Ms*** - I have already responded to this, just yesterday An additional test is NOT required ARS's findings and documentation fulfill your obligation to us And again, we are not responsible for plumbing see agreement. Ms***,One, CenTex did not break any plumbing During excavation, we found water coming from the "incoming, pressurized" line from the street Secondly, CenTex is not responsible for plumbing; during installation, leveling, backfill or subsequent warranty adjustments See Section Three, Part A of attached Agreement entered into Please disregard the letter about a leak, it was sent in error You have fixed the incoming line, and had the outgoing/drain lines tested You do not need to do anything further.The engineering report details the work performed However, because you essentially borrowed money from us, thru our in house payment program, the job is not paid in full As a result, you are not privy to that report You haven't yet paid for it.When you have paid us in full, you will receive the original report Rest assured the work was done properly, because it was permitted thru the city and that permit was closed out with the engineering report.I hope this brings closure to this situation

It has been six months and I still have yet to receive my sectional couch
I ordered a customized couch Memorial day weekend and the sales person *** indicated that it would take weeks max to get it in By week I was calling on a daily basis to see where my furniture was and no one at Customer Care could give me an answer or indicate where my furniture is The furniture finally arrived and was set to be delivered only the couch was made too small and did not fit all of the cushions I rejected the couch as the sales person instructed me to do so and the delivery team took it backThe sales person indicated that it would take a month to re-order after me calling again on a daily basis to check the status of the couch All the while I was receiving daily automated calls indicating that my furniture was ready to be re-delivered No one QC the sectional at any point in time The only thing I have received was an apologyNo I appreciate your business no trying to rectify th

We paid $for a year warranty, the padding went flat and when we called for service were told the warranty didn't apply

The Lazy Boy Recliner that we bought March does not work

January 9,we a bought a Lazy Boy recliner Lift Chair (Justin PWR Lift Recliner, Merlot) from Morris Home Furnishing which we did not get until March This recliner cost $1,Several weeks later the recliner lift aspects of the chair stopped working I called the store sales rep(Mr*** *** that sold me the chair and he instructed me to immediately call their out-sourced repair company SAW
Since then, the repair people have been here twice and we still have a chair that does not work The first repairman told me that he had to special order the part that was needed Then the second repair person told me that he could not repair the chair because the first repairman ordered the wrong part May 13, 2016, I send *** *** an email informing him of this problem with their repair service provider called SAW and their inc

My experience with this store has been absolutely horribleI ordered a Captains Bed for my 10yr old before Christmas and was told the bed would be delivered December 22nd which was ThursdayOn the day the bed was supposed to be delivered I received a phone call from Morris that day cancelling the delivery The delivery was then pushed back to Tuesday December 27thOn the 27th the delivery guys showed up and was not given all the pieces to the bedThey showed me exactly what was on the order from the store(Not their fault)The warehouse was notified by the delivery guys and they said they would take care of itI did not receive a call from customer serviceI called them back the next day and was told they are aware and a manager was going to call me backThe weekend came still no callI called again after the New Year spoke with a young lady at the store who stated she would have a manager to call me backNo callI finally gave up and requested they refund me and come get what was left out my house not once but twiceThe items were supposed to be picked up Saturday January 14th and it's still at my houseI received no call from Morris stating they were not coming however I received delivery confirmations I guess for the pick up
Another issue the insurance they offer you with the purchase of furnitureYes I bought a couch from here tooMy cushions were damaged by some staples that were in the back of the couch that were hidden and tore the cushionsThey had some guy come out to the house he took a few pictures of the cushions and leftThat was also before ChristmasI finally received a call from Morris on Sunday January 15th stating they were just sending me cushion covers not three replacement cushionsSo I guess having this Insurance is pointless if they are not going to replace damaged ItemsI'm done with this storeI am closing my account I would not refer a friend, family member or a enemy to this storeIt's been a BIG HEADACHE(Don't waste your money)

On november 18th my wife and I purchased a new sectional couch and ottoman set We were told at that time the set we picked out was a very popular one and that it would be weeks before we would get it We were ok with this time frame and reasoning
At week we had not heard anything from the company about scheduling for delivery my wife called in just to see when we might be able to schedule, as she was getting ready to be going back to work from surgery the following week she was told that it was going to be another weeks before it came in she informed the representative that it had been the weeks and she was checking on delivery The rep responded with laughing and said be patient it is almost here
At week my wife called in again to check about delivery She was told that the couch was due to be delivered to the warehouse that week and we could do delivery the following week Because of this update we started preparing our house for the new furniture We got rid of our previous furniture to make room for the new furniture(Big Mistake)
Now at week we still had heard nothing from the company about delivery or the status of the couch I called in to see if the couch was ready for scheduling of delivery I was informed it still was not in the warehouse and that the rep was going to check on the status and call me back I waited hours and heard nothing I called back and was told that it could take up to hours before they got an answer about where the couch was hours later still no call from the company and my wife called again to see if there was an update She was then told by a manager that he didn't know why anyone was telling us that it should be in any of the times beforeThe system shows that it is going to be another 2-weeks before the couch ever gets to the warehouse We are now looking at weeks before we ever get our couch
Not once during this process has the company ever called us to inform us of the delays We have had to call in every time only to find out that the time for delivery is even farther out than we were told the last time To say the least we are not happy at all with the communication or service that we are receiving from Morris Furniture
The only thing that they are offering us is to take off the delivery charge

Missing item with delivery
2/4/I had couches delivered to me and one of the couches was missing a pillow I immediately called that day and was told they would have a new pillow shipped to me in 5-days I called on 2/to follow up and left a message no one called me back I called today and was told the order for the missing pillow was not placed until 2/and it will take 4-weeks for the items to arrive I feel like I'm getting the run around and I would the item that I paid for or I want a refund for the item Customer order #CRXXXXXXXX

I purchased my Jayceon sectional from Ashley Furniture online on Feb22, I received it per delivery on Mar8, sales # ***I started noticing a problem with the overall fabric within days I called in they said to buy a fabric shaved and shave it and it should resolve itself so I did I shaved it but it still wasn't right I couldn't remove some of the strings and the fabric looked really worn...started to notice it kept getting worse and they're were lots of strings about an inch long in lots of places upon further inspection I found that the back of the chaise cushion was coming apart and stuffing was showing then on the side of the chaise the metal tack strip was coming away from the frame I also had issue with the way the back cushions are all deformed so I called back in on Dec 27, and they made a appointment with a 3rd pa

We called and cancelled an order for a furniture set the day after placing it It has been more than weeks and the charge is still on our account
