Table legs nightmare.
My husband and I purchased a table and set of chairs from this chain back in February. We knew when we ordered it would take a little time before the table set would be available. That was absolutely no problem. They contacted us come May, sooner then we expected in all honestly, and the only good part of this review towards this company. The table set is ready to be delivered.

Now unexpectedly for my husband and I we ended up moving to eastern PA due to a health emergency between buying the table set and it being completed. After searching, for way too long of a timeframe, and going to a completely different unaffiliated website, I was finally able to locate a way to contact them that could get me to an actual person.

We tried to explain the situation to customer service about needing the table set to be delivered to a different address and to please not deliver this table set to the old address. We then offered to pay for any extra shipping fees that would incur by shipping these table and chairs to an entirely different address, let alone state. They were unwilling to do so.

So my husband and I ended up renting a U-Haul van and a hotel room for the night, as it was too long a drive to do straight, and driving the 8 hours it took to get to the furniture pick up spot. Upon getting there we loaded the van up started back towards our new home, 8 hours away. Upon unloading all the boxes once we got home we realized that our table only had one table leg. Not really anything helpful for using the table in the was it was designed to function.

So, we once again reached out to customer service about an issue with our order. They changed the address for us so our table legs would be delivered to the new PA address. They told us the legs would have to be made. Shouldn't the other three table legs already exist? No one ever needs a table with just one leg, so I doubt they started making them that way all of a sudden.

That was back in mid July. It is now the end of September, they have just contacted us to set about setting up a delivery date and time...to the old OH address. Off to the website I go to attempt to change the address again, however their website is almost useless when it comes to contacting customer service.

Whenever I log onto the website to set up the delivery I select the little drop down menu option saying the delivery location is incorrect. The webpage just proceeds to send me back to the previous page asking for the order info to set up for the delivery. I have no way of contacting them to set about changing the location.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. All I want is my table legs to be delivered to the correct address, and I have had to fight for it every step of the way. And in all honesty, I have no idea if they are going to be delivered to the correct address at all. Although I highly doubt they will be, as every other part of this delivery has been a nightmare. Might as well end on another one.

Do NOT use this company, any and all issues will take forever to resolve, and they will fight you about it every step of the way.

Customer Service?? Is anyone manning the phones
Too bad I can't say 0 stars! Purchased a 'leather' sectional and bought the warranty offered at that time. Had a valid warranty incident but it was refused and today was told at a local store that they got rid of that company because they were bad - the offer to give me back the 300 warranty as part of my next order should have been a positive but I plan to never buy another piece of furniture from this company. After not honoring the warranty I paid to purchased replacement covers (customer service wouldn't even cover shipping) and the quality is so poor that I need to replace them again within about a year. I started at the end of Oct making calls into the customer service number and after hold times extending more than 50 min I have hung up in disgust and decided to go into the store where I was able to achieve the same thing as sitting on hold listening to horrible music - Nothing! Multiple hours spent on hold, travel time to the location and gas used and it was a waste of time. No support there either... Manager had no way to reach customer service or order the replacements but told me he would have them call me by Wednesday. I guess I hold my breath until that time and have a crap looking couch for the upcoming holiday I'll make sure to tell everyone where it came from. I can tell Morris Furniture has no focus on creating customer positive customer experiences or loyalty by the interactions I have had. I warn anyone looking for furniture to seek elsewhere because if you have an issue...they don't seem to care.

They damaged my sofa upon delivery now they won't give me a refund said I'm stuck with something I didn't purchase says because it's a floor model - that's why me & the salesperson *** *** checked every nook & cranny & both signed & stated was in perfect conditionCopies enclosed-

Morris Furniture sold me a living room set in 11/2017, the product fell apart months later, no resolution to date

I ordered a recliner from Morris on Wilmington Pike which I paid $for The correct chair did not come and I tried contacting customer service, but they keep saying they can't do anything because it was a special order The chair is now broke after having it not even months I have waited weeks for a technician to come out He can't fix it and said it would probably be another month for him to get parts I have tried calling customer service to see about getting another chair or a refund and they keep saying there is nothing they can do My family has always shopped at Morris, but we will not be going there any longer I would not recommend it to anyone
