderI do not see how they call themselves a reputable companyAll I want is for my order to be filled and sent to meIt is that simpleIf they cannot do that...then send me a refundVery bad experience!!

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was never made aware that this order was cancelled by [redacted] Numerous "tickets" were entered with your customer service trying to get status updates and this is the first update received after many months!! I have contacted [redacted] but my niece still wants her custom cutting board that was ordered thru Morgann Hill Designs for the $ [redacted] purchase plus the $shipping fee Is this possible??? I ordered a groupon item from morgan hillIt was the scroll name signOrdered on Feb 12, and still have not received itMy complaint is I've left several phone calls and emails to themAnd no response back at their endFeeling frustrated!!

I placed an order on 1/21/with an estimated completion of 4-weeksMy order was completed weeks laterI made numerous attempts at contacting customer service via the web form and listed phone numberMy phone calls were never returnedResponses to the web form were canned text responses with no specific inquiries made to the status of my orderOf the form submission requests for updates, each response was identicalThe product has just shipped and I am not certain of the quality or the completeness of my order yet, but the lag in delivery and lack of response is unacceptable

I placed an order in OCTOBER of last year (more than months ago) for a personalized wall hanging (item #9000018)Keep receiving ridiculous emails telling me that my order is in "pre-shipment" and should ship in 1-daysOf course, that never happensI submit yet another ticket, receive more emails that tell me not to worry, it's being checked onThen I get the emails that tell me that, yet again, my order is in "pre-shipment"I am utterly astounded at what a scam this isI would call to complain but of course their website has NO way to actually talk to a real personMore of the scamminess Let me reiterate...I want a refund now and anything else is unacceptable

Placed my order months ago and no productI did receive an automated email business days ago telling me that I should receive my order in 5-business daysYa, still no product

I placed an order for a customized cutting board on Nov which guaranteed a 2-week delivery The product was received on Jan 10th The company does not list a phone number to contact for customer service issues and takes 2-days to reply to e-mails regarding your order I know this because I submitted e-mails requesting updates as to the status of my order When I finally received the cutting board the engravement was off center by a half inch which is easily noticeable because the edge of the engravement overlaps on one side and is off-set a 1/inch not the other side This company has the absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered because their isn't one At one point I thought I had possibly been taken for a ride and lost my money due to a lack of response and then an automatic e-mail response which was computer driven with a standard reply Terribly run business and very disappointed

Don't order from this company, their work is nothing like they state Ordered a wooden sign, took over months to get itIt's a piece of crapWas supposed to be hand painted letters, it was stick on letteringThe wood was a thin piece of plywoodThey need to be shutdown!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE NO customer service number, emails are not returned, no way to contact them through Facebook or their website TERRIBLE

I ordered two custom cork holders through a groupon on 11/Could not do them as one order because I wanted different names, charged fees and shipping twice! Never got a confirmation email, but was chargedContacted them and did recieve a reply that my orders were recievedHas been weeks and still no orders! Emailed twice so far still no responseShame on Groupon and them!!!

Horrible I have waited for months for an item, and have gotten nowhere with a refund or response from the company I emailed them, as there is no one to answer the phones, and got a reply that my product was still in production: Six months laterGive me a break

I purchased a Groupon for two family signs in November and have not received the signs and am not getting a response from numerous attempts from questions on their websiteIt is not over days after purchase, no communication and no signsUnfortunately, many are posting the same complaints on social media as well
