this place is horrible ! Save your money ! I have called and emailed trying to cancel for my daughter , but they keep billing ! I finally closed the bank account to keep them out !! Phone numbers have messages doubt they check

Continues to bill me even though they have acknowledged in writing that I have requested to cancel my subscription
I was orginally unaware that my initial purchase with My Buena Vida would result in recurring monthly chargesI contacted them via email to cancel my subscription and have a return email from them stating my subscription was cancelled as of January 28, The last charge to my account should have been Jan 10, I was billed yet again on March 12, I have been unable to speak directly to anyone at their company

I unsubscribed from the monthly billing service but they still charged me
I was billed on March 5th for the monthly subscription service of $ I had made a purchase for a couple of bracelets on August 11th 2017, but I unsubscribed from the automatic subscription that comes with any purchase, nearly immediately after purchasing the bracelets I got a confirmation email stating that I would not be billed for the automatic monthly subscription service I am fine and happy with the bracelets, I am not okay with being billed for a monthly subscription that I immediately cancelled and did not sign up for, especially half a year later

They billed my credit card for the things I never ordered from themI called them and they cancelled my "subscription"Today I found out that they still bill my credit cardFraudsters! Stay away from them

I ordered a map for my daughter from this company I take responsibility for not reading the fine print and enrolling in their program BUT, I asked to cancel twice and wasn't cancelled even though I said I was I contacted Discover and asked for a stop payment to this company DO NOT buy anything from them!!!

My daughter has tried to cancel her subscription for the past three months through their website's "Unsubscribe" process Each time, she receives a message stating that they are "Sad to see her go" and that her subscription has ended However, each of the past three months her credit card has continued to be charged the $fee She has already paid the $charity contribution requirement mentioned in the small print Steer clear of this business!
