I booked an international flight with them. They overcharged me by $3000.00. promised a refund which never came. The airline never received a booking
On 02/07/20 I booked an international flight with my.FlightSearch.com. My credit card was debited within hours for $3740.00, which is $3000.00 over the posted price of the ticket. On 02/09/20, an e-mail from the company claimed "a technical glitch" in their system, and they will "correct this" with "2-3 Weeks" to date ( 2 weeks later), no refund . Why it took only hours for them to charge my credit card,but a promised refund takes "weeks"? As well, the airline in question denies that a booking was ever made with them. A phone number provided by my.FlightSearch.com. has a consistent message "leave us you name, number, and a brief message,and we'll return your call promptly". No return-call, in spite of many calls from me, over several days, and different times of day.
They provided their own "booking Number":***, but never an airline booking number. They wrote that as soon as my payment cleared the credit-card, I shall be sent an e-ticket: no e-ticket to date (2 weeks later).
A search of their web-site shows many reviews/ complaints, identical to my experience . This is an obvious criminal scam!

I booked a flight through this service. They never booked. Sent email of cancelation. So I would have to pay double to get flight.
Order number ***. Originally booked 02-16-2020. Recieved confirmation email notifying me of future email with boarding pass. The day before the flight no email was ever given. After looking at original email I received a cancelation email. Contacted company and was told to have my flight I would have to pay double.

My flight search , scammers.
On Feb7th I booked and was charged full airline amount e-mailed to send me E-ticket never replied. Called and left me hold for along time shortly after hanging up on me I attempted to call and went straight to voicemail. Finally called from. Different number answered. Said it was canceled no explanation while I was waiting at the airport. This is wrong please stop them. I fear now my card will not be refunded.

I was promised over the phone & via email a refund for a plane ticket they never paid the airline for in Nov. 2019.
9/11/2019: I bought an airline ticket for a flight from *** to *** for 11/23/2019 through them: booking # *** flight #***. The $309.00 cleared my bank on 9/12/2019; I called Flight Search for my confirmation # twice before I left for ***; the agent said they didn't have it; that I should check with the airline at the terminal. *** agent there said the ticket was never paid for, so they cancelled my seat leaving me stranded at ***. I had to purchase another last minute ticket at the counter for an additional $600.00 to get home to .
I have emailed on 11/26/2019, 12/9/2019, received an email stating they had sent my information to the proper department & would hear from them soon...never did.I called on 12/30/2019; never got a contact person. I called & spoke to 'Thomas' on 1/31/2020, gave a summary;he said his 'supervisor', Victor, would call me on Monday, Feb. 3 & issue my refund in a check w/i 10 days...never called. I called on 2/17/2020 & spoke with 'Matt'; gave a summary; was told company policy was to refund only the ticket price of $309.00, not the additional $600.00 it cost me for their error. Again was told that 'Victor' was not available & would call me back later that day...never called. I expect a full refund of $309.00 which they said they would honor, as well as the $600.00 that this company cost/owes me.

I expect that they are held accountable and refund me the $309.00 as well as the $600.00 THEY cost me in unexpected airline tickets & fees dating back to November 2019. They took my money; did not fulfill what they said they would do & have not responded or even tried to resolve this.

My fiancèe and I, have not received our plane tickets. Even after calling customer service and guaranteed within 24 hours they would be emailed.
On February 21st, 2020, my fiancee ordered 2 plane tickets to *** for our honeymoon. She used her debit card. The booking number is ***. The tickets were booked for October 1st to the 15th. After recieving the booking number and calling to make sure they would be ticketed, customer service told her that they would email the tickets to her within 24 hours. It has been 48 hours. We have tried calling numerous times over the past 12 hours. Not once has someone answered the phone. If I do not see the email for the tickets I will be requesting a refund and going to my bank to file a dispute against the charges.

Desired Outcome

I would like for them to send us our tickets so that we can go on our honeymoon without issues.

We requested a refund due to not recieving our tickets within the time frame they told us. It took a few days for them to respond to my email about the refund. They finally agreed to give a full refund. I never once got someone on the phone, and I called over 30 times over a weeks time.

I purchased airline tickets from myflightsearch.com, and never received my tickets in the time indicated, however my payment was collected.
On 2/18/20 I purchased airlines tickets through myflightsearh.com. I received an email conformation that I would get me e-ticket in a few minutes or up to 24 hours. I sent multiple emails, made multiple phone calls with no response. Its been 48 hours with no change in status. I have not received an e-ticket yet, nor a reply from the company.

I would like my money refunded, with an additional fee being that the ticket prices have gone up. I need to repurchase my airline ticket as soon as possible being that the prices are increasing daily.

The consumer should not have to attempt more than once to communicate in order to cancel and be issued a refund. The consumer should not be charged any fee's to be issued a refund either.

While making a reservation on the website, all the flights details and terms and conditions are provided and recapped to the customer. Only when a customer is satisfied with itinerary and price, he/ she goes ahead to book and confirm the reservation. In this reservation also, the total price was quoted on the website and agreed by the customer and the same price was charged. There was no human intervention from our side in the booking process.

Our email confirmation also advised that the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. The reservation was booked on February 12th, 2020 and tickets were issued on the same day.

The website also advises free cancellation within 24 hours of making reservation but we were never contacted within that time-frame. Had we been contacted within 24 hours of making the reservation, we could have canceled the other reservation also for full refund. After this time limit was exhausted the ticket became non-refundable, as per airline rules.

We appreciate that this may not be the response that Mr. may be looking forward to but as a travel agent we are unable to modify the rules of an airline.

Business advertised a sales price on a ticket and then 6 hours latter never called us back. When I called back they said the airline raised the price.
Listed ticket price as 479.44. Called then 5 hours latter and still no booking. They said another 30 mins. A Hour latter I called and they put me on hold 13 mins came back and said the price of the ticket raised to 525. This is false advertising. The representative said they were about to call. This company should be shut down. After this I checked there reviews online show they are not a company that does what they say. Please do more then just investigate. This flight was for a funeral.

I sent the reservation screen shot in when I first filed. How can this company honestly say there is no reservation. That's a bold face lie. Second the phone number has not had any messages from them stating the are trying to reach us. If your trying to reach someone you leave a message and the purpose of your call. *** was the reservation number. Again the company never contacted us Waited an extended amount of time to process the reservation and then tried to up the cost of the ticket. Unacceptable business practices.

This website took my money two days before the flight. Never received the e tickets as promised. Tried to call many times and only received voicemail.
I researched the cheapest tickets I could find for my best friend and her daughter to come from *** to ***. I found this website that had the lowest price. I called before I booked to see if she needed a copy of my credit card to take w her and the guy said that if I did it over the phone she wouldn't have to. I decided against that and just booked through the website instead and sent her an email of my credit card just in case. I booked through this website on Monday Feb 10th of 2020. The flight was going to be Wednesday early morning. She contacted me the night before her flight saying she still didn't have the e-tickets. The payment was in pending on the credit card website as well as on their website. So I called them and it kept going to voicemail. I called probably six to seven times and left a voicemail. It is the 13 of February and still never received a call back. I called my credit card company because I realized this was a scam. They immediately canceled my credit card due to fraudulent charges and because the company never called back or were even there to address this issue.

Booked tickets on 1/16/2020, never received. Canceled tickets 1/22/2020. Told refund within 7 days, no refund as of 2/12/2020. 7 phone calls no answer
On 1/16/2020 booked airline tickets to *** via website. Booking #*** @15:38 PST. Totaling $642.58. Tickets were never received. I Called *** on 1/19/2020 spoke with June, she assured me I would receive them in 24 hours. Called again on 1/20/2020 when no tickets received, spoke with Ben (***) he stated systems were down and I would receive them in 24 hours. I Called on 1/22/2020 at 10:30 am canceled tickets when I still hadn't received them. I was then transferred to Thomas(***) who said that I would receive a full refund in 7 day. At that time I contacted my banking institution and started a claim with them due to services not supplied as stated. I called again on 1/30/2020 spoke with Robert who wouldn't supply me with his extension, he said I would have to wait 7-14 days for refund to be credited and I could call back if it wasn't received. Called *** on 2/12/2020 @ 5:15 EST spoke with Max (***) who said he couldn't help me and transferred me to customer service. I spoke with Calvin who said that a transfer was attempted however the bank denied it! He said that they would put in a request for a check for $642.58, but I would have to wait 7-14 days for the request to go through. I demanded to speak with a supervisor Ben (***). This company has changed the prices of the flight twice, both were cancelled. This company also charged my ***.add. $3780.00
My first booking on Jan 23rd,2020 #*** was declined by my credit card due to concern re: company.Flight # 2 was booked on Jan 24,2020 and later cancelled due to price increase, due to advertised price was no longer available booking # ***.
A third attempt to book a flight was made, #*** on late afternoon on Jan 24,2020. I received an e-mail congratulating me for the flight, I received a confirmation with notice that the e-ticket would be send later. I had provided the company with my credit card # for billing. I called the company on Jan. 31 to request th e-ticket, and was informed that it would take two additional days to receive them. On Feb. 3rd. 2020, I called again, and informed that there were no more seat on this plane and I could fly another airline. I declined since I booked a non stop flight due to my age and some trouble with changing flights and long walks. I cancelled the flight, On Thursday Feb. 6th, I received a message that my credit card was charged $3780.00 by the same company. This charged was made without my knowledge and authorization. Each of above flight were priced $ 634.85 . I contacted my credit card company and disputed this charge, and they will attempt to get this money returned.

For you information and future customers. I will send a letter and copy of the complaint to the Attorney General in Las Vegas an the state of ***. If the Revdex.com would like documentation I will gladly fax them if a Fax # will be provided to me.

I appreciated your assistance in handling this complaint. There was a third charge that this company did not refund until more phone calls and demands were me by me for correction. The third refund was finally made February 27th. This case is now closed. Thank you

Requesting compensation or accommodations for their mistake
I booked a round flight leaving from *** international to *** January 25th 2020 and paid 267.30 . And the company took 967.30 out of my account and when I called to let them know this they stated they add a system failure during my booking and have yet to receive the extra 700 dollars out of my account and no compensation and poor customer service assistance and have yet to receive my refunds it's been 8 business days.

Ordered a flight through their website. They charged my credit card but didn't send a confirmation. The phone# is vacant, no email response.
Flight for ***, booked 2/7/20, booking number ***. My credit card was charged with the following description by my credit card company: CARD 02/07 *** Myflightsearch sent a booking confirmation stating it was not an official confirmation; the official confirmation would be sent shortly. I never received it, emailed them with no response and called their advertised phone# *** which is a vacant line, does not announce the company and goes to a voicemail to leave a message. After searching online, several people have posted that this is a fraudulent company and they have contacted the Revdex.com and/or filed a police report. Now I am doing the same. Thank you.

Nov. 10, 2019 purchased 2 tickets R/T From *** to ***, *** thru My Flight Search for dates 12/28/19-01/02/20 for $2012.98 paid with *** Credit Card. Booking number ***.On 12/27/19 we find they have canceled our flights. We are still waiting for a refund. They've shared many excuses and missed many deadlines. We are frustrated.

I booked a flight through they're services they took $162 of my money. I called to confirm and they blocked my number.
I booked a flight 02/03/2020 they sent me an email stating it was pending, 02/04/2020 the took $162.80 from my *** card. My flight I booked was suspose to leave 02/12/2020, I reached out to *** to confirm my booking and that's when I realized myflightsearch.com scammed me I called everyday since 02/06/2020 and the customers service reps kept giving me fake American names when clearly they was Indian or some sort. I called ***, as well as ***, as soon as they got my name they kept transfer me to a line that music plays then gose silent. I told them time after time to do not transfer me and they did any way to a non working line. I missed out on a funeral due to this scamming company. Please shut this business down I'm sure I'm not the only one that has been scammed through them.

I'm seeking a full refund of $162.80 that they took from my *** card and no flight was ever issued.

Booking trips 200% over the charge. Canceling the trips and never ticketing the customer with an airline ticket and taking the money.
My Flight Search AKA *** is scamming people acting as the direct line for airlines. They booked a trip for me, charging well over 200% of the total cost and in return canceling the flight within 24 hours (for full refund), not notifying the customer, still charging my card and taking the money. They booked a flight through *** for me, posing as *** and added their email on the booking so when they canceled the cancellation of the booking goes to them, not to me. I contacted *** directly after noticing fishy customer service and *** confirmed the trip was booked at one point but then cancelled.

February 5th this all started. February 5th it was booked, February 5th is was cancelled, February 5th they charged my card. I canceled my card immediately and they have been calling me NON-STOP telling me they still need to charge $8,000 for a flight when they already cleared $1,000 on my credit card.

The $1000 charge on your card was from *** as the booking agent was unable to confirm the price in our system for one segment and had booked it with *** directly. Your card was not charged by us as you had later cancelled the booking. The charge for $1000 was also voided through ***.

The price quoted to you was what was available on the system at the time and fares vary with channel of booking and availability.

Over charge in error they say $1110.28 for $110.28. Three days after cancellation
Booked a flight online $110.28 and never got confirmation which made me nervous. After 25-35 mins later called them to cancel and received conformation *** for cancellation. Three days later $1110.28 was taken out of my bank debit account. Called them to complain and was told 2-3 weeks for refund. After doing research previous reviews how is this company still allowed to conduct business? Now that I can not pay my rent today, can you get my money back please?

I was reimbursed 3 weeks later, I will never conduct business with them again , this is normal practice for my flight search. Would never recommend to anyone

I called for a refund due to a loss in the family. They said three days for the refund. A week later nothing
Amount has been pending and still waiting for my money back.

Please be advised that both the tickets and the card transactions were voided on January 28th, 2020, when you had called to cancel the booking. There are times when a customer's card company puts a "hold" on the amount and when the merchant doesn't claim that amount, they release it back to the card holder. The number of days may vary from bank to bank for this hold.

Ms., we assure you that we had voided the transaction on the same day and would request you to contact your bank, in case you have got your money back yet.

Although it took nearly two weeks after the staff said three days, I was fortunate enough to be able to borrow the money to get to the funeral.
