Husband and Daughter ordered bracelets for Christmas in November To date, they have not been received and no refund Was provided a bogus tracking number that doesn't even show the shipping label being created Sooo many complaints of facebook page for this business They are just taking the money and not filling the orders

MyBuenaVida has made unauthorized transactions in my account
I bought a bracelet online from MyBuenaVida.com on 6-22-(my order number being: XXXXX) After that online purchase, I was automatically subscribed to a monthly subscription where each month MyBuenaVida would charge $and send a new braceletAfter this occurring for one month, I contacted MyBuenaVida on 7-27-and unsubscribed (I still have an email showing proof of them sending an unsubscribing confirmation message)After that I thought I was good to goHowever, on 3-5-I noticed a billing transaction from MyBuenaVida on my bank account for another $I had no authorization of this transactionI have not had business with MyBuenaVida since I unsubscribed so there are no reasons for MyBuenaVida to have charged me $nearly months of being unsubscribed

Erroneous Charges to my Credit Card
My 15yo son ordered a bracelet from his company and they put him on a monthly billing cycleIt took me almost a month to get this cancelledThis happened in October I just received a charge on my bank accountI am not even sure how they got this bank account information because it's a business accountI have sent an email and have contacted my bank to stop payment

My daughter ordered one bracelet - which she loved! - and was unknowingly subscribed to some monthly 'membership' and charged for it No answer when I call the number Unsubscribed through the website, called the (XXX) XXX-XXXX and spoke to someone at this number Confirmed she will be unsubscribed, that we are disputing charges (of them for which she's received no products) and that future charges are blocked by our bank

I recently ordered a bracelet and a scratch off map and I'm trying to track it but it says no results when I'm brought to the tracking website

Much like everyone else, I have had a difficult time cancelling my subscription I actually enjoyed their bracelets and didn't mind paying the $a month because I liked them and seemed like a good cause My credit card was charged on November 23rd and November 26th and I have been unsuccessful in getting one of these charges reversed I have been trying for months to get that taken care of and I have been told it would take 3-days to show up but, it never has Then, they charged my credit card $rather than the $and when I asked about that I was told they can raise their prices at any time OK...I agreed to that but, they charged me $rather than $ Yes, it is only a penny but, it doesn't seem like good business practice to state an amount to be charged and then charge something different (even if it is a penny) I have paid the $months now and have cancelled my subscription yet, I was charged again today I would love to talk to someone on the phone but, there is no number to call listed on the website I have sent numerous emails at this point and will continue until I am refunded $for the double charge in November and the continued subscription charge that I have cancelled I am hoping to get a response from someone in the company on this page since I am not having luck communicating with them elsewhere

We approved a one-time transaction to purchase bracelets from My Buena Vida last October In February, an unauthorized charge went through on my daughter's account We contacted the company's online customer service They told us they don't keep credit card information and didn't know how it happened, but they would look into it We followed up a couple of weeks later, and they said they were having difficulties The delay and scam has continued We have not waited more than the days allowed to file a dispute with our bank because the company said we should have a refund in a week This was over weeks ago
It looks like this is the way they scam people and collect unauthorized charges

THIS COMPANY IS SCAM!! Unauthorized charges to my debit card
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! My daughter ordered ONE bracelet and was repeatedly charged a monthly fee thereafter She sent an email to the company to unsubscribe and received a response email stating that they could not refund her money, but her account is cancelled and will no longer be receiving charges to her debit card Fast forward months and she is now being charged $again For what, I don't know because she isn't receiving any packages from them, just money being taken out of her account My daughter is a college student and every penny matters to her I tried to call the number listed on the website and it is disconnected - go figure!! So she sent another email to them asking to refund her money, but no response from them They are thieves and I will not stop until my daughter has her money back I will start legal proceedings soon
