I booked and payed for airline tickets from myflgithsearch.com and they did not follow through with ticketing as promised.
On Sep.21 I booked and payed for a round trip ticket from DFW-FLL for Nov.7-10 on myfightsearch.com. My Amex was charged for the ticket and I received a confirmation e-mail thanking me for booking and also stating my E-Tickets would follow shortly via Email with this booking confirmation #***. A week later I had not received the e-tickets. I called customer service, the agent confirmed my email and told me the tickets would be sent with in the hour. I never received the email. I called several more times over the next few weeks. I always got the same response. Finally on Nov. 5 I called the airline directly to confirm and they found a reservation (PNR) that had never been payed so it was canceled. I then called customer service at myflighrtsearch.com they once again told me the ticket would be sent within the hour. after 4 more calls to them I was told they were having ticketing problems and were unable to issue the tickets. I confirmed with Amex CC that the charge was made to my CC. I explained the situation and they promptly reversed the charge. I have also contacted ARC (Airline Reporting Corporation) in Arlington, Va explaining what has taken place. I was told ARC noted their file and gave me the following reference #698982 and advised me to file this complaint. I can provide emails and other supporting documentation upon request.

Desired Outcome

The resolution I am requesting is that myflightsearch.com cease and desist any and all further ticketing scamming. I also want them to publicly apologize to the hundreds of people that they have scammed.

On 11/9/19 I purchased a ticket for *** that should have been for one traveler and one pet. the confirmation code was *** This website charged me 295.00 to book the flight,the rep was very difficult to understand he miss spelled my name completely he scheduled wrong flight time and did not include travel with pet I called them back to address the issue and they hung up on me I called back again and told them I wanted them to cancel the flight not 2 hrs after buying ticket. *** refunded me 118.29 but this website refused to refund me the other 295.00

I have been waiting for a refund for the past 1 month from this company. *** confirmed the refund was sent to them on Oct.7th/2019
I had cancelled 2 air fare tickets on Oct. 6th/2019 and was told to wait 5-7 business days to get the refund back. It has been 1 month. I have called ***, who the flights were for, and they have confirmed that the refund was sent to "myflightsearch" company on Oct. 7th/2019. I have yet to receive any email or any refund from this company.
I keep getting the same answers for me to wait longer, wait 2 days, wait 72hrs, etc but nothing has happened. I need my refund of $1600CAD now!
I have talked to a "Jackson ***" customer service rep, who definitely sounds to be South Asian but says he is not. I myself am South Asian and know how they sound.
I also spoke to a "Senior employee, Steven ***, extension ***".
I have called them every single day to no avail. I have been hung up on and told lies upon lies and have not received any refund.

I will not be satisfied with this response from the company until I receive the cheque and it is cashed into my girlfriends account. If the cheque is bounced and unsuccessfully cashed in, I will be filing another complaint with the company.
However if the cheque is successfully cashed in, only then will I be satisfied.

Flight cancellation.
On 9/22/19, I purchased a round trip flight to *** for 10/16-10/22/19, through this website. On Oct.14,2019, I received a call from a Myflightsearch representative to confirm my ticket. The representative said I will receive a confirmation email in the next few hours. I receive an email shortly that says my fare expired. When I called to inquire about the email I received, was told I do not have a ticket as of now and in order for my fare to be processed, I must be the current price of the fare! This is a scam!! They're a bunch of frauds. I prepared for almost a month for this trip. I requested time off from work just for you tell me I don't have a ticket.

This business has all my contacts information and know exactly who I am and how to reach me. I have email confirmation from them indicating transactions being made however they forged a signature with *** logo. I am extremely disappointed and I will be proceeding with pursuing this issue in small claims court.

I have contacted *** and I have evidence of my card being charged to pay for a flight for another individual and an email confirmation for said flight going to another email that is not mine. This business has given me the run around every time I called. I have been told "they have no managers/ supervisors" to complain to. They have a bunch of foreign men with Indian accents given false American names and frauding hard working Americans. I want this business investigated and shut down. It's all a lie that they don't know who I am or don't have my contact information. Infact, whenever I call, they long in how many times I have called and tell me how my phone number is associated to my "account"
If the Revdex.com is not going to help me resolve this issue and investigate this company, then what is the point of your existence? Perhaps you are also paid to cover this up.
I will get to the bottom of this. This is a complete fraud!

My flight that was paid for was cancelled two days prior to my departure unless I paid $300.00 after purchasing ticket for $115.00.
On September 8, 2019 I booked a *** flight through Myflightsearch.com for the ammount of $115.56 round trip from ***.The plane was set to depart on October 14, 2019.

On October 12, 2019 I received a call from a random number. The caller was foreign and did not express a business. He asked me if I am still planning on flying from ***. I instantly hung up the phone thinking I was being scammed and that the website possibly got hacked. I contacted the website to express my concern.

The website representative, also an English challenged individual using the communication difficulty to his advantage of sounding naive, advised that the phone call was made to advise me that due to lack of booking I would need to pay an extra $300.00 to keep my booking. I advised them that this was completely ridiculous as I already purchased the booking for an agreed upon amount and already had my confirmation. He advised that if I did not wish to pay the extra amount, they would refund my money within 7 to 10 business days which would come after my flight leaves making me use more money to purchase another ticket.

After I hung up I noticed numerous other reviews advising the same thing occurred to them. It appears that they reel you in with an extraordinarily low price at the time that you could get a cheaper realistic price through another agency and then they raise the price to keep the ticket two days before the flight hoping that you will buy it out of fear that the flight is booked or convenience of not having to go through another agency. Had I booked a legit flight through a legit agency I could have gotten one at that time cheaper. I did purchase another ticket through *** for $220.00, however it could have been cheaper back in September.

I checked with ***s with my confirmation number and it showed that my booking never existed.

I am wishing to not only obtain the $115.00 back from my refund which they are promising, but the amount of $95.00 which is the difference of the ticket promised and the ticket purchased through *** due to the promise of the flight at that price. If I went to the grocery store and purchased a gallon of Milk for $3.00 it would be illegal for the store to come to my house the following day and raise the price to $5.00 and advise that if I didn't pay the extra $2.00 they would take my milk back.

I appreciate your time in the matter and hope that not only a resolution to my situation can be solved, but diminishing a business that is scamming hard working Americans.

I am seeking not only the $115.55 that was promised at the notice of cancellation but also $95.00 which is the difference of the ticket price promised of $115.00 and what I had to pay two days prior to the flight of $220.00. Had I not been scammed and noticed of the flight cancellation two days prior to departure, I would have had time back in September to purchase a cheaper ticket.

I appreciate your response willingness to resolve the situation. I hope that the issue helps to train and better your company so these incidents dont happen again or as frequently.

My fiancé and I booked our flights to Cancun on 9/13 (depart on 11/3 and come back 11/6) to visit our wedding venue in Playa Del Carmen. I found awesome flights for $407.24 for both of us and submitted the booking request. I received a confirmation email and was charged the $407.24 that day. A month before our trip (today 10/3) I click on my United app to see if the booking was ticketed and there are still no flights. I call MyFlightSearch customer service to see what's going on. A quiet monotone woman with an Indian accent answers the phone "customer service" in a very echo-y room with many people talking in the background. I ask if I have contacted myflightsearch (bizarre that I had to ask) and she says "yes". I ask her to check our flight status, she looks it up, and tells me that the fare must've changed and our booking was canceled. I tell her I was already charged for the flights and she says "no, I'm sure it's sure pending". I already had my CapitalOne app open and am literally looking at the charge for $407.24, not pending but posted on 9/13. She tells me to send my bank statement to the customer service email address and request a refund. So that is what I have done. First, I am absolutely livid that I was not notified immediately, as our flights have doubled in price because of how close I am purchasing them to the departure date. I am totally unsure if I'll get a refund without notifying my credit card company in which they will have to issue me a new card because this is FRAUD. I believe this company to be fraudulent and to be blatant, scamming. They even still have the "A+ Revdex.com" sticker still attached to the bottom of the emails they sent me which shocked me because of the horrible amount of negative reviews I read earlier today about MyFlightSearch. I was seriously thinking, "there's no way". So I clicked on the Revdex.com sticker and it brought me here, where I see that their accreditation is "suspended". Go figure, they are frauds.

Fraudulent website running unauthorized credit card transactions
Unauthorized CC charges. They attempted to charge $1032, $2640 and $4844 at once. Was a business card and has fraud detection. Thank God!! Bank caught the fraudulent attempts right away and sent me notifications. Now my card is cancelled and they are sending me a replacement.

First and last time booking on MyFlightSearch.com agency. Business that gave false advertisement and wasted people's time and money.
Myflightsearch.com is not a reliable travel agency. First and last time booking with them. Booked my tickets to go to France on 9/3/19 for my trip in April 2020. I was excited and made plans with my family in France. I did two bookings. The first booking was canceled due to a payment issue. On 9/6/19, I received two emails letting me know that there was a "technical computer glitch" and that my payment has been voided; not once but twice! The second voided payment they were going to charge me double amount of what I was paying for. This is frightening to know that they are messing with your credit card! I was concerned with my second booking (did not received a cancelation email) so I tried calling them but it took me forever to reach them. I left voice messages but never received a call back. I had to call them more than ten times to get through them. I wasted half a day leaving me with an end result feeling angry and cheated. I spoke with 5 people at 5 different times. Each one I asked I could not get a clear answer as to why my booking was cancelled. I had asked to speak to a Supervisor but all said they are not available. One of them said his Supervisor will get back with me within 2 hours; which I never received a call. The 4th call, staff hung up on me. He didn't want to hear what I had to say. The 5th call, I called the Head Office in Las Vegas. He was able to explain the reason, which still didn't make sense to me. He stated the reason why the booking was cancelled was that the airline has expired. What does this mean? The website still have the same flight information and price? Then he said the airline's price increased. Again, this did not make sense. When you advertise your price on the website shouldn't you honor your customer with that price and ticket? I paid twice and was voided twice! The Head Office staff wanted me to book it for the 3rd time over the phone guaranteeing that it won't change again. Yeah right! I have lost all trust at this point. They were rude, unprofessional, and hard to understand. I am hoping that I will receive a full refund for my second booking! I would not recommend anyone to book their flight through this agency!

Booked urgent flight out of New Orleans urgently on 11 th July 2019.
Operator advised my *** did not go through.Gave 2 nd card which was debited. About 10 minutes later saw that my *** had also been debited. Operator told me that they would refund.
I've been trying to get refund on numerous emails- they have now told me twice I would be refunded 1.-in 10 to 15 days and now again in 7 -10 days. see below:

$2133 for seat upgrade
Prior to our travel to *** ( on US Navy orders) I called a number I thought was *** to upgrades our seats from economy to premium, was charged $2133 for the three upgrades, just to find out it's economy plus.
Contacted *** just to find out it was not them, *** actually says the economy plus fee was waived for us.
Agent Fee charged for three upgrades & didn't deliver the upgrades.

This company posed as *** and charged me $910.00 to reschedule 5 plane tickets that *** did not charge anything for.
Had to reschedule a flight from June 30, 2019 due to a medical emergency, I called what I thought was *** Airlines. This company posed as *** and charged my Discover card $910.00 to reschedule for the next day July 1, 2019.

Following a flight boarding issue, the MyFlight Search company has refused to refund me, despite the provided proves.
I bought a flight ticket for 4 people from this agent on July 21 to fly on Aug 12 from Calgary, AB to Sacramento, Ca. I was at the airport 4 hours before the flight and unfortunately, due to unexplained reasons the US customs refused to let us board the plane. I called the MyFlight Search customer service 3 hours before the flight with the assistance of the airline and explained everything to them. But they refuse to refund me.

We have investigated the complaint made by Mr. Yacine Meziane. The visited our website on July 21 st ,
2019 and made a reservation for 4 passengers, travelling from Calgary, AB to Sacramento, CA and
return. The reservation was made with Westjet Airlines, departing on August 12 th , 2019 and returning on
August 18 th , 2019.
We spoke to airline representative, Rachel, regarding why the passengers were denied boarding the
flight. She advised that Mr. Meziane, and his family members have a "No Go" status and cannot fly to
United States of America. She also added that the baggage fee of $31.50 was refunded to the card. She
said that till the passengers have a "No Go" status, they cannot make a reservation with the airline or
any other travel agency. The airline is unable to process the refund due to the status of the passengers.
After we requested many times, the airline representative provided us a waiver code to process the
refund of the return portion of the booking. The refund amount for each passenger is $164.63 and she
said that it may take up to one billing cycle for the refund to be processed. The airline representative has
also placed a request to remove the "No Go" status at their end but she was not aware about the
timeline for the decision on this request.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to Mr. Meziane and his family, on this occasion but they
would also appreciate that this situation was beyond the control of any travel agent.

Flight Search Inc is claiming to be a business they are not. They are operating fake websites and phone services designed to deceive passengers.
I was attempting to catch a July 12th 2019 flight out of *** and realized I was not going to make the boarding process in time. I looked up a *** customer service number while standing in a security line for the past hour. I was made to believe I was talking directly with *** when I was in fact not. The company in question "Flight Search, Inc" is operating a fake *** website and fake customer support phone service. They copied the real *** automated phone menu options and when an agent picked up the other end, they introduced themselves as a direct *** employee. I unknowingly made a credit card transaction over the phone with "Flight Search, Inc" and NOT *** to get booked on the next outbound flight. I stepped out the security line and headed back to the ticketing counter to print out my new boarding pass. The *** ticketing agent at the front desk told me whoever I had just talked to did not setup the new ticket correctly and advised me to call the *** customer support number to get a refund. Due to the circumstances of my missed flight, the *** agent said they would not have charged me anything at all.
I got a hold of the real *** customer support and they said the transaction done over the phone was not with them and advised me to contact my credit card company. I called "Flight Search, Inc" back asking for clarification and they stated a refund would be issued back to me within 5 business days. The refund never occurred.

"Flight Search, Inc" is involved with deceptive/illegal practices that warrant further investigation. They are misrepresenting themselves by claiming to be businesses they are not. They are operating fake websites and phone services designed to deceive travelers such as myself.

Update: I called them back asking for an update on my refund I and was put on hold for 30 min before they terminated the call.

Desired Outcome

Their business practice is illegal and should be shutdown.

We received a call on July 12th, 2019. There is no IVR or automated on our phone lines to impersonate any airline. Our agent did not identify himself as a *** agent at any given time on the call. Our website and *** websites are completely different and have no similarity in the way they look. As a travel agent, we offer tickets for not only *** but for all major airlines in North America and rest of the world.

Our agent called you back to confirm if you had received the tickets. He was advised by you that you have spoken to the *** front desk and they have advised you that your ticket is not set up properly. Our agent had booked a new ticket for you as he was not able to see any option to re-book your previous flight.

Please be advised that we have a processed a refund of $278.00, to your ***. The refund would be credited to his account within 10-14 business days. Please be advised that it may take up to 1 billing cycle to show the refund on the statement, however, it will be credited to the account in 10-14 business days.

*** we apologize once again for any inconvenience caused on this occasion and hope that you will give us another chance in future to serve you better.

They booked our flight returning home a day earlier than what we paid for.
We booked 5 passengers on *** leaving 8/16/18-8/26/18 and received confirmation. When the e-tickets arrived, they had us returning 8/25/18. We couldn't change our hotel stay. I called several times and was told by numerous representatives that they would escalate the matter and ultimately refund us the difference. We were promised $1000, then $775. No refund showed up. I spent 12 months following up.

Desired Outcome

Refund the $775 they promised.

The company made good on their original promise of reimbursement.

We purchased 2 airline tickets ($600), 3 months in advance of departure, and did not realize they were non-refundable. Due to a unrelated union strike, we were unable to take these flights. The company representatives indicated that we were given the non-refundable information and were not entitled to a refund.
The question of ethics does arise. Why should the client, who did not use any of the service be denied 100% of the refund.
