I bought a round trip flight online. Merchant said my credit card was declined and they cancelled the reservation but charged my card too much.
I bought a round trip flight online in early January 2020. I thought I was dealing with *** but apparently not. Merchant (MyFlightSearch) said my credit card was declined on 1/13/20. They cancelled the reservation but charged my card on 1/16/20 exactly $1,000.00 more than the purchase price of 190.80. The credit card company (***) did not refuse that charge and it appears they never received the earlier charge. I have spoken to both the Merchant and the Credit Card company several times on 2/2/20 and 2/3/20.

Desired Outcome

Just to have this sort of fraudulent activity on record. I believe I will actually receive the proper adjustment from the merchant or the credit card company or both. Thank you for being there to document this sort of abuse.

refunded my ticket bought through My flightsearch however I've called twice and was promised the money but none seen yet, help please!
In July of 2019,I've bought a ticket for my sister to fly from *** on December 24th,however she became ill with a respiratory illness and her doctor gave her a note and told her not fly whatsoever! So I've called MyFlightSearch when it happened a few days before the date of flying, they referred me to the airline after many conversations.I called *** and they understood and gave us the refund but sent it to Myflightsearch because I've bought the tickets through them..I've contacted them and they said "wait a couple of days and you should see the money ny check no later than Saturday, that was about three weeks ago, waited,no money so I've called them again on the following Monday and spoke to a very nice rep Thomas, that again promised me the money would be there in a few days...waited,check mail like they've said,no money. Now I'm very discouraged with this company ,if the money was sent by *** how come they're taking so long to refund it?Help.please!

Desired Outcome

Ticket refund sent by airline..

Dear Revdex.com Team,

Greetings from MyFlightSearch.com!

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused to Ms. on this occasion.

Please be advised that the tickets for her and her fellow passenger were issued and email to her on February 7th, 2020. Their reservation is confirmed for March 3rd, 2020.

The refund for the extra amount charged on her card was also processed on January 31st, 2020. It usually takes 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to the customer's account and Ms. must have received it by now.

We wish a happy and safe flight to Ms..

They processed payment from my account for 3 tickets that they could not provide on 1/24 confirmed refund 5-7 days and stopped communication.
I attempted to purchase my 14 yr old daughter and I 2 plane tickets to *** on 1/24. The flight was for 2/21 round trip $211.78 each. Only 1 ticket processed. I called and they attempted to add my daughters ticket to my original ticket but, wanted to charge almost $100 more. I refused so they cancelled the 1st ticket and sent confirmation of refund. Their website states if flight is cancelled within 24 hrs then authorization would be cancelled. They did not do this. I booked 2 tickets within 20 minutes of cancellation of first received confirmation of booking. Total for these 2 tickets was $423.56.
2 days later 1/26 I still did not receive etickets so I emailed asking for my itinerary. They stated they forwarded to appropriate department and they would contact me. Searched email and found a failed booking email from 1/24. Not sure what folder this went into but, they still withdrew a total of $635.34 from my account and the last response I received from them was a refund was processed and would be complete in 5-7 days on 1/25. It is now 2/4 and I still have not received any of my $ back and have had to file a chargeback with my bank. I rebooked my flight direct with *** for $383. I will be informing them of MyFlightSearch.com and they're fraudulent activity as well.

Desired Outcome

Explanation of their shady and misrepresenting practices

Flight cancelled on April 11, 2019. Refund has not yet been received despite numerous requests.
Flight on *** airlines was booked through My Flight Search on March 1, 2019. The booking Reference Number: is ***, the flight date was April 11, 2019 from *** to ***, . The total payment was $332.00. The flight was cancelled the day of the flight, and the airlines offered a refund, but said we had to call My Flight Search to request. We booked another flight, which cost $785. We have called My Flight Search, first calling their reservation line at *** and then being transferred to their customer service dept. at ***. We have called them a total of 9 times, since May 15, 2019 and each time they have confirmed our booking number, and advised us that they have sent an email to their "refund department" and we would receive our refund "in two days" or "seven to fourteen days". As of January 31, 2020 no refund has been received. We reached out to *** Airline, and received written notification that they sent a refund check directly to My Flight Search Inc. at their Las Vegas address, on October 4, 2019. The representative at *** is ***, a customer Care Coordinator, at ph# ***. She informed us that we could ask My Flight Search to contact her, but when I mentioned this to the customer service member at My Flight Search, (Thomas) he told me he couldn't do that, my refund would be deposited into my account in "7 -10 days".
The statements that My Flight Search customer service (names;June, Harry, Thomas and others) has provided include the following:
"call back on Wednesday after 8pm"
"we have to check with the airline"
"your refund will be available in one to two billing cycles"
"I have sent an email to our higher authority, they will refund you within 48 hours"
"my manager is away, you can only reach our refund department by email"
"We acknowledge your email. We have sent the reminder email to concern team, Please wait, you will get the refund soon."
"I have escalated it, don't you worry, refund will be deposited to your account withing 24-48 hours"
In general the people who answer the phone at My Flight Search Inc customer service are polite, and apologetic, but none of the representatives that I have reached over this 9 month period speak English as a first language. I suspect, based on the written response to my email, that this operation is in a foreign country, as they do not use the English language correctly.
All I want is to be refunded the difference of the cost of the flight for my trip, which totals $453.00 due to the cancellation.
Any assistance you can provide to resolve this complaint, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Desired Outcome

As stated above; the original flight cost me $332. It was cancelled, so the only other available flight that day, cost me $785.00. So, I am requesting a refund of the difference, which would be $453.00.

I have been told multiple times by this business that my refund could be expected in "7 - 10 business days" previously. I will only be satisfied once I have received, deposited, and cleared the check they are now saying they are issuing. Please note they did not provide a date of when the check is being issued. I will assume it will be received no more than 10 days from their reply which was entered on 2/28/20, which means I should have the check by 3/13/20. I will let you know by that date if I have received it.

Since receiving the last response from the business, I have received the refund, and the funds cleared at my bank. Thank you for your assistance

Booked flight 1/17/2020
Have called them several times. 02/04/2020 and no e-tickets yet.
Booked flight on 1/17/2020, paid for flight with credit card for $668.14. Booking number
*** with *** on 7/25/2020. Have called customer service 3 times. Each time they said they would email tickets that day. I still don't have my e-tickets. I have paid for new tickets through the airline who are busy with the virus outbreak and are not taking calls, so that we cannot discuss this with them. We cannot miss our flight due to other connections. Filed a dispute with my cc company on 02/04/2020 since it should not take this long to recieve the e-tickets.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $668.14,which is what they charged our credit card.

Customer Response • Feb 14, 2020

We finally received our tickets,so that this has been resolved.

Thank you.

Flight booked 01/07/2020 ***, after calling to find out why eticket not sent got email 01/30/2020 05:00am CST saying FARE EXPIRED! UNACCEPTABLE
I booked a flight on MYFLIGHTSEARCH.COM 01/07/2020 from *** departing 02/01/2020 returning 02/07/2020. I received an email with confirmation #*** that same day stating an eticket would be emailed before my departure date. The charge $313.39 was posted to my credit card on 01/08/2020. I called customer service on 01/29/2020 around 10:00am to advise that I had not received my eticket and I am flying out in 3 days. I was told that my eticket would be sent to me by email that evening. At 05:00 am today (01/30/2020) I receive an email advising flight cancelled due to FARE EXPIRED. I immediately called customer service to find out what was going on as I am due to fly out now in 2 days. No real explanation except that FARE EXPIRED. That is not a good answer. Needless to say I was very upset and it did not help that it was hard to understand the male reps and neither had answers other than the charges would be refunded in 7-10 days. I ask to speak to a supervisor but none available at this time of day. I just received an email stating that my money would be refunded within 2 billing cycles. I now have 2 days to replan my whole trip that was settled over 3 weeks ago. Not to mention all the extra expenses due to their error. How this company can show they have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com is beyond me.

Desired Outcome

Company should pay for all expenses incurred due to this sudden cancellation. I am still trying to salvage my trip but so far the air fares are twice the price and have already been charged for cancelling some of my planned activities. I feel I should be compensated for all the time spent fixing their error.

My fare was cancelled by this company and they did not return my money after numerous attempts by email and on the phone. (Please see attached)
My name is ***. On September 28, 2019, I bought a ticket (booking Reference No ***) *** Two (2) passengers (*** and ***). Scheduled departure: October 31, 2019.
Few days before our departure, I called to confirm my flight and to get the e-ticket I was expecting since I booked this flight. Unfortunately, I was informed that my fare could not be honored and it was cancelled.
I was told that my money ($994.94) will be refunded immediately and I received a confirmation e-mail.
Since, I was expecting the refund but I never received it. I called the customer service several times and I was promised a refund within Five (5) to Seven (7) business days, then a week, another week, and so fourth. Lastly, I was promised this past Wednesday November 20, 2019 but the money was never been refunded.
I was very tired and I expressed my frustration over the phone so many times and no one seemed to care. Thursday, November 21, 2019 a customer service representative (Kevin) advised me to send an e-mail and he will follow up immediately in order to get my refund. He promised a quick resolution. I was very skeptical but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and I decided to send this e-mail for resolution.
I call again at the beginning on this month and I was promised to receive a check by the end of this month (January 2020) but this never happened.

Sincerely

Desired Outcome

Numerous calls and emails

They hurt so many people and families including mine. If anything in your power you can do to stop them from scamming people, I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your support

I purchased an airline ticket with My Flight Search. They took my money and I didn't have a flight to visit my daughter. Every time I call them they hang up on me. One answered call said a check was in the mail and that was OVER a month ago. They have lost their accreditation with the Revdex.com but why are they still in business. This is terrible!!!! I was charged three separate times from this website claiming to be an online booking website. After calling for four days straight I got voicemail.
On January 24th I booked a flight through *** but was redirected to there website. I purchased a flight but never received the e-ticket. (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Myflight.com is lying!! I have been calling them for six weeks now and they know exactly what reservation it is, who it is for, the dates, flights, charges, etc. Dealing with Myflight.com is a nightmare! The #*** is the number they look it up by, for Abigail S, from *** to *** on Dec. 24,2019, and returning Dec30/31, 2019. Account ending in #*** was charged by them for $4460.99 on Dec. 30, 2019. They lied in the above letter. They lie constantly when I call them putting me on hold and then hanging up,or transferring me to the person I need, and then they hang up. Or if I ask to speak to Victor directly at the extension Victor gave me , (Victor has been handling this issue) they will tell me that there is no person at that extension, there is no Victor, Victor is off, Victor isn't here this week.
Now they emailed me a copy of a small note that says, "Refund Application", dated 1/02/2020, and claim that it is proof of payment on Jan. 2, 2020. No money has ever been received at my bank and they know this because they never sent it, and their financial department (which Victor keeps putting me on hold to "consult with", they can see in their accounts very easily that no payment has been sent and no money has been taken from their accounts to do so. Last night, Victor requested that I send a copy of my bank statement, which I may do today. However,it's just another stalling tactic. These people are crooks and know very well that no money has been sent. It's not that complicated. They are a corrupt company. I don't know why they weren't shut down last year in February when the Revdex.com withdrew their approval. I am going to have to get an attorney in Las Vegas to sue them.
Will someone please call me? 513-850-9442

There was no payment sent or received from Flight Search to our account in January. They are still not telling the truth. I do not know why this company is still being allowed to operate. They are illegally charging customers and you have a long record of complaints against them.

Sincerely,
Paula S

I was promised a flight at a low price, then they charged my card and did not deliver. Instead I had to pay double that amount for the same flight.
I was promised a flight at a low price, then they charged my card and did not deliver. Instead I had to pay double that amount for the same flight. Then they said that they would give me my refund back that same night. Which they have not. Now I received an email saying that it is going to take 2 business cycles to receive my money back. They do not state how long a business cycle is. I spent over an hour bouncing around to 4 different "customer representative's" and all they wanted was my personal information. They also claim to have a Revdex.com rating of A+, yet your own site says that was revoked 12/5/2019. As you can see on the Screen Shot, they are still claiming that, which is why I thought they were legit and ok.

Desired Outcome

I want them to change their policy of advertising. They don't give you a n e ticket unless you pay extra. They don't refund within 7 days. They need to get rid of the claim that they are a Revdex.com accredited business with an A+ rating. With the way they do business, there's no way they have such a high standing rating. Furthermore your company issued the following: Revocation On 12/05/2019 this company's accreditation in Revdex.com was revoked by Revdex.com's Board of Directors due to failure to eliminate the underlying cause of complaints on file with the Revdex.com and unresolved complaint(s). The last email I received "See Screen Shot" attached. States that they are still saying that you are giving them an "A+" rating, which is why I thought they were a reputable company, which they are not!

I'll accept their agreement as long as they do refund me the money I spent on a ticket that was never given to me. But, their representative told me that they were going to reimburse me that same night that I called to cancel the ticket when they said the price was going to be double what they said I had to pay. They still have my money and it's been 3 weeks. I had to go and buy the same ticket elsewhere.
So, if I see that money back in my bank account in 7-10 days I will not reopen this case and I'll consider it complete once I receive the money back from them.

I purchased a ticket with this company on 11-15-19 @ 1pm and received confirmation. At 5pm on that same day company canceled, will not give refund
Company My Search Flight/ Cancelled my flight without my knowledge nor permission 3days after company canceled they procede to take my money out. I just found this out 2 weeks before I leave on flight, due to I called to check reservation. They blocked me from calling hang up now I had to purchase an expensive ticket I'm going to ***. I'm so upset. Still no refund of $80.30.

Desired Outcome

This company should not be allowed to do business. *** never heard from them either after filing a dispute. Fortunately *** relieved me from their erroneous charge.

This company is scamming people all over the place!
- I got "scammed" out of "2" airline ticket bookings on 1/21 and 1/22. Need my $ back from creeps
On Jan 21 and Jan 22, I spent a "LOT" of time searching and ordering plane tickets for 2 separate trips. See attached.
I confirmed my purchase, got a "congratulations your trip has been booked" message and was supposed to receive e-tickets within 24 hours - NEITHER Happened!

Also, while booking, this pop up came up that said if I give my email, I get $20 off. - Code became "$7". I called the 800# - The Rep first went through this hub-bub saying " oh, that is UP to $20- and I said WRONG- I am reading it "directly from your screen in front of me now" It states I will receive a $20 discount for entering the code ***" And I READ him the screen and explained they have a "different" pop up that comes up that says if you "call the #, you get " up" to $20"
I used the code that said $20 discount and got "$7" and the Rep tap danced around owning reality on their site.

Then he said - how did you get that price, that's not the price I have here - I asked him what price he had- he kept tap dancing around giving me that as well- He never DID tell me. And I said - while I'm booking it at the price on your site in front of me now on my screen- I was in the "submit" pushing step.

They're crooks
Theyre criminals
They're scammers

I have NOT received ANY E-tickets and conveniently, EVERY time I call, I get a "voicemail" to "leave a message".

Even within 30 minutes of my booking.
They've got a using technology for scamming Consumers, racket going on.
Someone needs to send FBI or Police to investigate their little boiler room operation, scamming Consumers.
My bad- I should have *** them first.

*** them
I thought going through a site that has always proven to be reputable, to get to this MyFlightSearch" com site... Would have me with a respectable and reputable company. WRONG I was.

They're scammers, thieves, criminals, putting Consumers in VERY stressful situations ... Because, we're not just out tickets and money... We're forced into crunching to get NEW and legitimate tickets to replace the ones the scammers at MyFlightSearch.com NEVER fulfilled.

They should be in jail. They should absorb some of the costs and stress they impose on good people.

So much conscience lacking sm, "opportunists" allowed to flourish and continue now.

Someone needs to "shut them DOWN" before MORE innocent and good people get screwed.

Desired Outcome

I want all fees paid to MyFlightSeardh.com REFUNDED I can't even 've sure if they send me a ticket, I won't get to airport to find out iT is a FRAUD and USELESS as well. After finding reviews, consumers HAVE gotten to airports with USELESS tickets. Purchases I want refunded (I have NOTHING to show for them- STEALING and FRAUD and FALSE Representation. 1-21-2020 Booking *** $266.76 total *** 1-22-2020 Booking *** $447.55

Customer Response • Feb 11, 2020

Good Morning,

They probably have not responded because they are so crooked, thus unprofessional

I actually got a message from *** when MyFlightSearch.com called and left me a message after I went into a revealing their unethical practices, robbing people fury ...

When I went to retrieve the voicemail, "***" actually had a message played "before" the other one was played, stating that the "caller changed their number appearing, from the actual number call was initiated from."

Does that say stench of not practicing on the up and up business??

They should be shut down and in jail.

*** what people have been stuck in

Is beyond felonious thieving and tactics at this point

I "did" get my money finally refunded - AFTER I sent another email - when they did not initially refund it as theysaid they would - I sent "another" email, with Las Vegas Police Dept cc'd on the trail of communications- Letting them see I was again contacting MyFlightSearch.com because they did "not" refund my money, when they said they would.

All the sudden that day, the refund appeared on credit card portal

Thank you for following up

It would be beneficial to future, unsuspecting consumers... IF Revdex.com reached out to that government site to red flag this business.

As individuals, people see less reason to put efforts than they will when an organization representing consumers well being being protected, shares "all" the papertrails of a businesses deceptive thieving practices.

Imagine being in shoes of some of those people planning an entire trip... Hotels, car rentals, everything- perhaps non-refundable too...
Only to arrive at airport excited to leave and NOT allowed to leave, trip squashed, hopes and dreams squashed in an instant ...
Because a sg company filled with conscious lacking, greedy pigs, sent "useless" and "bogus" tickets

I consider myself lucky and know how much time all this consumed and what it unfairly put me through...

I can't imagine being those other good people - That potentially saved for years to finally get a break from the daily grind

Hopefully none of the others shafted, were forced to miss family life events -births,funerals, weddings...Someone getting ready to pass away...

Because these mns running MyFlightSearch.com are so unethically self centered, far beyond respectable or legal.

I hope as an organization, you *** their Reality, use my situation and the others, to file a complaint on the behalf of so many screwed, to prevent more in the future.

I for one would be grateful this company was not allowed to sheister another good, unsuspecting person.

FBI should be investigating them and showing them a room with bars and toilet only

The stress alone while stuck in the hooey, was sickening

Thank you for your follow up.

I got my refund- thanks to using that little cc addition and cc-ing the LVPD for "effect" imposing a little fear of possibility and unsettled shoes, back on MyFlightSearch.com

Thanks again- MUCH appreciated your care.

Have stellar day!

Best Regards

On 9/28/2019 I purchased a round trip ticket,on line, from myflightsearch.com leaving on 11/16 and return on 12/4/19 via ***(***)
On 9/28/2019, I charged my ticket purchase price of $623.13 to my ***. I received confirmation with a booking reference# *** along with Flight summary from My Flight Search.com. (Copy attached dated 9/28/2019) My trip was for me to take care of, in person, family business -transactions that cannot be done by telephone. I also must arrange for accommodations for my stay. I choose *** (accepted medical cancel without penalty) .
I had an already scheduled eye doctor visit on 10/24/2019. During that visit, I learned that my original retina diagnosis, made two years earlier, had worsened and needed surgery, soon, in order to save my vision in my right eye. The surgery date was scheduled for 12/13/2019. I was in shock after leaving my Doctor's office and needed a few days to embark on a plan of action. I had several things to do. There was my upcoming trip and I needed to make appointments for pre operation clearances with my primary doctor, my cardiologist, and electro physiology heart doctor. I still wanted to travel prior to the surgical procedure on 12/13/2019. During my attempts to schedule appointments I realized that nothing
was available prior to my departure date. So I had to contact Flight Search to find out about my options, if I had to cancel for medical reasons, and what was the time frame for me to furnish the information. On 10/29/19 *** advised me to contact
flight Search. I called Flight Search, on 10/29/19 I spoke with a female customer service representative (unfortunately, I did not record her name) who advised that I needed to notify their Agency in writing and send in supporting Doctor's diagnosis. She also advised that a Supervisor from Flight search will call me. On 10/29/19 at 3:49 p.m. I prepared an email and submitted to Flight Search with supporting medical documentation. (10/ 29 & 10/30/19 email copy will be attached ) On 10/30/2019 @ 2:06 p.m.,I received an emailed response from a Flight Search Customer Service team member who acknowledged receipt and advised that my email was forwarded to a concerned Team and I should wait for a response. On November 8, I called the phone number ending in ***, at 4:00 p.m., spoke with Calvin who told me to call back in 10 hours; called back after 10 hours - no response to call.Left message for Calvin. 11/9 at 5:11 a.m. I submitted another email asking for help with cancelling the reservation (copy with same date attached) 11/9 at 6:45 a.m. spoke with Sam who advised to call back in 5 hours the Customer care line ***. At 12:47 p.m. I called the number ending in *** Howard answered. I was placed on hold so that my call could be forwarded to the proper party who could assist me. After holding for 14 minutes, no one came on the line, so, I hung up the telephone. I waited a few minutes, called back and got Ronnie on the line, after some explanation, Ronnie advised that I should wait for ***'s response. They forwarded my email and medical document to ***. 11/9 at 3:10 p.m. I received a forward of an email sent to *** requesting cancellation of ticket due to a medical emergency(copy attached) To this date, I have not received a telephone response nor email regarding the outcome of my request from either entity. On 11/11/19, I contacted my credit card company *** and opened a dispute regarding the charge, . Still no response from either entity. On 11/16/2019 shortly after midnight I received several emails from *** urging me to check in for my trip, then at 12:48 a.m. I emailed my flight search.com asking them to review previous correspondence regarding cancellation. On 1/9/2020, My credit card company reversed the charges in Flight Search favor because of their no cancellation policy. Due to my medical emergency, I would like some consideration, in the form of a credit towards a future trip or a refund. It would be 3-6 months before I am cleared medically for air travel. Thank you for your help

Desired Outcome

Due to my medical emergency, I would like to receive a full credit toward a my future trip to the same destination or a refund of the entire amoun I do have additional medical proof - discharge from medical facility and emails from *** on 12/16/2019 and my email to Flight search. I could not attach a second file. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to loose mon ey. I will be 70 years old on 1/24/2020.

Dear Revdex.com Team,

Greetings from MyFlightSearch.com!

We have investigated the complaint made by Ms. ***. The visited our website on September 28th, 2020 and made a reservation for 2 passengers.

Ms. contacted us on October 29th, 2019 and advised that the passengers will not be able to travel due to medical reason. Our representative advised that the booking is non-refundable and also to forward the medical documents so that we could request for a waiver from the ***.

We had forwarded the documents to ***, however, our waiver request was denied. We have also received a chargeback of $623.13 (booking amount) from the customer's bank and the money was deducted from our business account in the month November 2019. Ms. bank must have credited this to her account.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to Ms., on this occasion but she would also appreciate that this situation was beyond the control of any travel agent.

Warm regards,

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
1. Thanks Flight Search Company for your response. I do not share your conclusion that there is nothing that you could have done to remedy this situation. You are the business owner. There is always something that you can do if you care about your customers. Companies have policies and procedures to prevent abuse. Companies also can make exceptions in certain situations. Certainly, emergency medical and deaths warrant some compassion and exception and additional work, on the part of a caring company or Agent, to assist a customer in despair. Certainly two weeks for an experienced travel Agency was more than enough time to find a way to help a passenger utilize a previously booked trip at a later date - especially when the reason is not frivolous.
2. Your response indicated that a reservation was made for two persons. Please check your records for booking reference #*** and you will see a reservation for one passenger only and that is me. The charge for the fare, to my credit card, is also listed in my name only, the eTickef is also in my name for one passenger only and that is me, in my name.
3. You are correct, a credit was issued by my credit card company on November 26, because I sought their intervention once I realized that your company Flight Search did nothing toward assisting me with cancelling the November 16, 2019 reservation. But, as you know, your company appealed the reversal of the credited charge to me , sighting your company policy for a non-refundable ticket. Your company funds were returned to your account on 1/20/2020, a fact I noted you intentionally neglected to share. I now must pay my credit card company $623.13 by February 18, 2020. As a business owner, did you work for that money? I did everything you asked, as difficultad it was, at the time. Why did you ask for proof of the medical emergency? My did you ask me to keep calling and calling...you knew your policy. No one talked about policy when I contacted your office on October 29. I called *** first - after I learned about my medical emergency. *** said to call the travel Agency...for help with the situation. What did you do to assist me from 10/29 through 11/16/19. It is quite clear nothing. Why was I not entitled to your assistance? You took my money? You did not work for my money. You did not even cancel the reservation. What kind of travel Agent or Agency run such a business? You did nothing to help because you could hide behind your policy. I have the additional screenshots to submit from the credit card company. Letter dated November 26 advising me that my account was credited for the *** charge of $623.13 alobg with correspondence from Flight Search company asking for a reversal of the credit due to their company no refund policy; and my credit card company response to me on 1/20/2020 advising me that the charge had been reversed the back andto Flight Search account and the case was resolved...due to Flight search's company policy. The credit card company do not involve themselves in company policy disputes.

I booked a round trip flight for my kids and I to *** in November. 2 days before my flight this company sends me and email saying that the fare has expired. When I called they told me they could book a round trip flight with another airline for the same price I had paid. Upon receiving the flight information from the company it was only a one way flight. After being told repeatedly that I had made a mistake and only booked a one way flight in November they basically told me there was nothing they could do for me. Then my mom contacted you and they agreed to book the flight home for me however I got a flight cancelled receipt with a refund of of 256 dollars going to a *** card which I do not have. I only have ***. Since then I haven't heard anything from the company or received a refund for the flight that I booked out of my own pocket to come home.

Never gave me a ticket, now waiting for them to refund me
Booking #***. $383.22 is owed back to me
