Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The actuality of the contract still does not indicate that an interim payment would be required, the cover letter indicates to talk to my representative (*** ***) to find out what additional items would be required, if any He indicated that nothing else would be required as evidenced by their recording of all conversations, therefore I should not have been liable for the interim payment nor the inspection of the truck which should be a cost of them doing business, not passed on to me without my approval.Simple math speaks more to the issue of them going up on their renegotiated rate after I paid for the truck and *** had a "ah, sorry" moment when he spoke out of turn about the funding of the taxes and registration that were to be paid back to me upon completion of the transaction He admitted that he told me that would be covered but someone in underwriting told him that they could not Again, this is information contained in documented recordings by National Funding The original amount of payback was months at per month or 33,paid back over the term of the loan This amount divided by the 18,that was to be funded comes to a payback of After they adjusted the paperwork to not reflect the taxes and registration of the vehicle, the payback was months at per month or 31,paid back over the term of the loan This amount divided by the 17,that was funded comes to a payback of 1.78017064846, so I'm not certain where they get their calculations but again, they are incorrect. The amazing thing to me is that they aren't willing to make things right on this transaction, but will make concessions if I will spend more money with their dishonest company

We are writing in response to the consumer's complaint of *** ***. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. *** *** was prequalified for our membership card based on the business information provided to us by *** *** *** We apologize
for any concerns that our marketing piece may have caused and we appreciate the opportunity to address themWe will ensure *** *** is removed from our system and is not contacted via US Mail, email, or telephone. Thank you National Funding, Inc

National funding mailed my company a letter stating , and I quote " congratulations! Your business has been prequalified for our ignite working capital account for up to $300,000"
After reaching out to discuss this with them, and providing company information regarding income, they told me my company did not qualify for anything at all
Maybe I'm stupid but the statement "prequalified" is supposed to mean We were qualified for somethingHad they qualified my company for even $in lending, I would call it crappy but honest This is not the caseI believe they are fishing for business financials and private information with no intention of lending anythingCompletely information and advertising

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that that their method and letter not satisfactory to resolve this issue. But it appears to be the best they are capable of and or willing to do
And it appears from some online research into National Funding's business practices, I am not the only business that has had similar negative dealing/issues with National Funding. I don't think that due to their rapid response to the Revdex.com and issues presented that National Funding deserves such a high rating by the Revdex.com but what do I know
In closing, I feel confident that National Funding will slip up and not abide/comply by what they have stated in their replies to this issue since it appears/seems to be their business practice "MO" from what I have read about them. Interest. Anyway I will stand by my comment/demand to National Funding in that if I hear from National Funding and or any of it's affiliates with "Unsolicited" marketing and or mailings of any kind, now or in the future, I will file a legal action against them with media attention the likes they have never seen! This they can count on
Sincerely,
** ***

I have reviewed the customers complaint regarding the offers mailed to himWe have
pre-qualified Mr*** based upon his time in business and his ownership of the businessOnce we obtained additional information from Mr*** we found that his annual revenue, at this point, did not meet our minimum requirementsAs with any lending relationship there are always credit attributes that can make or break being able to complete a financing agreement between parties We apologize that we are unable to assist Mr*** at this point but once he meets our minimum annual revenue mark, and as long as his other credit profile points are approval, we would love to move forward with a transaction for Mr***. Thank youNational Funding, Inc

Thank you for bringing this matter to our
attention
Mr*** was removed from our system on June
4, after speaking with a representativeWhile total removal may take
60-days, after this time Mr*** will no longer receive our marketing
piece
Additional information is required from the
business owners in order to secure working capitalBecause of this, it is not possible that simply anyone would be able to fraudulently take out a business loan in Mr***s business nameWe apologize for any
concerns our marketing may have caused Mr***, and we appreciate the
opportunity to address them

Ms*** received a membership card in the
mail, not a credit card. The mailing of unsolicited credit and debit
cards is an illegal practice National Funding has never sent such an
offer. While there are design similarities, the differences between what
we mail and a credit card are significant: The National Funding marketing
piece contains no association logo (***, ***, etc.), and there is
neither a magnetic strip nor a signature strip on the back of this card.
Furthermore, the card specifically states that it is a ‘membership card, not a
credit card.’ The package is designed to gain interest in our financing
services, and is a commonly used format in the financial services industry
***’s business was prequalified for our
membership card based on the business information provided to us by *** *** ***. To activate the account, additional information would
have been required from *** *** ***. We also check
additional business sources, such as the Secretary of State

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Their response is complete and utter bullstIf they send an original mailing in April with an annotation "Respond by June 30th", why on earth would they pre-print additional mailings prior to the expiry of their original notice period? And nothing in their response addresses the basic complaint that their solicitation does not conform to accepted industry practicesSerious and professional financial services companies do not send out scattergun mailings, based solely on the database of a State's business registryIn my particular case they offered a loan of $250,without having the least idea of what I actually do, and what my capital requirements may beI am a passenger ship captainI drive the damn thingI don't wish to buy it, or charter it! My capital needs run to a bit of office equipment, and the occasional professional subscriptionThey could knock three zeroes off their loan offer, and probably still cover my annual needs. For the record, I will continue to reject their responses, until they assert that they will change their business practices, and stop these ludicrous mass mailings.Further, I have now been advised by my wife that I have received a second unsolicited mailing from themAs promised in our last exchange, I shall now lodge complaints with the California Department of Business Oversight, and the Florida State Attorney GeneralAs I am presently trundling between West Timor and Australia, this will happen when I return home

We are responded to the consumer's complaint of Ms*** ***:
We have ensured that Ms***'s record has been removed from our list, however, total removal may take 60-daysAfter this time, Ms*** will no longer receive mailingsOur financial solicitations are not credit card offers, and there is no risk of identity theft, as additional business information is required from the business owner to obtain a business loan or equipment leaseBusiness information is publicly provided by *** *** *** and the Secretary of StateWe encourage Ms*** to contact these agencies if she wishes her business to be placed on a Do Not Solicit list to ensure she no longer receives these offers from any other companies, as this is a common practice in the financial industry, and is not illegalThank you,

This was a first-time business loan for me, and there were some challenges such as mediocre credit score and recent business name change to overcomeMy representative patiently walked me through the process, and funds were deposited in my account within a week of application
