I needed a flight to *** to spend Christmas with my sister who has
been in a coma like state for over 2 months.Company claimed no reservations
I booked a flight through the travel angency because I needed to visit my sister
who is very ill. In fact she is in a coma like state. I spent hours on the computer
booking reservations through(Flight search.com. After recieving an my flight itinearary, I recieved an email saying I did not have reservations for that flight. The employee claimed their was a problem with the credit card. I called several times.
Each time I was put on hold. Even though I gave the employees a booking number (***), they claimed there were no reservations in my name. Finally an employee said the cost of the flight was now over $550 not the $465.00 I booked
the airline ticket for. I was upset, angry and frustrated. To me it sounded like the company was using a bait and switch tactic.(Advertise one price, then change the
fare to a higher price. I was extremely upset. My family did not want my sister
spending Xmas in the medical facility alone. Her room is at the end of the hall and
she is incapacitated and cannot even call for help. I was up 2 am Tuesday
morning, trying to get the cheapest flight possible. They offered the cheapest price
to get me there before Xmas. Later about 12 am I received an email from the
company saying no such reservations exsist. My entire family was depending on
me to fly to *** to be with my sister on Christmas. I am so upset, I am
planning to take them to small claims court to sue for emotional distress. I do not
want any other person to go through anything like this when they have a love
one that is incapacitated. It was Xmas time.The company was trying to take
advantage of a senior citizen on a fixed income. I desperately needed to get
to *** and was willing to pay a high price for an airline ticket to be with
my sister who has been ill and hosptilized for over 2 months. If this happened to
me, they are probably taking advantage of others who need airline tickets. The
employees told lies about problems with my credit card. They were rude and
when I asked to speak with a manager, rhey told me to call back in the morning.
How can they be accredited by the Revdex.com when using such illegal advertising gimmicks. I feel the Revdex.com needs to investigate this company and reconsider their
standing with the Revdex.com. I would never use the company again. Nor would I recommend the company to anyone. In fact I want to sue the company and the
Revdex.com of Las Vegas Nevada. I was in tears, after dealing with them. The employees
were so unprofessional. They just did't care. I asked one employee, how could he
stand to look his self in the mirror. The company has really such unscrupulous
practices. I am sending a copy of this complaint to ***. I want the public
to know about such seemingly illegal practices.

Desired Outcome

I would like at least $10,0000 to cover the amount of time I spent trying to investigate the company on my own. But most of all, I want to be paid for the emotional damage I suffered when I realized I may not even be able to spend Xmas with my sister. My family members have been flying back and forth for the last 2 months to spend time with my sister, even though she is incapacitated. My 92 year old ffather traveled to *** just to sit by her hospital bed. He never ever flies. We love our sister. We want to do everything possible in an effort to help her recover. I am sending a copy of this compalint to *** and all the media outlets. We don't wont this to happen to any other family who has a loved one incapcitated and in need of air travel.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience used to Ms. on this ocsion. We have investigated her complaint and found that when our ticketing team was going to issue ticket on December 9th, 2019, the fare had expired.

As per our process, if the fare is not available any more, the customer is contacted on the same day or latest on the day after booking. She was sent an email on December 9th, 2019, which advised her that the fare had expired and fares are not guaranteed till ticketed. She lled us back on the same day and was unhappy with the situation. She wasn't willing to listen to anything at all.

After receiving the complaint on December 11th, 2019, our representative lled her and offered to issue the ticket at the price on which reservation was made and also advised that we will bear the difference in the fare. Ms. wasn't willing to listen to us again and said that she did not want the ticket from us.

Please be advised that her rd was not charged for this reservation and has been ncelled as she does not want a ticket from us.

This company should not be in business. After spending time and effort securing a airline ticket thorough thetr agency,I was informed a day later there was in fact no reservation fo me. The company sent me an itinerary for my trip. I was shocked when the company informed me, I had no ticket and per our agreement my reservations did not exist and my *** not charged. It was my understanding I purchased a ticket through them for 464. Dollars I desperately needed a ticket to travel to *** to spend Christmas with my sister who is in a coma like state. My family wanted a family member at the hospital to spend christmas with her. She is inpacitated
Under no circumstance do we want her to be by herself on Christmas day. After spending hours looking for an affordable ticket, imagine my shock and anger when informed by the company I did not have an airline ticket, eventhough I received from them an itinerary. After some research, I found out the company had a long history of co.plaints. one person said,he got all the way to the airport and discovered,he had no reservations. Imagine the cost of buying a ticket once arriving at the airport. Even though the company lled back trying to get me a ticket, it was too late. My priority right now is getting to *** to see my sister the fact that I am having to take the time to deal with this matter and the Revdex.com is incomprehensible. I need to concentrate on my sister
She is even more ill now. The Revdex.com is allowing this company to continue to sm people in order to keep them as a member. How n you allow this. To add insult to injury, you are trying to take advantage of me beuse you realize the emotional stress I am under right now due to my sister's condition. Shame on you. You should be reported to the state attorney general's office. No this matter has not been resolved. You have not heard the last about this. If and when my sister recovers,I plan to take all parties involved to court. I do not want another person to go through what I went through. Please by no means think this matter is resolved.

My purchase was canceled and I have not received my refund.
These people are a fraud from abroad. I cancelled my trip October 10th and I'm still waiting on my refund. They charged my card under the airlines name. Took my money and paid the airlines with their personal card. The airlines refunded them on that same day (I know because I called them and even got their credit card number) but they are still telling me they are waiting for their refund from the airlines. They first said I would have my refund on the 21st. I called the October 22nd and they told me 48 hrs. I called on the October 25th and they told me 24 hrs. So I called October 29th and they are say 48 hrs. I asked to speak to management but was hung up on. I called again December 10th and now their refund system has been down giving technical difficulties this whole time. They said there were no issues if I wanted to purchase another flight because they can take money but not return it. Now they said I will have my refund the first week of January. We shall see which I highly doubt.

I still have not received my refund. Every time I ask for my refund I get different answers. First it was that the airlines did not refund them which was false because they got their refund the same day the reservation was cancelled. Now that its over 2 months they say their refund process was broken and they could not refund but they could accept payments. Its been over the 7 - 10 business they allotted for me to receive the check.

issued a refund to me and sent it to My Flilght Search and they said they never got it. *** said they did.
On Oct 3, 2019 I purchased 3 tickets from *** (***; ***; ***). Due to medical reasons I had to cancel this flight. *** agreed to refund my money. However, they told me they sent it to My Flight Search instead of me. That company says they never got the money. *** says they paid it and My Flight Search says they did not, and I have never gotten my refund

flight could not land at destination due to fog we returned to the start
trying to get refund but getting only grief from the booking company
My flight was booked on Nov 20, 2019. travel was departure Nov 21, return Nov 22.
departure was from ***

We returned to *** and were offered a return ticket for the next day.
My purpose to be in *** was for the day to work and return that evening.
The ticket I was offered was not going to be of any use as I would have arrived in *** in time to get on the same plane that brought me there
If the flight could have got Me there in the morning I would have taken it.
The return flight was to depart at 3:10 PM Nov 22 which would have worked for Me to be able to do My work and be on the return flight, the offered flight was a departure from *** at 11:15 AM Nov 22 and the flight is over 2 hr's.
I would not have been able to accomplish any work.

So I have been trying to get a refund for My ticket from MyFlightSearch.com and have only received no refund ,no returned calls,getting cut off when they put me on hold,

Please be advised that we have investigated on the complaint made by Mr.. We received a call from the customer on November 21st and November 22nd, 2019. Mr. advised that his flight was cancelled due to weather and wanted to cancel the booking for refund.

We contacted *** on November 22nd, 2019 and their representative advised that the passenger has already got the outbound flight changed to November 22nd, 2019. The representative advised that there is no refund possible as the passenger is already showing as checked-in, in their system. We tried to contact Mr. after that but there was no response.

We appreciate that this may not be response that Mr. may be looking for but as a travel agent we are unable to override the airline rules.

Their response is not accurate in the least bit, Upon our return to *** all passengers where directed to the customer check in desks at the departure gates. I spoke with a lady named Jocelyn and she informed Me of the flight change which I have already stated would not have been of any use to Me asw I would have only arrived in *** in time to get back on the same flight I just arrived on. I informed Jocelyn of this and informed her that I would just cancel the ticket for a refund I dont know how this got misinterpreted for Me wanting to take a 1000$ plane ride to *** and back to *** . As for them trying to contact Me in regards to this matter that is a bunch of lies as I have madde repeated calls to My Flight Search trying to get this resolved and all they ever did was put Me on hold and eventually the call was disconnected ,which is very rude and as I am beginning to understand,how they do business and furthermore this is indicative of what the business policy they have adopted in order to fleece the people who have no idea when they book a ticket what a terrible mistake it is. Please feel free to get westjet in on this conversation as they are being quoted wrongly.

This company is a scam. Do NOT try to use them. They take your money and then say the airline didn't accept the reservation and they just cancel. You never get a ticket.

I booked two air line tickets from *** for me, *** and my wife *** for March 25th,2020 and return on Apr 7th 2020.They charged my credit card citi card ending in *** for $1101.90 on Nov.12th,2019 and they never issued me the E tickets.I called them repeatedly for two days and eventualy on nov 14th they cancelled my tickets on my request as they never issued me our E tickets.I got suspicious and checked there reviews and found out that there are many more persons suffered for not refunding there money.I repeadedly called them which they never picked my phone and never returned any of my massages.I need my money back.They are crooks and fraudentely do there business.They lure there customers by adertizing cheap air tickets and in the process they charge there credit Cards and do not refund there money.I am a senior citizen and trying to survive with limited resources.Please help me recover my money.

booked a round trip flight over a month ago. Flight confirmed via email and spoke to customer service 24 hours before the flight. No ticket was issued
10/2/2012 booked a round trip ticket, booking number ***. Cost was 443.60. Purchased on my ***. I received an email with info that day. I received a phone call from customer service on the 26th confirming my reservation with the plan to receive my eticket by 7pm that day. I never received the eticket. I arrived at the airport and the agent informed me that my ticket was canceled weeks ago. Something that had to do with the 3rd party booking company. I called *** several times for an explanation. I had to book another last minute for 351.29 This is the price for a one way ticket. I called the company several times and requested to speak to a manager to help get a discount for the ticket home. I was hung up on twice and transferred several times and never was able to speak to a manager. I was informed that I was going to speak to a manager and just was transferred to another customer service rep. I was informed I would receive a refund in a few weeks. I further explained that I would like an additional discount because now I am forced to pay almost double for a plane ticket. I would like this situations rectified ASAP! I never received a phone call or email stating this reservation was canceled or changed. I have flown countless times and always book though a 3rd party, never once having a problem. The customer service representatives refused to help assist me and would not give me the contact info for corporate or management. I then informed them that I am going to report them to the Revdex.com

I would like a discount on a return ticket home or something to help for costs that I incurred due to the mistake of this company. This is the busiest travel day of the year and now I am forced to pay double to get back to my family and return home. It is not fair to refund the ticket when now I am forced to pay double for the same service. That is not ok!

This company cancels your flight after receiving your money and then doesn't refund your money back.
Bought a plane ticket from myflightsearch.com. They cancelled my airplane ticket for some unknown reason right after taking my money. I call asking about my refund and they initially lie to me saying the money has been refunded, after I tell them it hasn't, they hang up on me. I call back only to be hung up about 5 different times when asking for my money back. I stay persistent and finally someone tells me it will be refunded in 30 days. 35 days go by and still no refund. I call back again and ask to speak to a supervisor which they will not let me talk to one. Then they tell me it will take another 15 days for my money to be refunded. So after being told countless lies, being hung up on 5 different occasions while they claim they are transferring my phone call, I still have not received my money back after 45 days

I booked a flight on Nov 9th for my husband and I to go see my parents in Colorado for two days during Thanksgiving. With my husband being active duty military this was a rare opportunity for us to spend a holiday with family. When I tried to do early check in through our airline I was unable to find our flight and called myflightsearch customer support line. After being on hold for a while I was hung up on twice after giving my booking number to a representative. When one of the workers finally decided to speak to me I was informed that my ticket was not booked by a very rude and unprofessional representative (Joel or Jole) who then proceeded to yell at me after I got mad a firmly requested my money back ($591.18). I was provided with no solution and told to call tomorrow because it was the end of the work day for them. (I called at 4:20pm and they advertise 24/7 customer service on their website). I was never informed that there were issues with booking my flight until my call.
Stuff happens and we are only human. I would have no issues with this situation if I was informed politely that my ticket was not booked a day or two after I booked it. That way I would have had enough time to find new tickets. However the company is refusing to take responsibility and never actually stated that they will return my money. Because we were already almost six hundred dollars down it made it impossible for us to find and afford last minute tickets. Now we are stuck, unable to spend time with family on Thanksgiving. I have scheduled an appointment with legal on base on Tuesday to see our options. If somebody from California has experienced similar misfortune with this company please consider contacting me to see if we can join efforts.

After sending two angry emails to customer service and feedback it seems that company is blaming everything on the "airline changed the fare". The official response I got from them was;

My flight was canceled and did not find out until I arrived to the airport on, 11 21, 2019. Requested refund and still have not received my funds.
On Nov 14, 2019, I purchased a one-way ticket to from *** Airport to depart on Nov 21, 2019. I received one confirmation email from MyFlightSearch, on Nov 14, 2019 at 5:59 PM confirming my booking and not my E-Ticket (I will provide a copy of the email below). On Nov 21, 2019, I arrived at *** to depart for my 10:30AM flight with ***. Once I arrived to the checkout counter, the *** employe told me that they couldn't find my ticket in the system. I immediately called MyFlightSearch. I explained to the customer service rep that I booked a flight through them on Nov 14, 2019 to depart on Nov 21, 2019 at 10:230AM. The customer service rep stated that they tried to contact me about them canceling my flight due to *** not confirming my flight. However, I never received any other emails except the first one confirming my booking on Nov 14, 2019 and any other form of communication and/or notification from them to inform me on my flight being canceled. I asked the customer service rep to speak to a manager and he would not connect me to one and was very rude and nasty so I asked about a refund. The customer service rep stated that I will not receive my refund until 30 days. I then hung up with MyFlightSer, and called *** customer services. I explained to them what had happened with MyFlightSearch and them canceling my flight without any notifications. *** explained to me that they did receive a notification from MyFligthSearch about confirming my flight. However, MyFlightSearch did not send proof of payment on my behalf. I then called MyFlightSearch customer service back and I had *** on Threeway with a *** supervisor. The *** supervisor told the MyFlightSearch customer service rep that they never sent over proof of payment and they would need to do that so that I would be able to get on a later flight. It was already to late for that because I had purchased my ticket through MyFlightSerach at a cheaper price at the time on Nov 14, 2019 and the current tickets for that day had went up to about $900.00 dollars. So I asked about receiving a refund again and or to speak so the MyFlightSearch customer service rep put me on hold and once he came back he said that I will receive my refund on Monday, Nov 25, 2019. It is now Monday, Nov 25, 2019 and I have not received my refund yet. I had to call my bank top stop payment and open an investigation. It appears that MyFlightSearch took my payment for the flight, sent notification to *** but did not send proof of my payment, canceled my flight, and took my money.

My trip was canceled without any notification. No one called, no email nothing about this trip being canceled. They have ruined my holidays!
I booked my trip on 11/5/2019 got my booking receipt #*** got an email giving me my trip information. I have been waiting for my E-Ticket and confirmation # email. I was supposed to leave today at 5:25 going to Dallas Texas to surprise my mother for Thanksgiving. I called yesterday to see why I couldn't check in. And why I hadn't gotten my confirmation information and they said I would get these emails by this morning because the ticket had not been issued yet. So I check this morning and still no emails. I called the travel agency back, just to find out my trip was canceled a long time ago. I never got notification of this or I would not have waited till the day of the trip to find out. This has RUINED my holiday. I'm elderly, disabled, and partly blind. So I have a PCA that checks and takes care of my emails. And I never got an email notifying me of this trip being canceled. Then the travel agency was very rude about it! No one called. Nothing. This is the absolute worst travel agency EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe how they can do this to people at this time of year! This is ridiculous!!!!!!!! This might have been the last chance I see my mother. It's not right. Or fair to me. I should have been notified when my trip was canceled. This is just a disaster. I cannot believe how they just do that without at least getting in contact with me. I have waited all month for this trip. I am more then heartbroken.

Flight search Inc. took money, confirmed a booking but never made the booking , just stole our money. wrote to confirm refund, nothing processed.
Flight Search Inc, charged my credit card US$358.40 on November 15th 2019. The charge was for two one way flight tickets ***. My Wife and Daughter the two people travelling .The booking was confirmed on Nov15th ref # ***.
My wife and daughter arrived at *** for their 3pm flight only to be informed that they were not booked. My wife contacted Flight search who explained they had technical issues ( but never found the need to inform us) They offered a refund despite our refusal as we wanted them to arrange for an alternative flight to make up for their error. Representative hung up and sent a fake email stating that they had spoken with me and that I had agreed to the refund. I have never even called them, it was a false representation, a complete lie. My Wife and daughter had to purchase two tickets from *** that cost US530.30 each, therefore US$1060.60 in additional and unexpected charges. This company posts the Revdex.com logo on their website as well as *** governing bodies. It is false advertising, theft and I want to claim as a minimum, the US$1,060.60 as a minimum.

This Company should not be able to trade.

I would like to receive the sum US$1060.60 that I was forced to pay due to the companies error. As well as the US$ 358.40 that they outright stole from me. i would also request that this company forced to remove from its website immediately its affiliation to Revdex.com *** , other consumers like myself being stolen from currently.

I will accept conditional upon keeping the file open until the payment is received. I will verify A) that via *** that the original ticket was refunded and then the difference, assuming A) processed, that the balance of the tickets we were left to purchase at the airport - A is refunded also; as detailed in their response to me. This would be US$1,060.60 -US$ 358.40 = US$702.20 Please note that as of yesterday Dec 3rd the *** card number was changed so please inform best way of providing the new card detail.

Hello,

I continue my stance as accepting "conditionally" upon receiving reimbursement for the error. Also I ask again why the sum offered is US$343.80 when the amount we are at a deficit of $702.20 as this is the amount of our forced purchase - the original ticket cost.

As per today there is no CHQ and will follow up once the 10 day period is concluded (Dec 27)

Purchased airline ticket and e-ticket was never received. Contacted company and was prompted to leave message and they never returned call.
Purchased airline ticket online on 11/15/19 @ 11:43 confirmation number *** for $104.58. Was to receive e-ticket within 24 hours. Attempted to contact company and got voicemail. airlines advised no reservation.

Fraudulant business. Scam. Advertised cheap flights. I booked a flight. When I called to confirm., My flight info and payment disappeard.
Cost me 4 times me more so far and going up because of bank overdraft because of no timely refund which I was not aware of until few hours ago.

Rapid debit to my credit card where you took money out of.

Fraudulant business practice should be stopped. You don't take money out of people's account and send them a check at your convenience. Taking money out from my account and my purchasing another overpriced ticket has caused lots of financial problems. My account was overdrawn and had to correct that with money out of pocket. Stop this fraudulant company!!!!! Yes I would like to get my money back!!!!

The company easily withdrew money from my account electronically at the start of the fraudulant transaction. They offered to send me a check to my adress knowing that I have been travelling and know I have no way recieving the check. The approprate thing would have been crediting back my account. The illegal transaction had other fallouts that caused me four times the amount they illegaly took out from my account.

Yes, please proceed. Have the business wire transfer refund directly to my bank account. i.e ***, Acct #

The fight agent company did not book my ticket and charged me, noticed me at the day before departure
I booked a flight through www.myflightsearch.com on November 6th, 2019, and the total was $333.60. The departure date was November 16, 2019. I tried to check in online 24 hours in advance, but the airline showed that my flight did not get confirmed, and that I needed to contact the booking agent. I spent two hours trying to get connected to customer support at the booking site, and finally a customer service representative spoke to me. He said the airline canceled my flight on November 14th, 2019. I could not take it as the source of truth, as I never received any information about my upcoming flight. I had to book my flight at the last minute, and it cost me $468.40. Given the inconvenience and frustration, I would like myflightsearch.com to compensate me the full cost associated with this incident

This business scammed us $749 off flights!! They booked our flights but never confirmed it with *** because they never sent Payment to them.
This website is a scam. They scammed my family $749 on flights. We called *** and they confirmed this agency booked and then cancelled the flight. They kept our money and if we never called, we would've been stuck with no flight. Whenever we called they would give us different excuses or hang up on us.

Please shut them down, they scammed so many people!

Booked flight for family on MyFlightSearch.com,when they went to the airport no flight booked. They charged my card &never booked. Called, got machine
My husband booked a flight for two family members on MyFlightSearch.com. When they went to the airport the airline said they had no record of them having booked a flight. When we called the website's 800 number provided we got an answering machine. They charged our card $300 but when you look on the website it shows no flight and the passenger names and pending.

Desired Outcome

This website appears to be a scam and everyone needs to know. If possible they should be somehow blacklisted or their website shutdown.

I have gotten no messages about this. My voicemail is not full so there is no reason they shouldn't have been able to leave a message if they couldn't reach me. I have received no calls either. That is the reservation number that pulls up my family's names on your website so it is correct. This company is a scam.
