Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The company is engaged in an annoying and misleading blitz mailing campaignMonth after month you receive complaints from consumers about something that looks like a credit card (Company response "it's a "Membership" card") For an approved loan (Company response, "not approved, but pre-approved" whatever the hell that is supposed to mean) in some ridiculous loan, which bears no relation to the capital requirements of my businessAnd contrary to their assertions, this is NOT a marketing practice for a financial services companyTheir peers advertise in the small business journals, and build their business through honest, competitive service and word of mouthThis crowd of shysters did a blitz e-mail campaign using the entirety of the Florida Department of State database of small businessThey know nothing about meThey don't know what my business actually does, and they sure as hell do not know whether I need a business loan, and if so, in what amount. An appropriate response would therefore be "We will stop this annoying and deceptive practice forthwith, and conform to the business standards of our peer companies"Their suggestion that they will simply remove me from the mailing list after I complained is just a further insult. As for their assertion that it may take to days to stop the mailings, I assume that is a joke? I mean, you know what a database is, don't you? You go in, find the entry, hit the delete button, and if you print a mailing list three seconds after hitting the delete command, that entry will not appearUnless of course they are suggesting that, notwithstanding the June reply date to their initial begging letter, that they have mounds of follow ups ready to go out? Seems a funny way to run a businessIn any event, in this regard, I have a counter-offerIf I receive anything further from them by mail (other than a complete and abject apology) I will take this complaint to the California Department of Business Oversight, and to the Florida State Attorney General (because I have a pretty shrewd idea that they are not licensed to offer financial services in Florida, and even if they have an associated company there who originate the loan, then from a legal standpoint they should have sent the mailing)To you in the Revdex.com, if you receive the same complaints month after month, and the same anodyne response from the company, why do you not punish it with lower ratings?

Mr*** received a membership card in the
mail, not a credit card. The mailing of unsolicited credit and debit
cards is an illegal practice National Funding has never sent such an
offer. While there are design similarities, the differences between what
we mail and a credit card are significant: The National Funding marketing
piece contains no association logo (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and there is
neither a magnetic strip nor a signature strip on the back of this card.
Furthermore, the card specifically states that it is a ‘membership card, not a
credit card.’ The package is designed to gain interest in our financing
services, and is a commonly used format in the financial services industry

Their statement is a lieThey told me my short time in business, (6months), was a dis-qualifier, in addition to our revenue. so basically they are saying the only thing they (pre qualified ) me on is that I own a businessWhat kind of Pre Qualified schedule is this? And I want nothing from them. I wouldn't take their money if they offered it. They are engaging in advertising and lying to potential customers. They need to rewrite their adds to contain only honest information, like, We would like the opportunity to SEE if you qualify

Good Morning,
I received the breakdown of the finances of this dealAs you will see below the difference between the old payment and the new payments is factions of a percent
Original Payment
$
Revised Payment
$
***
$
Difference In Repayment
$2,
The repayment came down by
$2,which reflects interest, taxes and title
Original Sellrate
Revised Sellrate
***
The difference in sell rate is
fractions of a point
Please let me know if there are any additional questions after this has been receivedThank you

needless to say – a $40,business loan with a repayment amount of $49,is far from my discussion notes on the hybrid loan, especially at daily payments at $for daily paymentsi had asked not to hard hit our credit scores if the deal was not for $50k and at LOW interest ratesremember - every time a financial institution looks at your credit score it gets loweredunfortunately – I gave our rep, based on his stated years of experience and hundreds of loans, a level of trust and integrity that was not deserved professionally – I am with total regret for dialoging and pursuing this matter with the National Funding rep feeling he was dialoging under very pretensepersonally – I do not appreciate being advised to ‘pray’ for the right decision by a person with a sense of caring and truthNational Funding Revdex.com complaints were indicative of persons in my similar circumstances who wanted to believe and had hope that truth in loaning would be a honest and professional experience I must give my rep credit for one turth – the origination fee is $as stated it would bei am in a 24/unlisted service business based on referrals only - we would be out of business years ago if we employed 'ankle grab' selling techniquescustomer satisfaction does not matter at National Funding - it is what they do all day all year and are immune to the REAL truth & customer consequences - the pitch is all about the ambush and close – I am hoping all at National Funding to rethink the pursuit of a better philosohy of life

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
While they indicated initially that there was not an increase in cost of funds, now they admit that the rate did increase.Additionally, they recorded all of the conversations with *** over the phone, but it doesn't mean anything that I was promised something that they didn't deliver and not advised of charges that they would be charging me except if it was in their favor the audio recordings I'm certain would be submitted as evidence in this issue.I still stand that: They did not advise me that there would be a charge for the inspection of the vehicle financed and it would be charged to me The example invoice that I received did not reflect any payment due except the regularly scheduled payments. The only thing that will resolve this issue is the refund of the additional funds that I paid for the two issues above The fact that I didn't realize they went up on their costs of funds is a problem that I didn't realize until after the transaction was complete which was my own fault The other charges that came after the transaction was completed and never mentioned by *** in what my out-of-pocket expenses would be is unacceptable and will remain unacceptable unless a refund is issued

Good Morning,
I have reached out to the sales rep as well as the sales manager that were involved in this transactionWe had an open approval and documents out on a loan for this customerOne of the funding requirements was that an inspector was to go out to her location and view her
place of businessThe customer was not willing to meet the inspector at her office so we gave the customer options at that pointThe first option was for her to complete the inspection and we move along with fundingThis option is the one that we STRONGLY encouraged the customer to proceed with but she didn't. The second option was that we pull her internal approval and see if we could get another company to fund her without requiring the siteThe customer chose to pull her internal approval and then send the transaction to an outside companyThe outside company declined the deal and decided not to move forward so at that point we were unable to complete any funding for this customerIn the complaint there was mention about not having written approvalEvery transaction that we complete requires a customer to sign a credit application that discloses the possibility of an affiliate company pulling the customers creditIn addition to this form, we explained to the customer when we gave her the options to proceed that the transaction would be going to an outside company to reviewWe apologize that we were unable to complete a transaction for this customerWe wanted to move forward internally which is why we encouraged the customer to do the site and get the funding done but when the customer refused we had no choice
