this company debited money from my checking account without my permissionthey have yet to refund me and its been over weeks I ordered bracelets from this company years agoafter the receipt of my items, I was charged a monthly feeI cancelled my subscription after thathere it is almost years later and I randomly see a charge for come out of my checking accountI have emailed multiple timed to get my money back and the response I keep getting is that they supposedly sent my refund to meI have been charged multiple overdraft fees due to this and had returned checks because of themthere is no one answering a phone so the only contact has to be by email

My Buena Vida charged me $months after I unsubscribed from their websiteThey're not responding to my emails I unsubscribed in December of It is March of and I got charged $to my card, when I haven't even been on their website since I unsubscribedI tried emailing them, but they're not responding to my emailsI've had issues with their charging before and all they do is change their terms and conditions to cover up what they do

auto signed me up for a monthly charge, I disputed with amex and this company is still charging mesaid "under review" when emailed but charged again In November I purchased a scratch off map and then started getting charges shortly there after every 3-weeks for another $ I disputed it with amex and sent Buena Vida an emailThey responded with "under review" to cancel the subscription I never knew or requested to have ongoing automatic purchases Even after it has been disputed with Amex they have charged me again a few times Today was the last charge I have received items in the mail that I never ordered that are junk and I never asked for them There is no way to call them either because their phone number doesn't work

Money being debited repeatedly from my daughters account My daughter ordered bracelets from this company She was unaware of a monthly fee that is charged After her checking account was debited more than $in one month, I sent and email and told them to stop the withdrawals They told me to cancel her membership, so I did Since then they have debited $more since March 5, in debits of $each In total they have debited her account for over $for two bracelets that were less than $each The company claims that they do not store credit card numbers, but yet they still continue to debit her account I sent an email to resolve with the company and was told that they are unsure why these debits were created and would send me a refund However, if no debit or credit card information is stored, how will they refund the account I have also read numerous complaints for the same issues under the reviews for this company

I ordered a map off an Instagram addI had seen other items advertised and chose to take a chance at a great deal of a $map + shipping The map came ( it is okay Stores like [redacted] 's will not professionally mount it because of the shiny residue they use) I noticed a $fee a month later I found their website and noticed a couple of complaints about it from someone else I did look up their T&C's and it does say it is a subscription service However, during checkout, if that was on the the page, it is very small or non-existent I tried going through the process again to see if it states it and I could not find it This is very MISLEADING and just sad I ended up canceling my CC only because I read others had a hard time canceling the subscriptionup to three months and I did not want to chance it No phone number to contact DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Did my first order with BV on May 27, Well apparently when I did my one time order I signed up also for a subscripton that would automatically renew!! WHAT ? I purchased the scratch off map on November 4,2017 and it was $19.71, and I immediately unsubscribed from the monthly charges after my purchase because I was unaware that it was a subscription. Yet I was charged $26.21 on November 14,2017 without my knowledge and then again on December 1, 2017 without my knowledge. This is an incredible inconvenience for me because I am a student and do not have a lot of money especially around the holidays. All I wanted was to buy a nice gift for a family member and it has just stressed me out. I wish I had of checked out the reviews for this place before purchasing from them. It really is a shame because I received the map and it is beautiful but I definitely will not be purchasing from this site again. Hopefully they will reimburse me my money without a hassle.

My daughter ordered a bracelet and was NOT aware of the subscription service My credit card was billed three times for the original purchase I'm guessing the extra two charges are for the subscription service This company does NOT answer their telephone or respond to email

My son's account was charged twice at the rate of without his consent, for a total of $ My son made a purchase for $The order # is XXXXXX After that purchase, was taken out of his account twice for a total of $ On Feb12, the amount of was taken out and they emailed him and said "his order was sent" and sent him a necklace he didn't order#XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX On Feb28, another bracelet was sent that he did not order and $was again taken out of his account#XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX We are requesting that the amount of $be put back into his account

They are cheats praying on young kids My daughter ordered a bracelet from them last year, and all of sudden they started charging The number listed does not go through, but I have submitted a unsubscribe request on their web site I am hoping that their s some humanity left and they will refund my daughter's money

Renewed subscription and payments processed WITHOUT my consent I signed up with My Buena Vida knowing that it was a subscription serviceAfter not receiving products for a few months but still being charged I decided to cancel the subscriptionIt took TWO months worth of back and forth emails and monthly subscription charges to cancel I finally had my account cancelled on March 16, and was sent an email confirming my cancellation In April, May, July(x2), August AND September of my credit card was charged for the monthly donations (USD), without any product being received OR having any authorization from me On March 9, (almost one full year after cancelling my subscription) I was charged $USDI was told there was a "glitch" in their system, that the $would be refunded, but the charges from April to September would not because they do not make refunds on donations, despite the fact that they were unsolicited and my subscription was alrea

I see my story here is not unique. My daughter signed up for the Black Friday deal for a free bracelet if you paid the shipping ($4.95). We were automatically signed up for a subscription without our knowledge (we obviously didn't read the fine print). We called after the first 'subscription' charge and were told we could cancel but were not given any information on how to do this. We sent the company a message on Instagram and thought this was the end of the matter. In the mean time we did not receive the bracelet and have been charged a second month of a 'subscription' we thought was cancelled. We also messaged the business again about the bracelet ordered and were given the runaround. At this point I went to the business' website and called the customer service number which is only a recording that directs you to the website. Is this even a legitimate business because this feels like a scam if I've ever experienced one.

I never received that "gift" from the November "donation" but didn't care to bother for itNow I see today, nearly months later I have a pending charge from them againNo explanation or email to even confirm whatever they charged m
