My subscription has been cancelled for over a year now and I recently received a billing of $ I haven't visited or bought anything from the site
I was charged $to my debit card from Buena Vida on March 9, I have not purchases anything for this site in a year and I have not had any problems from the since my cancellation last year, until now

Beware When purchasing from this business you are enrolled in an automatic subscription We received our initial purchase but noticed they debited our account the next month for $and we did not receive another purchase When we called them we were told we needed to cancel and then wait for our money to be refunded through the accounting dept We were unaware that we had been put on a subscription and if we didn't check our credit card monthly who knows how many months they would have been pocketing money from us

Just like everyone else, there is no answer to the phone number listed and the message says to email customer service Once you email customer service to cancel subscription, they acknowledge receipt of email but continue to charge your account In February 2018, they made charges of $within days of each other I think they know their time is short

I made a one time purchase and my account has been drafted ever since
I made a purchase for a bracelet for a one time purchase and did not give anyone permission to take any additional monies from my account My account has been continiously being drafted for a purchase each month since then I have requested four times to unsubscribe and I even have screenshots of these request and it has not been stopped I have called two different numbers - X-XXX-XXX-XXXX says that this is not a working number I also called X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and it has a recorded message that says to please contact mybuenavida.com but that site is no help!!

The company has a $charge pending months after I made a purchase with no subscription
I bought a product from them back in late October, early November and March a charge was pending for $in my bank account and the account that it is in, is specifically for monthly billsThe buena Vida charge over-drafted that account and added a $fee to it! I would like the company to reimburse for the overdraft fee and refund the $that they are basically stealing from meI am in no way attached to the company with a subscription nor do I donate to themThey are nothing but a scam and a fraud!

In November I purchased a scratch off map and then started getting charges shortly there after every 3-weeks for another $ I disputed it with amex and sent Buena Vida an emailThey responded with "under review" to cancel the subscription I never knew or requested to have ongoing automatic purchases Even after it has been disputed with Amex they have charged me again a few times Today was the last charge I have received items in the mail that I never ordered that are junk and I never asked for them There is no way to call them either because their phone number doesn't work

Do not purchase anything from this company! If you do you'll be automatically enrolled into a monthly billing of $for "charitable donations." The problem is, they don't tell you this when you make a purchaseI've made several attempts to unsubscribe from the monthly donation, but they have continued to bill me regardlessI am completely frustrated at this point and am most likely going to have to contact my bank to block any further transactions

My Buena Vida is a scam!!!
I was subscribed with My Buena Vida for monthsI canceled my subscription and the representative was clear that it was canceledmonths after my cancelation, I received a $charge from my card which came out of nowhere because I'd already canceled months agoI sent multiple emails and tried calling but the number is unavailableI'm not sure what to do to get my refund back because this is definitely a scam

I purchased the scratch off map on November 4,and it was $19.71, and I immediately unsubscribed from the monthly charges after my purchase because I was unaware that it was a subscriptionYet I was charged $on November 14,without my knowledge and then again on December 1, without my knowledgeThis is an incredible inconvenience for me because I am a student and do not have a lot of money especially around the holidaysAll I wanted was to buy a nice gift for a family member and it has just stressed me outI wish I had of checked out the reviews for this place before purchasing from themIt really is a shame because I received the map and it is beautiful but I definitely will not be purchasing from this site againHopefully they will reimburse me my money without a hassle
