Purchased round trip tickets to FlorIda, received email with confirmation and no etickets.
On 1/12/2020 I purchased 2 round trip tickets on Frontier from Cincinnati to Miami. Travel dates 2/3/20-2/10/20. Received email with confirmation *** on 1/12/20. Email stated I would receive my e ticket shortly. I did not receive an email, so I emailed them and was told to be patient. I called on 1/13/20, I was told the system was closed but I would receive my ticket by email. I called again 1/14/20 at 6:55 am, told the desk wasn't open to give it 5 or 6 hours. Called again at 4:13 PM and asked to speak to a mgr. Was told no mgr. And they could not transfer my call to that dept. I was told I wouled receive my tickets this evening. I have been charged for my tickets already.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund. However in reading further complaints, I will contact my bank and make sure I do NOT get charged again by this fraudulent company.

I received an email from the business regarding the cancellation I requested. It also stated the refund would take 14-17 days.. I contacted my bank(Chase), they went ahead and disputed the charge for me as we had Chase close my debit card due to this business charging customers multiple times.

Fraudulent online travel services. Charged for tixs, tixs not issued, refused to refund and made unauthorized additional charges to credit card.
Made flight reservations online 12/31/2019. Was charged for tickets ($620.00). Tickets were not issued for unknown reason. They offer to cancel and refund IF I accepted to purchase higher priced tickets (same flight/dates). I did not accept the higher priced tickets. Myflightsearch emailed me in 1/2/2020 stating a credit would be issued, a credit has not been issued. The same payment processing company (Travel Agency Services Airlin) used to charge for the tickets made an attempt to charge my credit card AGAIN for over $2,500 dollars in 1/4/2020. I've contacted my credit card company and are investigating the unauthorized charge.

Desired Outcome

Full refund and fraud charges filed against both myflightsearch.com and Travel Agency Services Airlin for subsequent fraudulent charges to my credit card.

I am pleased they have voided/refunded the amount charged. However, it does not equate to condoning the fraudulent business practices myflightsearch.com conducts. Had I not reached out to the Revdex.com, I am certain it would not have been resolved. This does not explain the subsequent fraudulent/unauthorized charge of over $2,500.00 made by the payment processing company myflightsearch.com uses to process purchases. That issue is also being addressed with my credit card company and new card issued. The Revdex.com logo and rating should be CLEARLY and ACCURATELY displayed on this website to warn shoppers of this company's shady practices.

This resulted in having to purchase the travel tickets again. price, at the most inconvenient time for my elderly parents in order to keep the cost down. Fortunately, I used a respectable and reliable travel agency.

I will do allI can in social media to make this company's fraudulent practices known.

Flight cancelled by Flight Search without notification. Rescheduled independently for $250 more. Company refuses to reimburse extra cost.
Flight booked through My Flight Search for my daughter 11/23/19 for $149.57 with confirmation that the flight had been successfully booked (booking reference no: ***). Flight reservation was cancelled without our knowledge, and my daughter had to rebook the flight directly with the airline on 12/31/19 for a flight on 1/1/2020 for $400 (an additional $250 from the original reservation). We contacted customer service at Flight Search and were told that the flight was cancelled because we had not responded to a message left on our home phone voice mail on 12/30/19. In reviewing our voice mail log, we found that on 12/30/19 a message was left on our home phone from "Toll Free Caller" with instructions to call "if the flight needed confirmation." There was no indication that the flight would be cancelled if no callback received. Additionally, there was no callback number provided in the message. No email was sent by Flight Search to the email address filed when the reservation was made. Customer service representative at My Flight Search indicated that the $149.57 ticket was still available when the phone call was made by the company on 12/30/19, but since no one was available to answer the call and confirm that we still wanted the ticket, it was cancelled. (Again, no attempt was made to contact us through the email address provided to the company, no callback number was provided in the message, and no indication in the message that the reservation was in jeopardy of being cancelled.) The company refuses to reimburse the additional $250 to rebook the exact same flight that they had cancelled without our knowledge. (Receipts available upon request.)

Desired Outcome

Reimbursement for additional expenses ensued in rebooking flight.

purchased fights cancelled by airline twice,airline issued refund to My flight search, want refund!Since Nov 19/19
Flight booking #*** purchased oct 30/19 for nov19/19 from *** for 2 people, flight cancelled by airline and reissued from *** reservation # *** on nov20/19 and flight cancelled due to mechanical failure. *** issued a refund to My flight search .com on nov 20th/19 and it was confirmed recieved by them on nov 27/19, my flight search has not refunded my flight only the agent fee of 19.33 x 2 on nov 25/19. I have called repeatedly and they continue to give false information to me . I obviously have had enough I want my money back. The cost of per flight is 201.29 is the refund. they will no longer take my calls

I was given the run around and not issued my airline tickets
I ordered airline tickets online from this company on January 1st 2020. They called me back to verify my card and the 3 other travelers and I was informed I would receive my tickets in a couple of minutes. Never received them so I called back a couple of hours later and was informed that they would not be able to issue them because they were closed for the holiday (but they still took the money within minutes of the order) and I would get the tickets the next day. I called back on January 2nd and was informed that I would receive them in a few minutes. I then called back an hour and a half later because I never received them and Kaizen said I would receive them in 24-48 hours. Then I asked to speak with a supervisor and they were conveniently in a meeting so I asked to speak with ticketing. He told me it was against their policy to do that so he never transferred me. Needless to say I never received the tickets and so I called back and Kaizen answered again and I asked for a refund. He informed me he was an executive and I wouldn't get my money back until 1-2 billing cycles which is 1-2 months. The total for the tickets was $987.18. This company is full of liars and all you get is a run around. They should be out of business. I hardly ever write reviews and have never made a complaint through the Revdex.com but I don't want someone else to go through what we went through. Me and my husband have a disabled child and we never get to go anywhere and we finally got someone to stay with him so that we could get away. Then we had to deal with this nightmare. I will also be calling my local news station to see that this company doesn't get anymore innocent people to fall for their .

Desired Outcome

I would like a FULL refund within at least 1-3 business days. I shouldn't have to wait months especially when it only took them minutes to take my money and never received my airline tickets. I would also like to see them out of business. They are a SCAM.

Booked a mistake, gave me the runaround to avoid a refund
Everything is a lie with them. We booked 26 to the 30, they changed it to 28 to 1. when I contacted them about this issue they put me on hold forever then told me they are busy and call a different number. After calling the new number the same thing happened and they gave me the original number a I called claiming the other numbers are customer service and I called booking. They block you from contacting anyone from support because they dont want to refund you for their mistake. Also, follow up on their website, full of lie such as "Rated 'A+' By The Revdex.com Since 2016"

Desired Outcome

I contacted the flight company directly and canceled with them receiving the full refund on my card. I wish for this "company" to refund their $5 service fee as they did not complete the service

Scammers. Canceled flight with out my knowledge and says they refunded but can't provide records of the refund.
On November 16,2019 I booked a flight from *** for December 29,2019. Upon booking my flight I was sent a confirmation email with a booking reference number ***. No further contact was made until today, December 29,2019 when I went to check in for my 9:45pm flight. There was no confirmation code so I proceeded to call my flight search customer service where I was told my flight had been "canceled". They told me it was canceled November 17, a day after booking and they sent an email. No emails were sent until today at 3:17 pm after I had called them. They told me since the flight was canceled I was refunded immediately after which would have been in November. My bank statements do not indicate a refund so I asked if they could please forward me records of a refund and the man on the phone quickly hung up.

Desired Outcome

A refund for $86.29, the amount I paid for a flight I did not receive a ticket for. Also I had to book a new flight for the next day costing me $116. I would like to be reimbursed for the $30 extra I had to pay to fly the next day last minute.

Flight was booked on myflightsearch.com in October to be on *** for travel 12/22. As of 12/18 *** had no record of the flight.
On October 9 Tyrese Shines paid and booked for a ticket on *** Airlines through myflightsearch.com This was travel home from college. He is a student. The fare was $160 and the booking number was *** and was for travel 12/22. On 12/18 he contacted *** about his flight and they had no record. He also tried to contact myflightsearch.com and go no answer, only a recording. We booked him a ticket on . When we were able to get into the myflightsearch.com his flight was listed as pending even though he had been charged for the fare back in October. We got through to an agent finally with the website, who looked up his record and said would tranfer me to customer service (who I supposedly had called?). When the next individual picked up said that it would be ticketed in 24 hours. We aren't dumb. They were not getting a fare from *** this close in to travel with the rate they had listed. I said we didn't trust them and would rather get a refund. He happily agreed very quickly (too happily) and I think gave them an easy out. They sent an email with the refund which will see if we receive. The problem is of course the flight we booked for the dates of travel was $300. So this site cost him $140 because if we had actually booked the flight back in October the fare would have been very different. They just tried to pull one over on a college student. Shame on them. In reality he should be reimbursed for the extra cost for the flight as well.

I want to make sure that he receives his refund and also that there needs to be something on the site letting anyone who books that their flight is NOT guarenteed. I would also like a credit for *** of the difference between the original flight booked and the flight he is having to purchase now.

Needed to change the first and last name on a plane ticket. They refused, even though I had contacted them IMMEDIATELY after receiving the conf. email
On Monday, December 16th I purchased a plane ticket for my fiance. When automatically entering my address, from my *** account, it changed the first and last name on the ticket to my name. So now the plane ticket, which I paid for, have my first and last name, his middle name, and all his information on it. After receiving the confirmation email I IMMEDIATELY contacted the company to let them know what needed to be changed. I emailed them again yesterday to make sure the change was completed, and they said it was too late to change. I went to *** website (the carrier my ticket is issued for) and they allow name changes, if they are a result of error. I do not need a refund, I just want the name corrected. I called them and emailed them a total of 5 times, and they are refusing to help.

I would just like them to change the name on the ticket. The current ticket can not be used, because this person does not exist.

Please be advised that we have investigated on the complaint made by ***. The customer made a reservation on our website, on December 16th, 2019. The reservation was made for passenger ***, departing on March 27th, 2020. The ticket was issued on the same day and the e-ticket was also emailed to the given email address.

We received a call on December 19th, 2019 to change the name of the passenger to ***. As per the airline fare rules, the ticket was non-refundable and non-transferable, which is also mentioned on the website and email confirmation. We contacted the airline for a waiver but the airline declined the request to either change the name or give a refund. This was advised to the customer.

We appreciate that this may not be response that Ms. may be looking for but as a travel agent we are unable to override the airline rules. The flight reservation is still confirmed for passenger *** and can be utilized.

Because I was not available via computer, I attempted to reply to the email but response stayed in my 'outbox". However, I contacted them right away that the ticket was incorrect. I even stated the correction that needed made and what to change it to.

They have rectified the situation. I'm very appreciative of the support.

I paid Flight Search Inc, *** through their website myflightsearch.com $ 159.58 on November 30th 2019 at 19:25 hrs and they charged it to my account and were paid on December 2nd 2019.The roundtrip flight was from *** scheduled for December 17th 2019 departing *** at 5:16 PM and arriving in *** at 7:20 PM and a return trip scheduled for December 21st 2019 departing *** at 9:52 PM and arriving in ***, *** at 11:46 PM. I was e-mailed a confirmation of the booking with a Booking Reference No. ***. I booked the flight for my husband *** who was specifically flying in to celebrate my birthday which is on *** After I booked the flight I received a confirmation email with the full itinerary which I will gladly provide. They also went ahead and charged my account the full $159.58 for the flight. When my husband arrived at the airport 3hrs before the scheduled flight, he was told at the airline counter that there was just his name in the system but no reservation.
When we called Flight Search Inc., they told us my husband's reservation was cancelled because we did not call them and confirm the reservation. They had taken our money and sent us a flight confirmation but were now telling us on the day of the flight that his flight was cancelled.
My Flight Search alleges that they attempted to contact my husband (I had put in his number when I booked the flight just in case of a delay due to inclement weather) 'several times.? They refused to specify the days they called and even the number they called. If they 'supposedly called? there is no evidence on the caller ID and they absolutely left no messages. Neither my husband nor I received a single voicemail to call them back regarding the change in flight.

Flight search finally ended up getting my husband a flight on a different date after we complained and even filed a complaint with the bank disputing the charge on the card on grounds of collecting revenue and then failing to provide service on their part. Ultimately they called my husband and got him on a flight on a different day a later date from the date we had initially booked and paid them for. At this point I am amenable to closing the case and willing to consider the matter resolved. Thank you Revdex.com for taking on the case and seeking a solution to the issue.

booked flight on 11/11/2019 8pm, they sent email on 11/11/2019 saying was unable to book my flight because billing information didnt match bank records but then 2 days later took the money from the banking account. did not know any of this until I went to print tickets, so now they say we have to wait 30 to 60 days to get the money they took.

On 9/6/19 and 10/21/19 I was billed $187 and $596 by Flight Search for seat changes on ***. Never heard of this company.
On 9/6/19 Flight Search billed my credit card $187. The charge showed the following # ***. A second charge ocurred on 10/21/19 for $496 # ***.
Both times I called *** about seat assignments. *** denies charging me these fees and my credit card reveals they were paid to Flight Search.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund. I paid *** $58 for seat upgrades. I have no idea who Flight Search is and why they billed me for something I did not get. I want my money refunded.

I purchased a airline ticket on 11/24/19. Got confirmation. They took my money, and on the day of the flight 12/9 I was left with *** in my hand.
On 11/24/19 I purchased a *** ticket online through MyFlightSearch.com. Booking # ***. They took my money. $183.00 via debit card. I received a confirmation of ticket with the
promise to forward me my E-ticket. Never delivered. Called many times, and was hung up on. Cost me a great deal of money, time, and anguish. I called about a refund, and was hung up on again several more times by different ticket agents, and customer service people. This has been the worst business experience of my entire life.

Desired Outcome

Because they promised to send the E ticket, and cancelled my reservation on the day of the flight. I had to spend $251.00 (434.00 total) more on a ticket that day. The stress and aggravation while finishing a fantastic vacation was overwhelming. I should be reimbursed the amount of $434.00. I read the reviews of MyFlightSearch after my mishap. Seems this is how they treat all their victims.

The business said in their response that a refund was issued on Dec.9,2019, and that it would take up to 10 days. When I spoke with an agent on the 5 th of January,2020. They told me I would have my money back by the end of the month this January. I have been hung up on the telephone by multiple employees, both when I tried procure my original flight e-ticket, and when trying to get my refund back. I have read the reviews of MyFlightSearch, and, I have read many stories of that which I have experienced. Bottom line. I do not trust these people. They lied to me about advancing me my original E-TICKET. I'm distraught over my experience with this business. Ty. When I receive my refund,and 68.00 check. Then I will believe MFS, and not be satisfied having suffered by their hand.

Paid for *** airline tickets and never received tickets. I called but they said everything was ok and would send info to updated email. I had a booking number which made it seem legit but the airline said we were not in their system. My $522 has Not been refunded, I had to repurchase more tickets at a higher price. Not to mention the other monetary losses. I made several calls to the number posted but did not get a response in a timely matter. A person named Mac said I would receive my refund but that was on Nov 9 and it is Now Dec 13, 2019

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like to be compensated for my pain and suffering with that erroneous situation. I may not get anything extra but I demand my refund

Good Afternoon,

It is with regrets that I have to inform you that I am totally disappointed with the way your company has handled my booking with reference .

On 12/03/2019 I booked a flight from Shenzhen (SZX) to Dallas (DAL). Due to reasons beyond my control, my appointment in Dallas was moved from the 3rd to the 2nd in the morning. Hence, this reservation was not suiting my plans. Consequently, I canceled it the same day.
You sent me an email on the same day (3rd of December) confirming that the booking was canceled and that my credit card would NOT be charged.
On the 6th of December a charge for the amount of the booking was posted on my credit card.
I contacted your office and was told that the booking was made and canceled and consequently, my credit card was charged. I just had to be patient for the charges to be reversed to my credit card in 10 business days.

As you can see where my disappointment is coming from. You send me an email that my credit card would NOT be charged on the 3rd and yet you charge my credit card on the 6th. If I have to believe your email statement this should not have happened, however, your customer service representative is telling me that this is a normal business practice. To say the least, this is misleading or lying if you ask me. As I had to book a new ticket the same day, this practice lead to an overdraft fee charged to me. End of business of the 13th and yet no one has reached out to me to remedy the situation, let alone that the charges have been reversed!

This company charged my credit card on December 1, 2019 for a flight, as of December 10, 2019, I have not received a ticket.

Please help this company is stealing people's money they messed up my ticket and refused to correct it unless I pay them an extra $200.00 and on top of that they have not issued me a ticket. They are also stating that it will take 8 to 12 weeks for them to issue a refund.

This company is very deceiving. when you complete a search for Spriti airline thier website pops up with a picture of *** Airlines. It also states that you will receive your ticket within 24 hours. I have been calling everyday getting rude and professional service employees. I've been told I would get my ticket in 24 hrs, 2 day and by the end of business. On the 6th of December I asked for a refund and was told that is not a refundable ticket. I have asked for a supervisor and was told that i spoke to one before and cannot speak to one again. This evening I was told that I can now get a refund but it will take 14 business days. I need an immediate return of my money in order to purchase a ticket to be with my family. I am 60 years old with limited income and can not just purchase another ticket

I have not recimy money back for a flight, the price went up.
On or around November 9, I booked a ticket for my brother, Thane Snyder, a couple days later we received an email from the ticket agency saying the price went up. I waited for the money to be put back on my card. I have still not received my money yet. I have been calling and am getting the run around about when it will be put back on. They gave me 3 numbers to call. 888-884-4555, 833-200-3343, 833-581-1799. The booking number is 327169.
