Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[I was not aware of the terms of the contract until months after I signed the contractI was given information verbally about the terms of the contract by your sales manager *** *** before I signed the contractI would never have signed any agreement with National Funding if I had known that I was being decievedI will only accept a fair settlement of the account There may not be any way to prove that *** *** Lied to meBut there is also no way for National Funding to prove that he didn't Lie to me unless all the phone conversations between me and him were recordedSo National Funding needs to decide if they want to be reasonable and honor what I was told by its sales manager before I signed the contract or not settle this account and have other customers know that their company uses deceiving tacticts to get customers to sign contracts]

Mr*** received a membership card
in the mail, not a credit card. As the complaint suggests, mailing of
unsolicited credit and debit cards is an illegal practice National
Funding has never sent such an offer. While there are design similarities,
the differences between what we mail and a credit card are significant:
The National Funding marketing piece contains no association logo (Visa,
Mastercard, etc.), and there is neither a magnetic strip nor a signature strip
on the back of this card. Furthermore, the card specifically states that
it is a ‘membership card, not a credit card.’ The package is designed to
gain interest in our financing services, and is a commonly used format in the
financial services industry
***’s business was prequalified
for our membership card based on the business information provided to us by Dun
and Bradstreet. To activate the account, additional information
would have been required from *** Distribution Inc. We also check
additional business sources, such as the Secretary of State
We apologize for any concerns that our
marketing piece may have caused Mr*** and we appreciate the
opportunity to address themWe will ensure *** is removed from our
system
Thank you

I have received an unsolicited letter from National Funding, with a credit card attached and account number to activate a loan up to $300,& cash in 24H
I have called the company, they kept on wanting me to activate my card first, which I though was "not right"
National Funding Inc haven been listed as Inc,& Revdex.com Accredited Business
people in 3yrs have file complaints regarding to this companyI just want other people to be cautious! This company has offer a six figure sum of loan, credit card and cash in 24H in an unsolicited mail is ludicrousThis concept is dangerous

Ms. [redacted] has been removed from our
database, though total removal may take 60-90 days, based on how we pull our
mail lists. In order to obtain a working capital loan, additional business
information would have been required from the owner of the business. We
apologize for any inconvenience our mail piece may have caused Ms. [redacted], and
we appreciate the opportunity to address this issue.

Thank you,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our

Mr. [redacted] received a membership card in the
mail, not a credit card. He did not receive an application for credit or
for a loan in the mail. The National Funding marketing piece contains no
association logo ([redacted], etc.), and there is neither a magnetic
strip nor a signature strip on the back of the card mailed with our letter. There
is also no application attached to our mailing.

National Funding, Inc. is a financial company
which has offered alternative financial solutions to small business owners for
over 15 years, and is not a “phishing” scam.

The purpose of asking for Mr. [redacted]’s
account number was to locate his record in our system to ensure removal of the
proper record. This account number is a reference number, not a credit card
number. Upon offering this information, Mr. [redacted]’s account would not have
been activated, it would have been removed properly from our system.

Mr. [redacted]’s record has now been located and
removed. Total removal from our system can take 60-90 days. After this time Mr.
[redacted] will not receive any more mailings.

We apologize for any concerns our marketing
piece may have caused, and we encourage Mr. [redacted] to contact Dunn&Bradstreet
directly to resolve any incorrect business information, as this may be listed
with additional sources as well.

Thank you,

National Funding, Inc.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed...

action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This complaint was resolved on the companies terms not the consumer.  We agreed to close on their terms due to the fact that they would not negotiate at all on their profit.  In the end, they took us for a lot of extra money out of pocket,  instead of doing right by an existing customer that has an excellent standing with them.  We will ride out our existing loans and never do business with this company again, and I advise any one else to do the same.  If this company has an A+ rating with the Revdex.com, because situations were resolved on their terms and not the consumers, then I see that as a false rating.
Regards,
[redacted]

This company established a credit line in my company's name without asking me if we were interested. It smells of scam.

My wife, co- owner of our business received a mailing from National Funding with what looked like a credit card, with a statement pre-qualifying us for up to $150k. I immediately checked the Revdex.com website and confirmed that I am not alone in my concern over what I consider to be misleading and deceptive business practices.
I have no interest in their services, and request that any data gathered by this company be expunged from their database, and not be sold or offered to another company or institution in any form or format. I request that this assurance be provided in writing and by 1st class mail, not email.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
