I saw advertisements on social media for a free bracelet and I thought the bracelets looked pretty nice and I like the cause they are raising money forAfter receiving my bracelet in the mail, I loved it! I then sent family members the website to purchase their braceletsA month later, today, I was charged $by My Buena VidaI was not aware that this was a monthly subscription and I would be chargedI saw other people had the same issue, and I have cancelled my membershipI will not shop on this site, nor will my family nowIt seems I have been tricked into this free bracelet and now they have my moneyI would appreciate a refund
This is a scam My YO son ordered one of their brackets and then he was charged $each month until we found out what was happening I attempted to cancel the subscription multiple times, then they started charging his account months later I may have to close his checking acct to finally stop this company from extracting money from his account BEWARE
Charging my credit card still after being cancelled
I purchased a bracelet from them back in January they charged my card that month with a $I called and cancelled it the very next day they did refund itApril I get another charge from them of I called but never could get anyoneThey never refunded my cardAgain in June my card has been charged and I can not get in touch with anyoneThis is crazy they let people do this to consumers and they still have jobsI need to get my money back due to having to pay bills

I have read online that they are debiting peoples accounts to donate to charity
Although I respect the idea, I live in a 3rd world country, I dont earn enough to survive and support myself, I therefore do not care about any charity other than the ones I am already supporting
I hereby request a refund on all amounts debited from my account, apart from the sale price of the map
I bought your product because I like the product, I did not wish to donate a cent, as I already donate all I can locally
Please can we arrange this as quickly as possible, As I am in desperate need of groceries and a few $ (Dollars) is a huge amount here in in Africa

This business lures in customers by offering a great deal with a lack of presentable details and then even after I unsubscribed and had them investigated by American Express, kept charging meI have been as direct as possible with this business but feel like a victim of theftIt is unbelievable
I ordered a map off an Instagram addI had seen other items advertised and chose to take a chance at a great deal of a $map + shipping The map came ( it is okay Stores like ***'s will not professionally mount it because of the shiny residue they use) I noticed a $fee a month later I found their website and noticed a couple of complaints about it from someone else I did look up their T&C's and it does say it is a subscription service However, during checkout, if that was on the the page, it is very small or non-existent I tried going through the process again to see if it states it and I could not find it

On May I bought bracelets from mybuenavida.com for my daughter (order # XXXXX) and at the same time without paying attention signed up for their monthly subscription serviceOn July 3rd I was billed for the subscription and the next day July 4th I cancelled the subscription and received confirmation
On September I ordered one more bracelet my daughter really wanted (order # XXXXX) and right after the order cancelled the subscription again with again receiving email confirmation, but this time they charged me on October 3rd, as the site says it takes a day to process cancellations and I cancelled right after the order I did not make a deal of this charge

Hi I wanted to share my experience with MyBuenaVida they have some amazing bracelets and I think that their mission to help protect the animals and the enviroment is pretty genuine, I just would like them to stop charging me each month because Their check out process is no cristal clear to the customers with their own rules and laws and Unfortunately I signed for a monthly membership without being aware of it, I'm a broke student and I can't afford to spend each month for that membership, I've already canceled my subscription in their website but I just got a charge a few days agoAnyways I would really appreciate if the company helps me out in this one and I will change the quality of my review for it, thank you
