Spoke With Ms. [redacted] yesterday. At NO point did she ask...

to speak with the owner. She did however inform me that we must pay to return the toner.  I informed her that I had been trying to send these toners back since the FIRST day we received them and was told I could not return them. Her only response was we should not have accepted them upon delivery. Our apologies that all our employees do not know which packages to reject.  The owner has instructed me that we will send them back when they send the postage. We did NOT order these and will not pay to return them.  When the company handles cost of postage, they will be returned immediately.

Nationwide Business Concepts attempted to reach Lori and was unsuccesseful. We have credited the February invoice and the account has been closed out. There is a zero balance.

complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Ms. [redacted] response is objectively not true - they sent me a "return authorization" form, which simply authorizes me to return the toner (that they sent me in error); however, they neglected to send me a shipping label. I returned both their call and their email, saying that we would not be paying for shipping, as it was their error to ship it to us in the first place. The unethical and fraudulent practices of this company are completely ridiculous. Already this issue has taken up too much of my time - either they send me a shipping label to [redacted] in the next seven days or we will be keeping the toner.

I attempted to reach [redacted] today and was unsuccessful unsuccessful. The supplies are to be returned in any box (can be the same it was shipped in). We state that it has to be in a box to avoid any damage in transit. Supplies are to be returned the same way they were shipped to avoid any damages.

This complaint is not resolved.  We have not received the Authorization to Return from Nationwide Business Concepts as they have stated.

The original order was placed by [redacted]. on 2/4/15 for [redacted]. The order was cancelled on 2/16/15 after the product was already shipped. Our warehouse was able to stop the delivery in transit. This account has been credited and is closed.

The company falsely received the order by discussing this fake order with a staff member who was not authorized to accept.  Again, adverse to their stated policy, they only "spoke" with her once and still sent the overpriced item.  This is a scam. I want the refund of my money and will willingly send back the item when they do so.

The supplies have been returned and the account has been credited. We have placed this business on our do not call list.

I emailed [redacted] to arrange a return.

Nationwide Business Solutions has done everything possible to accommodate California Closets. We apologize if we are not meeting the companies requests. Please contact us to arrange a return for December.

I will accept this response from the business once I actually see the return labels.  It is very difficult to communicate with them because they do not return calls.  They tried calling us twice in one day, at times that are after our business hours.  They responded that the clock on my answering machine must incorrect.  However, even if the time was wrong, they called on a day that we are closed.  
 
They have not tried to contact us to arrange a return label since our communication with the [redacted]  We attempt to contact them today.  Once we are able to actually make contact and I have labels in hand and refund, I will accept their proposed action.

[redacted] was issued return form via email. Once the supplies are returned the account will be closed out.

I did in fact receive a shipping label to return the
toner and a credit was not issued to the account because an account was never
set up. An order was never placed with Nationwide Business Concepts so it would
have been unreasonable to be expected to pay a restocking fee for an item never
ordered. Nationwide Business Concepts also contacted two of our other clinics
and tried to charge us toner. Thankfully I was able to stop the shipment of the
toner so I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of trying to return it.
Nationwide Business Concepts has been posing as our toner vendor to get enough
information out of our receptionists to create false invoices. I want other
companies to be aware of them and avoid paying for a product that was never
ordered.
As a side note the toner that was sent to my company
was in terrible shape. The box was dented and dirty and a cellophane covering
had been placed on it to make the toner appear untouched. If in fact I had
placed an order for $500 toner that would be an absolutely unacceptable
product.

The original order was placed by [redacted] on 3/24/15 for Iowa Sleep. All orders go through our verification and confirmation departments prior to them being shipped. We have issued a label for the return. Once the supplies have been returned the account will be closed.

[redacted] was provided with a Return Authorization on 9/4/15. Once the supplies have been returned we will close out the account.

According to Nationwide Business Concepts records' [redacted] on 6/2/14. Lauren [redacted] spoke with [redacted] today and was able to arrange a return to credit the account. [redacted] stated that the order was placed in error and we have accommodated to  her request.
