Per the customer’s requested settlement, we have offered to replace the kitchen floor. They have now refused replacement. We are happy to move forward at the customer’s earliest convenience. If the customer would like to select another product for replacement, we would be happy to do that for the difference in the cost.

We have to reschedule the re-installation. I will be calling empire tomorrow (11/18/2015) to set up the rescheduled date. On Nov 2 it was raining so hard that the installer and I agreed that it would be impossible to do the install that day. The installer was very polite and considerate. I hope the reinstall goes as well and hope that I can get this same guy for the new scheduled install.

I do have a concern about the seams in the hallway between bedrooms, and I am waiting to see if the will lay flat on their own before finishing this complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:I was never given a hundred...

dollar credit. I never used a credit card. I gave a check for payment and was told I would receive a check via mail. I have not. I was told that my check was suppose to be processed and given back to me the same day. It was not. Then I was told I would receive it via mail. I have not. This company has committed fraud. Processed my check for an amount that I did not write on the check and is refusing to make things right.

The $200.00 refund was processed to the customer’s [redacted] finance account ending [redacted] on May 26, 2017.

The local office spoke to the customer and agreed to reimburse the customer for the cost of the damaged vanity. We appreciate the customer’s feedback on their experience.

We’ve contacted the customer by telephone, and per their request, have settled the claim in exchange for a signed Agreement. The Agreement will be forwarded to the customer shortly, and the accommodation processed once signed and returned.
