I will wait to here from you, I just hope that you can understand that,  There is(NO) site damage from a vacuum, or from a cat that doesn't even live inside the house.All I want is to be treated fairly instead of getting excuse after excuse about something that isn't my fault.I am willing to take my bad reviews down and put a good review up if I am treated fairly.I just want the carpet that I originally ordered, and for it to be installed properly.All I want if is for the right thing to be done. So Please do the right thing!!!!!

I was told by floor mgr. [redacted] that I would be getting a $100 refund on my credit card and I have not received the credit nor any correspondence as to the credit has been issued.

We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. The flooring was installed in April this year; in August the customer contacted us regarding their concerns. Based on internal inspection, there is a moisture issue that occurred after the flooring installation.  We offer...

no plumbing services, and this issue was post-installation. We have recommend the customer contact a plumber, at their expense, to review and resolve the moisture issue. We would be happy to work with the customer on their cost of replacement once the site related issue is addressed.

We have been in contact with the customer, and offered a partial refund with a signed agreement. The customer accepted this offer, and the refund has been processed. We appreciate the customer's feedback and look forward to amicably resolving this matter.

PLEASE NOTE: Empire did NOT show up on the 17th as said on their resolution response. Empire automated call called me on that morning to say they were coming and had the same saying as they always do "As our contractor is on another job before yours, we can not guarantee an arrival time." I waited all day for them to show up and they never showed up. The next day, Tuesday 18th they showed up that morning.They came out and restretched the carpet and beat the nails down on the stairs. Thanks for fixing what I have been requesting for weeks, but I will not be using Empire again.

We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. The flooring was purchased in 2015, the customer recently contacted us regarding the flooring separating. We inspected the installed floor for a nominal fee on August 3rd.  Per our review, the flooring appears have been damaged...

by topical moisture. This type of damage is not covered by warranty and we offered to replace the floor at a discounted cost to the customer.
