Charged credit card even though reservation canceled.
On August 8, 2018, my wife called this company, My Flight Search, to reserve flights to her mother's memorial service. She got their information from an online ad and called them.

The company portrayed themselves as ***, not a travel agency.

My wife thought she had booked three tickets.

We did not see any charges on our credit card or any emails confirming the flight reservations with ***.

On Saturday, August 11 we called ***. They stated we only had a single reservation. ***.

We called My Flight Search to find out why reservations were not being made in a timely manner. They did not answer their phone.

On Tuesday, August 14 our credit card was charged by My Flight Search and then reservation was cancelled.

So we hava been charged over $700 and have no flight reservation.

Desired Outcome

Refund for the charges to our credit card for a canceled flight reservation. A charge of $260.50 on August 10, 2018 A charge of $422.50 on August 12, 2018

My Flight Search Response • Sep 10, 2018

Dear Mr.,

Greetings from MyFlightSearch.com

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused to you on this occasion. We have now investigated upon your complaint. We are a travel agency and we sell tickets for all the airlines; however we do not claim to be a part of any airline.

We found that there were 2 reservations made with us - booking numbers *** and ***. The reservation number *** was for passengers *** and ***. The booking number *** was for passenger ***. Both the reservations were made on August 8th, 2018 and the tickets were issued for booking number *** on August 12th, 2018. The tickets for booking number *** were never issued.

On August 13th, 2018, we had received a cancellation request from your to cancel and refund the bookings. The booking number *** was cancelled without any charge as the tickets had not been issued till then. The total amount for booking number ***, which was charged in two transactions, was cancelled. These two transactions were voided from our system on August 13th, 2018, the day the cancellation request was made.

Mr., please be advised that we never claimed the payment as the two transactions were voided in our system. Usually, in case of a transaction void scenario, the payment is on hold with your bank for 3-7 business days and then released back to the account. In case, the amount has not been credited to your account, we would request you to check with your bank as we have no control over a transaction once it is voided in our system.

We once again apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused on this occasion and hope that we have been able to provide you a satisfactory resolution.

Best regards,

Used Myflightservice.com 6 mos ago. Overcharged $200. Been given excuses by them ever since. Still no refund they admit I deserve.

I purchased two airline tickets from My Flight Search on February 7, 2018. Flew ***. Booking # is ***. Approximately 2 weeks later I was advised by *** that My Flight Search overcharged me $200. Original tickets cost $513.80. *** advised the ticket should have been $313.80. I contacted My Flight Search, who agreed they had overcharged, and advised they would issue a refund back to my credit card within 2 weeks. That would have been by February 28, 2018. To date I have spoken with employee after employee who all state I will get a refund, however the refund amount is always different. From $85 to $171.80. Never the $200. One of the last conversations I had they said it would be credited by July 25. That didn't happen. Constant excuses and delays. The last call was yesterday (08-15-18) and still nothing. Some calls last 2-3 hours while I'm transferred to person after person. I need help in resolving this issue. $200 is alot of money to me. I mentioned contacting an attorney, and the employee (John ***) who said he was the Floor Supervisor, begged me not to contact a lawyer. I am giving the Revdex.com a chance to help me resolve this before contacting an attorney. I just want my money back in the amount I was overcharged. $200

Desired Outcome

Refund of $200 I was overcharged.

This "company" is really just a bunch of scammers trying to steal your money. My wife got their information for an add when searching for flights. She thought she was talking to United Airline, not a bunch of scammers posing as a travel agency. Gave them our credit card number and they did not book our flights o make reservations. Charged us anyway. Having to dispute chargers with credit card company. They are the worst. Do not use no matter what!

I've been ripped off!
This company represented themselves as United Airlines. Instead they booked my flight with *** for $397 and charged me $800 without pricing breakdown of these charges verbally or in the email.

Desired Outcome

I want at least half my money back, because there is no flight guarantee!

Customer Response • Aug 22, 2018

Document Attached***
Very satisfied with the recourse!

Overcharge of 680$.
One of my flight is not upgraded.
I have contacted accidentally the phone number *** (MyFlightSearch services) on July 30, 2018. This number appeared at the top of the google search when I was looking for *** phone number. I dialed the number and I was thinking that I was contacting ***. They answered the phone without presenting which company they work for. It was on July 30, 2018 when I contacted them to upgrade my husband and my flight tickets for first class. The representative name that I spoke to was Sam *** (phone number provided by him, ***). I didn't know he was working for MyFlightSearch services before the purchase was completed and that I received an email (a e-ticket by their company).

They used my husband and my personal information (including date of birth and credit card number) and made the change upgrading 2 of the 4 flights I have. I wanted both flights number *** and *** upgraded. The one flight that I wanted the most upgraded was flight *** and it is actually not upgraded. I am waitlisted for this flight ***. MyFlightSearch sent me an email yesterday (July 30, 2018) with e-ticket stating that flights *** and *** are upgraded and the flights *** and *** are not upgraded. But in fact, when I look at my husband and my flight tickets in my *** mileage account, flights *** is not upgraded and flight *** is upgraded. The tickets provided by email state the wrong information about my husband and my flight upgrades. I was not aware that the representative was not working for *** until I got an email with the e-tickets (on July 30, 2018) and it was too late. Plus, they didn't tell me that one of my longest flight will be waitlisted following the upgrade request. I would not have made the change knowing this information. During the phone conversation, many time I asked if they were ***, if they charged extra fee for the changes and their answer was: Don't worry, doesn't matter. They charged me 830$ US on July 30, 2018 even by using my miles 40 000 for the upgrade which in fact doesn't include the upgrade for flight ***. I wanted them to cancel and they said that they couldn't... that it was too late to cancel.

Later during the night of 31 of July, 2018, I have changed my password for my husband *** mileage account and my *** mileage account after realizing a discrepancy in the upgrade information between *** ticket in my husband and my personal mileage account and the e-tickets provided by MyFlightSearch. I called *** this morning, July 31, 2018, and they told me that the charge was a total of 150$ to get upgraded with *** and it is stated in my account information (*** mileage account). I called the credit card, on the morning of July 31, 2018, according to my bank, the company MyFlightSearch service charged 150$ under *** and they charged 680$ under their company name: MyFlightSearch services. I realized this morning (July 31, 2018) that they overcharged me 680$ for the upgrade and one of my long flight (flight number ***) for my husband and me is not upgraded and our flights *** upgrade request is on the waitlist. It is not a guaranty to get upgraded according to ***.

I cancelled my credit card later this morning (July 31, 2018). I tried to call the MyFlightSearch services to get refund and they asked for my name and flight number and I disconnected my phone because I am scared to get my flight cancelled.

Information about their e-ticket provided by
MyFlightSearch is:
My husband e-ticket number ***
My e-ticket number is

Desired Outcome

I would like to be given a monetary refund of 680$ by cheque for false representation (not stating clearly that they are another company different then United and upgrade is wrong on the e-tickets delivered by their compagny), overcharging (without explaining the bill by email with a real statement) and by providing incomplete services (the upgrade for flight *** was not done for my husband and me, it is waitlisted).

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept the response from the business because it is satisfactory. I called my bank and the agent confirmed a refund of 680$. Thanks for your collaboration. I hope that it won't happen again to other customers and if it happens again, I hope that someone or organization will shutdown "my flight search" company.

I would like to thank Revdex.com for their help. This case can be closed.

Myflightserach.com took a payment without my consent. I called them right away and they refused to give me a refund for a service I did not use.
I was the myflightsearch.com comparing prices with other flight companies. I found a airline ticket that I wanted to check the final price for. The website asked me to put in my credit card information to preview the ticket cost. I put in my information and automatically they took a payment from me without my consent. I never checked out or confirm the flight ticket.I called the company right away to ask why I was charged without my consent. The representative on the phone was very rude and abrupt, I asked for a supervisor but he told me that they were unavailable. He was trying to get me off the phone and he said that I would get a refund back. He then told me to call back later. When I called back later, I was waiting on the line to speak with a supervisor for four hours. I was under a lot of stress because I was not being helped from the moment I called. They kept telling me to call the airline company, when they were the actual company to charge my credit card. I called the airline company and they told me to talk back to myflightsearch.com. So I was very frustrated with calling the sideline and the flight agency. When I finally was able to get a hold of the supervisor, and told him my situation he said that the company policy was to cancel before seven days to get a refund. Even though I stated that I did not confirm with checking out on their website he refused to give me a refund. I was charged on July 10th, 2018 at 11:26 am. I called within 10 minutes of recieving a confirmation email from the website. It was a fraudulent charge of $447.79 and another separate charge of $25.03 that was billed on my credit card.

Desired Outcome

I need my refund of $447.79 and $25.03 back to my credit card that was charged. I was charged without my consent or knowledge.

Dear Revdex.com Team,

Greetings from MyFlightSearch.com

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused to *** on this occasion. We have investigated the details of the bookings, as per the complaint filed by ***. We have checked the logs of this online booking with our technology team and they have confirmed that that a booking will not go through on our website, unless someone hits the "BOOK NOW" button on the final reservation page.

Our technology team ran a few tests also where they entered the card details and hit Back button on the browser, hit GO BACK button on the website and even closed the browser, but the reservation did not go through even a single time.

We had received a call from ***, on July 10th, shortly after her reservation was ticketed. She had made a reservation with *** Airlines. As per the fare rules of *** Airlines, the booking was non-refundable. We even called the airlines and the airline representative advised us that had the departure date been beyond 7 days from the date of reservation, they could have cancelled the booking for full refund. This was advised to *** and she has mentioned this in her complaint as well. As a travel agent, we cannot override the rules and regulations of the airline.

We appreciate that this may not be the response that *** may be looking for but we are unable to process a refund for this reservation.

Best regards,

Myflightsearch has not refunded me my money as promised.
Book a flight back in May with myflightsearch and chose a specific date but they did not book me they right date. I called customer service immediately and told them the issue and was told that I would originally receive a refund on the card. Two weeks go by and still no refund, so I contact them again and this time they told they would send me a check within 7-10 business days and I was told this in the beginning of June. It's almost the end of June and I still have not received a refund. The company keeps telling me that I will get a refund but I think I'm being scammed. I also plan on filing a complaint with the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding cyber scamming.

Desired Outcome

I need them to refund me the money they charged me initially for a flight that they could not book for me, they've told me over and over that I'm going to receive a refund but it's been over a month.

my flight got cancelled out of *** in February and I still haven't received my full refund.
I purchased tickets from myflightsearch.com. I went to board the plane and my tickets were refused. I then had to repurchased tickets. When I got back I called myflightsearch.com to get a refund. They sent me back 280.00 refund for the service fee. I still need the prices of my tickets back. I have called multiple times. I have been hung up on repeatedly. On March I called and finally got thru to someone and said 515.20 was going to return to my account in 10-15 business and it never happened. I called in 5/19/2018 they have hung up on me over 5 times and place me on long holds and never pick up the phone again and it disconnects. They are unprofessional and laughing in the background. These are the details of my tickets

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

I booked a flight with myflightsearc.com and received an email that said "booking complete" with itinerary. Several days before I was to depart, I found out that they cancelled thee flight because the price had gone up without contacting me. I ended up having to pay double (NOT with my flight) because my flight was only a few days away. Based on reviews by others this is a common practice. They also quote people a price and then charge their credit card for more with fees and because the "price had gone up" after they booked. They also intentionally change the day you want to depart so people have to call back to change it to the correct day and then they charge extra for the change that should have been needed. I honestly can't believe this company/scam has not been shut down yet. How many people have to be ripped off before they are investigated?

they are telling me I can't cancel my tickets or it will be $489.00 on top of the $275 already paid to change the date a couple days.
It all started on January 25th 2018. I went on myflightsearch.com to book my vacation. I put in the dates of April 14-19 going from *** to ***. Placed the order. Then I received my confirmation and the dates say April 11-17. I have called multiple times just to be told my tickets are non-refundable and if I want to switch my dates it will be $489 more on top of the $275.I already paid when I booked it. I told them no where on my confirmation email does it say non-refundable and I can't understand why I can buy new tickets cheaper then what it cost to switch dates. I have no problem paying the change date fee but the amount they are trying to make me pay is insane. At this point I am totally annoyed and will never do business with them again.

Desired Outcome

I would like to get a refund for the original amount I paid.

My Flight Search Response • May 02, 2018

Dear Revdex.com Team,

Greetings from MyFlightSearch.com

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused to *** on this occasion. On January 25th, 2018, the customer visited our website and made a search for 2 passengers, from *** to *** and return. Out of all the options presented, the customer chose flights with ***, departing on April 11th, 2018, returning on April 17th, 2018.

All the flights details and terms and conditions were provided and recapped on the website. The customer seemed to be satisfied with itinerary and price, hence, went ahead to book and confirm the reservation. The flight was booked for 2 passengers and email confirmation was sent at ***. The booking number was ***. The total price advised on the website was $275.16, including taxes and fees and was agreed by the customer. Later tickets were also issued and emailed at the given email address. There was no human intervention from our side in the booking process.

We received a call from the customer on February 18th, 2018, to check for the date change. As per the fare rules of ***, a penalty of $90.00, plus fare difference was advised. Since the customer did not agree to pay, no changes were made. We received another call on March 21st, 2018, where the customer asked for the cancellation. The customer was advised that there will be a future credit of $60 per person (after deducting the airline penalty of $90.00). The customer did not agree for the cancellation.
On April 10th, 2018, we received another call from the customer to cancel. She also advised to cancel it or else she will go to Revdex.com. We called the airline for cancellation and their representative Paula advised that there will be no refund or future credit.

Like all other leading travel websites and search engines, our website also provides flexible options, to help our customers save on air fare. The flexible options include flexible travel dates and/ or nearby airports. All such flexible options our clearly highlighted with the flexibility provided in such option. It also shows the saving as compared to the regular option. This is also highlighted on the next page, where the customers enter the passenger and card details.

The website also advises free cancellation within 24 hours of making reservation but we were never contacted within that time-frame. Had we been contacted within 24 hours of making the reservation, we could have canceled the reservation for full refund. After this time limit was exhausted the ticket became non-refundable, as per airline rules. We would like to assure you that this not false information and can be verified with any competent authority or the airline directly.

We understand that this may not be the response that *** may be looking forward to but as a travel agent we are bound by fare rules provided by the airline.

Best regards,

Customer Service

Agent posed as *** rep, had my personal information; called me back and persuaded me to use myflightsearch.com posing as united airlines
I called the number I found for *** but it was myflightsearch. They posed as *** agent and accessed my reservation, cancelled it as requested and tried to rebook me. When I wouldn't, he called me back on *** number saying he was Max from *** and booked me a flight. When I said I didn't see *** on the email, he insisted it was an affiliate and that is how *** gets lower prices for me. He got impatient and pushy and insisted that I had to push the confirm button. It didn't feel right. I called *** with whom he said they booked it and that it was an affiliate. There was no reservation. They had my personal information, my son's name, my credit card number. They were very convincing. I cancelled my credit card so they couldn't process it.

Desired Outcome

I want the authorities to stop them from committing fraud. I want to know how they could have had my *** information and cancelled my flight. This is wrong.

My Flight Search Response • Mar 14, 2018

Dear Ms.,

Greetings from MyFlightSearch.com

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We, at MyFlightSearch.com, are committed towards customer satisfaction. We are an independent travel agency and book for all the airlines. We have gone through the call recording, for the call made by you on February 21st, 2018. We found that our agent did not misrepresent himself as an affiliate of *** or a part of the airline.

The reservation made with ***, under booking *** was not processed and cancelled without any charge. The details of your *** reservation were provided to the representative, by yourself and he had got this cancelled as per your request. He even got you full refund for that booking.

As per the call recording, you wanted to cancel the booking with *** as you had booked incorrectly. Our agent offered you an alternate with ***, for the dates you wanted, for approximately $300 lesser than your original booking with ***. At no point during the call, a question was asked if we were *** nor did the agent quote himself as *** representative.

Ms., we once again apologize for any inconvenience caused on this occasion and hope that you will give us another chance to serve you better.

I worry that trying (and failing) to buy plane tickets through this company has put me at higher risk of identity theft and credit card fraud due to the personal information I was required to provide. I found out after-the-fact that this company is one of the travel ticket aggregators that have no connection with the airlines and my online "purchase" means nothing because a human employee at MyFlightSearch.com does the actual purchase ONLY after my documentation was verified.

I was required to scan and copy both my driver's license and AmEx card, which I regretfully did in spite of my own reservations. After not receiving an email confirmation even after I was reassured via phone, I called the next day and was told the flight I requested was no longer available and would have to pay an additional several hundred dollars, and finally received an email cancellation (not confirmation) while on the phone.

They have a terrible business model at best...fishy and potentially untrustworthy

The company charged my wife (***) and me a very excessive fee of $600 for booking round trip flights and one hotel room in ***.
The agent ("Victoria") booked round trip flights on *** and one hotel room at *** using *** in *** in July, traveling in Aug. This was a simple trip with no complications. The agent charged us $300 each, which is excessive based on MyFlightSearch.com's website, Terms, para. 2.c which states that the fee for such a trip should be no more than $100 per person. It is very excessive according to other booking fee information on the internet.
We paid using a *** card, which was charged to our account on July 11, 2017, booking no. ***.

Desired Outcome

The company should refund us $150 each, for a total of $300. Although this still exceeds the company's Terms, we are prepared to accept a fee of $150 each.

Mr., we once again apologize to you and hope that you will not let this solitary instance to deter you from booking with us again.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

The business' agent, Austin, called me on Jan. 22, 2018 and said that they would refund the excessive fees to my credit card account, and that she would send me a receipt within a few hours showing that the refund had been made. I did thank her for this proposed action, but I told her that I would clear the complaint only when the funds were actually received.
I have not received a receipt showing that the refund has been made, and my credit card account does not show the refund.
Consequently, until I receive the refund the complaint remains open and unresolved.

Customer Response • Feb 12, 2018

The company has refunded the overcharges as requested. Its action is reasonable and fair.
The complaint is resolved satisfactorily, and I consider it closed.

I booked a flight with them for the holidays but something came up unexpectedly that made it impossible to travel. I called them to ask about refunds and told them our story. They didn't even respond, just hung up. I called back and got someone else and told them my story again. They also hung up on me without any sort of response. They lost a return customer because of their unprofessional customer service.

Misleading website, thought I was speaking with *** airlines to book flight. They did not correctly book my flight, I had to do it myself.
I thought I was speaking with the *** airlines customer service rep. to book a flight on 09/29/2017. I called because I was having problems with booking online. This fraudulent company charged me 589.96 dollars for the flight. I had not receieved a conformation number for *** on 11/22/2017 so I called the customer service number on my email from this website. Apart from not having a confirmation number, the name on the reservation was wrong, and the birthday was very incorrect as well. I called customer service to get the name fixed and inquire about the flight number as well. The individual I spoke to said he couldn't talk at the moment and would call back. He never called back so I contacted ***. I was able to work with them and they found a reservation under the incorrect name and changed the name for me as well as the birthday. They updated both. I asked for a confirmation email from *** and noticed the price for the flight was only 403.96. I called back to speak with the customer service rep, after not being able to get in touch with anyone for hours, and he was rude and not helpful at all. I wouldn't answer any of my questions, kept dwelling on the name issue and then said he fixed the name issue. I was the one who fixed it by calling ***. I asked to speak to a supervisor and inquire about the discrepancy and he said I couldn't. I will keep calling until I get in touch with a supervisor.

Desired Outcome

I would like to get a refund of the extra taxes I was charged. I feel like my information is at risk now, since I gave my credit card number and a lot of other personal information. I would like to keep my flight and still travel on the designated date.

Dear Ms.,

Greetings from MyFlightSearch.com

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your complaint. Please be advised that we have spoken to *** representatives several times and they have advised us that the refund for your tickets have been processed to the original form of payment. They advised that the refund was processed in the month of September, 2017.

We are also attaching the screenshots from ***' website, which show that the refund for the tickets for passengers - *** and *** has been processed to the credit card. The tickets were issued on you *** card ending in *** and hence the refund must have been processed to the same card. The airline system cannot process the refund to any other card, except for the card that was charged to issue the tickets. The refund amount for each ticket is $245.10, without any penalty.

We even tried to conference you with *** representative to ensure that all your queries are answered but the line got disconnected on that instance. After which we tried to contact you multiple times but we could not connect to you.

We have also processed that refund of remaining $108.00, to the original form of payment. While we make all the efforts to process the refunds at the earliest, it may take up to 1 billing cycle for refund to appear on your statement, due to bank procedures.

Ms., we apologize once again to you for any inconvenience caused on this occasion and hope that you will appreciate the fact the ticket amount was charged directly by the airline system and the refund was also processed by them.

Best regards,

I have received all the money back thank you this case can be closed

I have been charged for an airline ticket which I never received. A refund was promised but never received.
I booked two tickets with MyFlightSearch on Oct 31st 2017. I was received a booking status email at that time which stated I would receive an e ticket within 4 hours. Booking number ***. It never came. On Nov 2nd 2017 I called to cancel my ticket in an attempt to recoup my money, $1037.84 US. At that time I was promised an refund with no cancellation fee, and sent an email stating the full $1037.84 would be refunded to my *** account. On Nov. 3rd 2017 an agent named Tomoya reiterated that I would receive a refund. As I write this 11 days later that also has not happened. I am now out that money and still have no tickets. I have yet to speak to a person able to make a decision on my case.

Desired Outcome

I would like MyFlightSearch to honour their word and refund my money as they promised. At the very least I would like to receive the tickets I purchased.

I was in contact with MyFlight Search on numerous occasions trying to resolve this issue. While we did come to a solution I will not pretend that I was totally satisfied. I was promised a refund in full with no cancellation fee because I did not receive my tickets. I have that promise in an email. After numerous attempts to get MyFlightSearch on honour this email. I was told that an agent was in error and that the tickets, which I still did not have 11 days later, were non refundable. MyFlightSearch did finally provide two tickets, so in order to protect myself from a possible loss of $1037.48US I accepted the tickets.

I was trying to book a flight had checked the box that I was flexible on dates/ times, but chose a flight for the dates I had originally wanted. When the booking was complete the dates had completely changed and it was going to send me off only to return the next day, called to cancel and get a refund until I could get the ticket I actually wanted, the site says 100% guarantee on cancellations and refunds, when I called it was an entirely different story, got the run around & told that all tickets are final sale and that mine were in fact stand-by and that there wasnt even a guarantee that I'd be able to get onto this flight. argued with this man for a bit and told that speaking to a supervisor wouldn't change the outcome, if I wanted to change my ticket I could do so with him and I would be charged a bit over $200 more. after having to beg and persuade he finally put me on the phone with someone else, it took me accusing them of scamming to give me my refund and cancel the purchase.

Company did not disclose their fee up front. They lumped their fee in with airfare charge. I would not have used them if I knew there was such a fee
On 9/5 I called what I thought was *** to get a fare for getting my son home from *** due to hurricane IRMA. When I told rep 'Ricky' that I was going to call *** instead he told me he could check *** for me. The airfare was similar so I said I would take the *** fare. He quoted $595.95. He sent a Booking ref# *** acknowledgement which he was insistent I had to accept. There was no breakdown on the charges just the one price of $595.95,which seemed high but because of the hurricane flights were selling out. The acknowledgment would not go through on my phone or computer. He kept calling me while I was driving and at dinner insisting I acknowledge. He even asked me to pull over while driving and email an acknowledgement. I was a bit nervous that I was being scammed at this point but was also stressed about getting my son home. When I got home that evening I sent the email. Today 9/7 I looked at my bank statement and there is a charge of $394.95 for *** and $201 for a 'booking fee' for MyFlightSearch.com. I never accepted a booking fee nor was it ever disclosed to me. I want that fee refunded ASAP. Very deceptive company.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund on a $201 booking fee that was not explained to me nor disclosed in any breakdown from this company in its acknowledgement.

Initial Business Response /(1000, 8, 2017/09/21) */*Dear***,Greetings from MyFlightSearch.comPlease accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused on this occasion. We have now investigated on your complaint and found that the transaction of $300.00 was voided on the June 7th, 2017. The booking was made on June 7th, 2017 and as per your conversation, later on the same day, our representative had raised a refund request for $300.00.Since the transaction was for the day itself, our accounting team voided the transaction in system. It is a big possibility that the amount of $300.00 never left your account as the transaction was voided on that day itself and was never presented to your bank, for claim by the merchant. Your bank may have put a temporary hold on the transaction but must not have left your account as this was never claimed by us. ***, we request you to check your card statement for the month of June, as it may not show the debit of $300.00. We hope that this resolves your complaint to your satisfaction and that you will give us another chance to serve you better. Best regards,*Customer Service*MyFlightSearch.com
