Sincerely,

This member was refunded $on March **, It was not possible to refund to her credit card her renewal fee,
but a check requested has been submitted in the amount of $ This check should be issued within the next 7-days and will be sent directly to the member's address on file? (***)

We understand that people forget things; this is why we mailed a reminder to *** ***, followed by two email reminders advising her about her renewalThis was something to which she verbally agreed when she became a member - we do not have signed contracts - we have verbal authorizationsDespite the fact that *** *** did not call us at any time to change the status of her membership until after it renewed - a simple courtesy we request so that we do not purchase outside services for which we will not be reimbursed or refunded - it is not our desire to make people unhappy - therefore we have issued the balance of the fee back to her account

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I find it amazing how defensive this organization is when they have a well published track record of aggressive sales and unethical billing practicesYou don’t get a reputation like that on accident
Sincerely,
*** ***

"">This consumer was never a member of NAPW She requested to be removed from our lists We have deactivated her from our database and removed her from all lists, so she should not be receiving any further correspondence from NAPW She may encounter passive advertising on the Internet, but she will no longer be the subject of any targeted advertising or emails

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
NAPW stated the extension of the 6-month membership that I purchased was a courtesy, but to whom, because I didn't ask or request this service. NAPW also stated 9/**/16, over the phone that I had to give authorization to extend the membership, which I DID NOT! NAPW also states that all correspondence comes through email, but I never received an email asking for my permission to extend the membershipI paid for 6-months ONLY! NAPW states that my membership is cancelled, but I received an email today 9/**/16, stating that they have issued a credit to my account, automatic membership renewal is deactivated and that my membership will expire in (I have attached a copy of that email. In addition, I never received recognition in a publication newsletter that NAPW stated I be a part of for joining. I concluded it was a sales ploy, but it was still a renege on NAPWOn 9/**/@ 3:EST, I received a call from, I believe her name was Marie or Mary, that called me after I submitted the Revdex.com claim, stating that her manager had received the claim and that they are going to refute itI stated to her that it was in the hands of the Revdex.com and there was no reason for us to communicate furtherShe continued talking, but I cut her off and told her there was no reason for us to continue the conversation because all that was being said was that the claim was being refuted
