I see my story here is not unique My daughter signed up for the Black Friday deal for a free bracelet if you paid the shipping ($4.95) We were automatically signed up for a subscription without our knowledge (we obviously didn't read the fine print) We called after the first 'subscription' charge and were told we could cancel but were not given any information on how to do this We sent the company a message on Instagram and thought this was the end of the matter In the mean time we did not receive the bracelet and have been charged a second month of a 'subscription' we thought was cancelledWe also messaged the business again about the bracelet ordered and were given the runaround At this point I went to the business' website and called the customer service number which is only a recording that directs you to the website Is this even a legitimate business because this feels like a scam if I've ever experienced one
