As with all month-to-month converted contracts, the usual cancellation term is to send same in writing as a 30-day advanced noticeAdditionally, the original club provided an alternate to use, within contract terms, which is why members continued to billOur client did, however, offer immediate cancellation over the phone, which is offered as a courtesyOur first contact with Ms [redacted] was on 12/2, at which time the future billing was set to zero, and she has a full months to use the alternate facilityThis too was offered as a courtesy by the club to it's membersMs [redacted] , rather than contacting the number on her statements for National FItness, chose simply to dispute the previous months billsWhen she was contacted by Kaitlyn, as supported by her agreement, she expressed her demands to cancel, and that was doneThis did not mean that the club had breached it's agreement, or that the past due balance was not dueHowever, in an effort to resolve this complaint against National Fitness as the BILLING COMPANY ONLY, I have deleted the account with no balance or future billingThe deletion will remain effective so long as no further dues are disputed through the complainant's financial institutionI trust this explanation and deletion resolves this complaint, and apologize for any confusion

The original Revdex.com complaint was issued under Jason H [redacted] , and did not specify that there were two accounts THAT account was canceled as promised in JanuaryThere was no dishonesty - they had two accounts, and I wasn't made aware of the otherNor was any cancellation received on the account for April H [redacted] As I noted in the original complaint, Omni of TN did not breach the contract, so cancellation is requiredApril H [redacted] was on annual renewal, and the $billed on June 28, 2015, and the payment failed for Invalid CC numberMrH [redacted] paid the balance on 7/16/I have set the account to expire on 6/27/2016, and MrsH [redacted] will have access to the YMCA until that dateNational Fitness hasn't the authority to override the terms of the contract that MrsH [redacted] signedIt has been canceled with no future billing scheduledI apologize for any confusion as a result of the lack of information, and any inconvenience that this has caused
