I called EVERY charity on this list, and they have never heard of this business I tried to cross-reference by address *** *** Key *** *** ** XXXXX-XXXX) and they do not have ties with "My Buena Vida" or anything by that address You can safely assume all your hard earned money is pocketed by the business

Your card WILL be charged randomly at times, whether you cancel the subscription or not MY card was charged several times, and only now I notice, and nothing was sent I had spoken to the person at the phone number, which is now disconnected, a year ago, and received an email response confirming cancellation of my auto-enrollment That is the last email I ever received from them, and now no responses to my countless emails for the fraudulent charges You MUST get a new card/account number, not just block charges, because they will change wording in the charge to get a new charge to go through

When you buy a bracelet they make you click an "accept our terms and conditions" checkboxOn the 20th paragraph it says it is a subscription and if you want to ONLY receive your first order you need to cancel right away

A charge was made in my bank account, without any purchaseI contacted them, they sent an email saying " due to a technical platform issues, some account were activated in recurring monthly donations" I was told I will a paper checkstill waiting since March
last Friday the told me still working hard to solve the issue and offered me some bracelets

due to all this incident, I had to cancel my debit card, and of course all debits associated to it, creating an inconvenience making sure all my payments were set up again Waiting since March to get my money backI just got tired

On December 27, 2017, I filed complaint case number XXXXXXXX against this company They did respond to the complaint and refunded the charges which were NOT authorized on 1/9/ Now, months later, they have resumed charging $to my bank account! There have been no interactions with My Buena Vida and they STILL HAVE NO AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT! I will be filing complaints with any and every other source to stop this company from doing business in such an unethical manner We canceled the "membership" that was started from a fraudulent "free gift" my underage son was drawn into immediately after realizing he was suckered by this company They refused to refund I filed the complaint in December and they realized their error and supposedly stopped all future charges They did wait months before beginning to charge again, WITHOUT permission!
