We paid $for a year warranty, the padding went flat and when we called for service were told the warranty didn't apply
We purchased on 8/20/and paid $1,for a leather recliner sofaWe purchased the year guardian protection for $Our understanding was the warranty purchased was inclusive of the sofa for yearsThe padding reached a point on the recliners that the boards can be felt in the back and the seat cushions sunken and the vinyl attaching the leather to the arms is crackedWe called Morris Furniture and were told we had to contact the warranty companyThe warranty company told us the only thing covered by the warranty was wear or tear on the leather, nothing elseMorris said the manufacturer wouldn't do anything so if we wanted it repaired we would have to pay for itWe specifically asked when we purchased the sofa if the warranty covered everything and were told yesWe do not have a copy of the warranty

Was guaranteed that any kind of damage to the couch I purchased would be covered under the warranty we purchasedWas not the case
My wife and I purchased a sectional sofa from this storeWe purchased it because we were told it was a sturdy fabric and that if something did happen to it (spills, snags, tears, etc.), it would be covered by the extended warranty we paid $extra forThis was not the caseNot only were we told that we couldn't get it fixed under our warranty, but we were also told that they could not replace the couchThe sales people at this store are incredibly misleading, and the store manager was completely unresponsiveEvery time I would call in to explain the situation or attempt to check in on what he claimed would be a resolution to my problem, I just wouldn't hear from him and would be told "he's unavailable"I understand that I only have so much time to return/replace a purchased piece of furniture, however I am completely displeased with the misleading

The lack of repair of my chair
In November I got a hold of them about my chair being broke they sent people here to fix it they ordered the wrong parts They said they needed to re-order the parts they came in I waited until March the rd they called and canceled the appointment I got back in touch with Morris I cannot get back to me until March and they tell me it's the wrong part again I got back in touch with them they they cannot give me a time for my parts to come in on my chair to be faxed I asked him to just give me a new chair because it's been ongoing since November and they told me no this is completely unacceptable in anybody's eyes they just need to replace my chair and get it over with it always somebody else's fault not theirs

Went almost months between first delivery and assembly of a bed Poor communication, non callbacks, and lack of job knowledge by customer service

They do not want to cover my sectional under the year fabric warranty they only want to fix other issues not replace the sectional
I purchased my Jayceon sectional from Ashley Furniture online on Feb22, I received it per delivery on Mar8, sales # ***I started noticing a problem with the overall fabric within days I called in they said to buy a fabric shaved and shave it and it should resolve itself so I did I shaved it but it still wasn't right I couldn't remove some of the strings and the fabric looked really worn...started to notice it kept getting worse and they're were lots of strings about an inch long in lots of places upon further inspection I found that the back of the chaise cushion was coming apart and stuffing was showing then on the side of the chaise the metal tack strip was coming away from the frame I also had issue with the way the back cushions are all deformed so I called back in on Dec 27, and they made a appointment with a 3rd pa

I purchased a bed from Morris and it was delivered without all piecesThree weeks later, still don't have necessary piecesBed installed improperly

Buyer Beware!!! Morris Furniture customer service is a joke I filed a warranty claim January 30, The legitimate claim was approved As of July 9, the issue is still not resolved Every single stage of the process has been a delay and misdirect exercise They do not return phone calls and emails The entire process is anti-customer.....and the managers acknowledge it is a joke I will take all my future business elsewhere

We ordered a large sectional, ottoman and recliner in the winter of We were told it was all leather but has been falling apart- like the leather is peelingWe contacted Morris in Florence Ky (where we purchased the items, along with a full dinning room table set) only to be told that the man who sold us the furniture was fired the previous year for lying to customers and saying things were leather that actually were notWe paid a lot for our "leather" couch and wanted some sort of compensationAfter talking to them at the store and corporate level for months they just told us, oh wellToo bad for youNever again would I go there and I would tell everyone I know not to as well

Purchased a brand new recliner on 12/08/18, unboxed and inspected item before accepting item, not damaged upon warehouse worker repacking item damaged
