Middle piece of my sectional fabric/color does not match the rest of the furniture
Furniture ordered on 3-24- Furniture delivered X-and the middle piece of the sectional doesn't match the rest of the furniture Delivery escalated the concern to corporateCorporate called a few hours later and was little helpThey did ask me to take pictures of the furniture as well as the tags on the furniture and send to them I compliedI also stopped in and saw the manager *** *** on May He was only able to tell me that I would hear something back the after Memorial Day I heard crickets Therefore, I called *** the afternoon of May and was told he would contact me back He did not call me back and was on his days off Wed and Thurs that week
On Friday June 3rd I went to the store and spoke with a different managerI can't recall his name This manager told me "we are at the mercy of the manufacturer" I told him that wasn't acceptableAgain, I walk

We ordered our $3,sofa on 11/25/ Received it in late March We noticed a tear in the leather and a mechanical problem
When we noticed the defects with the sofa when it was delivered we left them know immediately
They came out on April 6,to look over the sofa and said they would order the parts As we waited patiently we got not response We continued to call and we were always told the parts have not come in yet After waiting even longer we made several trips to the store to talk to the manager He assured us the problem would be taken care of
We still have had no action on this matter We proceeded to make another trip to the store the week of 11/27/and we were told they would call us within the next two days We did not hear anything so we made another call on 12/4/ and we were told the parts have not been in yet I think we have been patient long enough in waiting for this matter to be taken care of We also have paid for extra insurance on

No resolution for almost months on a piece of furniture that is defective
Purchased furniture May 17, Furniture delivered July12, Purchased Lazyboy rockers, custom made, one print, one whiteWhite was delivered dirty and had to be returned for cleaningThe white one also has a loud knock in it when you rock itThe other chair does not do this, so I know it's not a design error but is a manufacturing errorI have made several attempts emailing with little then no response, 8/4,8/21,8/26, 8/29,8/so farI have also spoken with the manager at Morris no less than times by phone and my husband has visited the store times and talked on the phone with the manager and with someone name Katie at the storeWe have also contacted Lazyboy with no resolutionAll we get is the run around and all we want is for the chair to be replacedThe padding of the chair is also slight but I was willing to forgo that just to get the annoying knock fixed

The furniture I purchased had problems from the beginning and I kept calling customer service with issues Fabric stretching on seat and back and not holding it's shape, tears in fabric, ottoman's top cushion not staying on top, kept sliding over the side, back cushions didn't have enough polyfil so they didn't retain their shapeThey always had different responses about the problems I was having, my pieces were from overseas and it would take months to repair, my pieces weren't properly coded so that I could get a replacement, that's wearMy calls were never returned, and when I called it was always "I do apologize" every single timeI was the one calling relentlessly for an entire year only to have a technician come out times to try to fix the problem and him actually tell me that it wasn't going to help, it was how it was madeFinally, after a year, they agreed to take it back minus 15% restocking and delivery feesI agreed, to get it done and over with, only it wasn'tThey picked up the furniture on September On September 28, I called for an updateAshley C*** (Customer Care Manager) said I was given a refund on September 11, it could take billing cycles to postWhat?! I called my credit card, they said no, it only takes 48-hoursI waited and waited and contacted Ashley C*** again, she stopped respondingI had a very difficult time getting her to call me back when it was escalated to her many months priorI finally had to dispute the charge on my credit cardIn December, Rachel N*** (Accounting Department) said yes, I was due a refundBut she wouldn't credit my account til this dispute was resolvedSeriously? It took months for them to credit my account with constant vigilance on my partI will NEVER EVER make a purchase from Ashley Homestore again

Recently purchased a lift chairDelivery was scheduled between 1:and 3:in the afternoon I received a text at 11:stating the delivery team will be arriving in minutes I called the number that I received the text from to inform them no one would be home as the scheduled time was between 1- At 1:after not hearing from anyone, I contacted the store to confirm the delivery The representative said she didn't want to leave me on hold that she would call right back after she could get answers An hour later I called again as it was now 2:00pm and was told they wouldn't be able to delivery the chair today because it was damaged (was they going to delivery a damaged chair at 11:00???)
The correspondence is terrible, buyer beware!!

Delivery/repair/customer service issues - wrong chair/and repair issue
I purchased chairs and pillows from Morris furniture After weeks I received chairs that were the wrong style I contacted Morris and started working with *** *** He ordered the correct chairs but never addressed the pillows After another 4-weeks I received the correct chairsAfter weeks weeks we noticed that the arms on the chairs are ripping Emailed *** *** who I originally delt with and never heard anything from him I then emailed the main office and heard back from ***, she sent someone to look at the chairs but I have not heard from her in almost weeks I also spoke with *** *** who said he would work on this 07/12/and have not heard back from him even after I sent him an email stating I was upset

TO MAKE A VERY LONG STORY SHORT I PURCHASED AND HAD DELIVERED A $HEATH DUEL LEATHER POWER RECLINER ON 4/13/THE RT SIDE STARTED MAKING THUMPING NOISE AND JERKING AFTER A TON OF PHONE CALLS TO MORRIS AND DAYS LATER THEY FINELY HAD A SEPARATE COMPANY COME OUT AND INSPECT THE RECLINER.THE TECH STATED THAT THE RECLINER HAD BEEN DROPPED IN SHIPMENT AND THAT HE HAD SEEN THIS BEFOREHE STATED HE WOULD HAVE TO ORDER A PART AND INSTALL IT AFTER IT CAME INDAYS LATER I CALLED MORRIS AND A REP STATED THAT NO ONE HAD ORDERED MY PARTDAYS LATER I CALLED MORRIS AGAIN AND GUESS WHAT! THE REP STATES THAT MY PART WAS NOT ORDERED AGAINAFTER MORE PHONE CALLS I FINELY GOT A VOICE MAIL FROM A MANAGER STATING THAT SHE GETS IT, AND THAT IF IT WAS HER SHE WOULD BE UPSET ALSOSHE ASKED THAT I GIVE HER ANOTHER CHANCE AND MY PART SHOULD BE IN IN DAYS AND SHE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE KEEP ME INFORMEDI DID RECEIVE PHONE CALLS AFTER THAT STATING THAT THE ARE STILL TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH

I have had the worst experience with this store and this companyWe ordered furniture in the 23rd of November with a delivery date of 08decI received the email stating my furniture would be delivered on that day as wellI got a phone call the day before saying only one of the pieces I ordered would be delivered and we set up a delivery date for the 2nd piece for 21decThe 8th came and went with no delivery at all ! I called the store at the end of my delivery window and no one could seem to help all day long ! I called timesAnd no one even apologized ! We sit on patio furniture for days
My husband takes a half day on the 19decto accommodate the delivery window we are givenHurray ! I get an email that says both pieces are in and will be delivered ! Amazing ! Was guaranteed that any kind of damage to the couch I purchased would be covered under the warranty we purchasedWas not the case
