Double recliner is needs to be replaced
Had it repaired once and still can't be sat in

Poor quality and service
I purchased an entertainment stand from Morris and it had a damaged door After contacting them a new door was delivered over one year later However the door was the wrong sizeThey sent another door which was incorrectly sized as wellThe third party service technician and Morris's in-house technician both agree that the doors sent are wrong The Morris technician installed the door, took pictures and said that the company would be getting back with me Because the door is the wrong size it is out of square with the opening
Morris did call my home phone and left a message that they reviewed the pictures and determined, that even though the door was the wrong size and it met "industry standards"
In addition, when the first door was installed I was promised a $gift card which still has not arrived

TO MAKE A VERY LONG STORY SHORT I PURCHASED AND HAD DELIVERED A $HEATH DUEL LEATHER POWER RECLINER ON 4/13/THE RT SIDE STARTED MAKING THUMPING NOISE AND JERKING AFTER A TON OF PHONE CALLS TO MORRIS AND DAYS LATER THEY FINELY HAD A SEPARATE COMPANY COME OUT AND INSPECT THE RECLINER.THE TECH STATED THAT THE RECLINER HAD BEEN DROPPED IN SHIPMENT AND THAT HE HAD SEEN THIS BEFOREHE STATED HE WOULD HAVE TO ORDER A PART AND INSTALL IT AFTER IT CAME INDAYS LATER I CALLED MORRIS AND A REP STATED THAT NO ONE HAD ORDERED MY PARTDAYS LATER I CALLED MORRIS AGAIN AND GUESS WHAT! THE REP STATES THAT MY PART WAS NOT ORDERED AGAINAFTER MORE PHONE CALLS I FINELY GOT A VOICE MAIL FROM A MANAGER STATING THAT SHE GETS IT, AND THAT IF IT WAS HER SHE WOULD BE UPSET ALSOSHE ASKED THAT I GIVE HER ANOTHER CHANCE AND MY PART SHOULD BE IN IN DAYS AND SHE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE KEEP ME INFORMEDI DID RECEIVE PHONE CALLS AFTER THAT STATING THAT THE ARE STILL TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH

Purchased new furniture and have nothing but problems, parts breaking and continuing to break, waiting months for someone to come look at it, etc

We purchased a reclining couch on March However, it appears to have structural problems causing its arms to splay outward We contacted Morris and had a technician out to look at it in May His report to the store and manufacturer was not available to us We were told that the store would determine how it can be repaired and contact us when ready
No-one contacted us
We called the store, whose customer service line always puts us on hold for a long period, suggesting that we leave a message and they will return the call within hrs They NEVER returned any calls
At one point I talked to a customer service rep who told me that the previous rep wasn't working there any longer I explained that we were owed an explanation, or warranty repair
We also called the home office, again getting a hold message and no reply
