I bought a map and got charged two $payments! I'm upset because I don't have the money to constantly pay for this! In addition, I clicked one time payments and I still got charged this! And as the icing on the cake, I never got ANY of the mentioned bracelets that are supposed to come every month! I didn't get anything except for my map!

This is either a scam or an incredibly poorly run businessRandom charges, charges after getting subscription cancellation confirmation emails, and no response from customer support all seem to be standard practices with this organizationI ended up disputing charges at my bank and getting a new debit cardCaveat emptor never seemed so appropriate

My son ordered from this website It advertises on social platforms like Instagram luring young audiences with their trendy merchandiseIt was after ordering that he was provided with the "fine print" where they let you know that by purchasing their products you've now agreed to their monthly charge Follwith their phone number resulted in the recorded message: "call tech support" which is conveniently the same numberI immediately spoke with my credit card company and ended up having to change my number (yes, a huge pain!) but at least I know they will not be able to bill me monthly A teachable lesson for my teenager

Did my first order with BV on May 27, Well apparently when I did my one time order I signed up also for a subscripton that would automatically renew!! WHAT ? I didn't noticed till three months later when I actually looked at my credit card statementI called and spoke to *** *** from BV companyShe explained thats what I agree once I order my ONE_TIME braceletsI NEVER RECEIVED those Monthly bracelets! But they sure DID charged my credit card THREE times JUNE 27, JULY 27, AUGtotal of $bucks for what ? I purchased an item form My Buena Vida as a gift for someone back in Oct Today (March 12, 2018) I find I have yet another charge to my account of $for a "subscription" (THAT I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR) that I requested to be canceled months ago When I found that I was being charged monthly, a few months after making this purchase, I tried calling the number provided on the website It was not a working number I called several times, throughout the day Still no luck I reached out via email requesting information as to why I was being charged, seeing I had only purchased one item, months before NO RESPONSE I had to email these people again and again to get them to FINALLY respond to meThey had told me that when purchasing an item from them you are signing up for a donation subscription basicallyI emailed them back stating that I was unaware that that was how they worked never did I see that that was their thing Instead of making a big stink of it, I kindly just asked them to cancel my "subscription" No response I emailed them yet again, requesting the cancellation At this point, I had been charged again They responded saying that they were canceling the subscription and that I would not being charged again As I said, today - March CHARGED AGAIN! I just called my bank and told them that I was not suppose to be charged They had to start a claim to cancel the payment
I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company, EVER!
I am out $for nothingI am a server, so I work very hard for my moneyEvery dollar counts in my book So, to methis is completely whack How these guys are still in business is beyond me

My young son ordered a bracelet over a year ago from My Buena Vida, and they failed to send any product After several months, the charge was disputed with my credit card company, and returned Now, over a full year later, My Buena Vida started charging my credit card again without any new orders being placed! Their website now claims that all orders are "subscriptions", which was never mentioned a year ago All attempts to call their phone number result in an answering machine message saying "We are currently closed", with no further instructions My credit card company is on the case, and is now investigating with the bank they utilize

I moved and contacted company, but didn't get bracelets for months
I had been getting bracelets for 3-months and I moved to another cityI contacted the company months after my moveI was told I would not receive bracelets for those months, which is understandableI received one bracelet after that and then none for monthsI contacted company again, and they did then, start sending to the new address againI was CHEATED out of months worth of bracelets thoughI don't mind at all participating in the program, even though I was also tricked into that, but I enjoy helping animals and the environmentI DO NOT like feeling though I was roped off thoughEvery time I get one of my beautiful bracelets, it just reminds me of the ones I DIDN'T getI e mailed the company about the situation and the only thing done was to start sending bracelets to my new addressThe lost bracelets weren't even addressed in their reply

My conclusion is that they obviously kept my card on file even though I opted out of their service all those months ago and decided to randomly charge me $
I have contacted them by email twice asking for a refund and never received a replyI was forced to cancel my card to make sure they would not be able to charge me again

How disappointing - complete scam My son ordered a bracelet last year, and we cancelled the subscription after I realized we would continue to be charged Got a confirmation email from them letting us know it was cancelled, etc Months and months later, I see today that my credit card was charged $ Of course their number is disconnected - typical of a company scamming peopleI had to cancel my card that I've had for years and years due to these thieves DO NOT purchase from this company!!!

My daughter ordered bracelets on her first order We were then unknowingly subscribed to their monthly subscription at $per month whereby she receives one bracelet every month and we get charged directly through our credit card account I'm sure there was some very tiny print somewhere indicating the monthly subscription but it was not clear at all Very sneaky and rude
