I agree this is a scam I also tried to call the number listed on the website and it is disconnected I JUST realized this is the 3rd time the company has charged me and so I sent an email and wouldn't you know I received a separate email today saying they sent a welcome package I told them to cancel it ASAP and refund my money I will not let this end unless I receive my money back

Continually debiting money from my account after subscription is cancelled
It has been on multiple occasions within the past year (2017/2018) that I have attempted to cancel this subscription Even after confirmation of subscription cancellation my credit card is being charged $once or usually twice a month I have just requested a new debit card from the bank and will need to go in to dispute the charges On a couple of occasions I have just let it go thinking the account will finally be cancelled, but then it continues to happen

My complaint reads identically to almost every other complaint against this companyMy teenage daughter bought a bracelet for $using my debit card and then I noticed that my debit card continued to be charged $20/month for the next couple of monthsWhen I investigated, the website indicated that she would have had to select "one time purchase" in very tiny letters at the bottom of the website in order to NOT subscribe to a monthly donationWe immediately canceled the subscriptionNow months later, my account has again been charged $and an email reply from customer service said that it was a mistake and has been refunded to my accountNo refund has shown up in my account and my only recourse is to cancel my debit card and get a new number which is a very frustrating and convoluted process since I have had the same number for several years

Completely shady company I bought a map thru an Instagram ad Then, since they're so proud of what they do, they hide a subscription in the fine print when you check out of buying a single product (Insert sarcasm here) You are then enrolled at $a monthDon't worry my CC company is declining the charges and I changed my card number as well as unsubscribed from this completely bogus company Buyer beware was never truer than with this company

My year old daughter bought Jewelry online from this company using her own debit card Without realizing it, the company signed her up for recurring shipments My daughter was paying $per month for several months She had no way to cancel the order because their phone number was not in service and they would not respond to email requests for cancellation We are now in the process of cancelling her debit card They are a scam!

Unauthorized Deduction from Son's Checking Account
My son, *** ***, whom is years old, purchased two bracelets from My Buena Vida and cancelled the membership Since he requested the cancellation through their online contact, he has had $deducted from his account on at least two occasions, the last being Dec 8, These charges are unauthorized and show to be a recurring charge

Money was drafted from my checking account on 3/3/without my consent This has happened before and they said I was on some kind of automatic plan When I talked with the company, they advised me ALL my information would be removedI have contacted my bank again concerning this problem I tried to call the company and a recording said the number is not in service at this time
