I had this company rep reach out to me and I send him all the info he play games I hope my info is safe I would tell everyone to stay way from this BS company and Rep name nowell he is full of She lie to you and don't respond back when the info is all ready submit company won't even send letter or anything that youreally application is decline and stuff nowell is have no idea how business work every time u ask him he talk over you even his seem fake not legit at all

For the second time Ben Sher treated us unprofessionally without any sort of call back, email, letter
We applied for funding, sent emails, sent in the required paperwork, and finally had to call back a week later to get an answerThis after promises of 24-funding
No greeting over the phone, just a cold reading of a denial from the underwriting departmentDon't waste your time

We are in receipt of the complaint filedI have gone through the file and had a conversation with the rep involvedPart of the funding requirement to payback a merchant cash advance is to have your processing setup prior to the funding of the loanThe draw that comes from
the processing is how the funds are paid backUnfortunately when the final call was made and we discovered the customer was behind on their rent there was nothing we could do to fund the transactionWe have reached out to VPS to see if there is anything we can do to help facilitate the unwind of the processing but as of now the process has already been complete the customer is just waiting on their funds backWe will continue to follow up to make sure the customer receives their funds back.
