I did NOT order this product; a representative called and pretended to be our supplierThey said the company would call the next day to ship and because it was a new employee we would have to tell them yes it was ok to shipThis deceitful and fraudulent communication is absolutely not the same as me placing an orderI authorized my supplier to ship to me not this companyThey need to be shut down like the other companies running this disgusting scamThe employee who agreed to return the product no longer works here and we disposed of the product which was also not a genuine Canon toner cartridge and we had no desire to damage our copier by using this fake item

This company uses the "printer toner" scam They use contact info from some unknown mailing lists to cold call random people at companies, pretending to have an existing relationship with the company or be from Ricoh, Xerox, or some other copier or toner service provider They they say that your printer is reporting it's low on toner, and could they verify the employee's name, address, and printer model so they can send the right toner right away?
They then send an outrageously priced invoice and promise to send the toner once the invoice is paid...or they send the item along with an invoice and refuse to take the item back (or charge a high shipping/handling/restock fee to do a return)
Technically, what they do may not be illegal from the Revdex.com's perspective (since they do get "authorized" from some person at the company being scammed, even if it's not an authorize purchaser from the company's perspective), but it is certainly unethical
This company should be avoided at all costs

Nationwide Business Concepts is a scamThey called and spoke with someone in our offices and found out what kind of printer we hadThey proceeded to send us toner without us ordering itWithout realizing the toner was from as this company our employees used the toner that was sentWe actually have a contract with another company
Nationwide Business Concepts then sent us an invoice for the toner we useThe invoice charge more than times what the toner was worthThey charge $each for the toner that is worth $purchased through Walmart.comThey subsequently sent us another shipment of toner as wellFortunately we caught it before it was use and was sent back to the company
I have repeatedly called Nationwide Business Concepts but conveniently the person supposedly in charge or our account is out of the officeI have left numerous messages and have receive zero response from this company

Nationwide Business Concepts has tried to resolve this matter for over a yearThere was an order that was placed and the supplies were deliveredIf the order was placed in error they still have not returned the suppliesThe number they have listed is the same number that we have on file and it
just rings and we can not get through to anyoneOnce the supplies are returned we will close the account

I spoke with *** *** from the company today and she indicated that an error had been made in shipping and offered to delete our invoices and close the account upon return of the products we have received. [We got shipments, each containing shrinkwrapped boxes of MP Ctoner. We have not disturbed the shrinkwrap or opened these boxes]. Lauren Mitchell then emailed "return authorization" sheets, one for a shipment on 8/26/and one for a shipment on 9/24/14. I should note here that the return sheet for 8/26/indicates a quantity of 3, when we only received shrinkwrapped boxes, and the return sheet for 9/24/indicates a quantify of 4, when we only received shrinkwrapped boxes. We would be more than glad to return the boxes; however, the company did not send us postage-paid mailing labels as we had requessted. Since we did not order these products, we are not authorized to spend our municipal members' money to return therm. We are still asking that we be provided a method of return at no cost to us. Otherwise we will have to consider any such unsolicited, unordered products to be gifts to our organization

The original order was placed by Gedimin Bulat on 9/15/for Masons Supply CoPer our company policy we have a day return policy, but Nationwide Business Concepts will make arrangements to close out the account if orders were placed in errorOn 11/24/we received some of the supplies
that were returned and the account was credited accordinglyA message was left for Gedimin and we hope to resolve this matter when the call is returned

In regards to the complaint below we issued a pre-paid shipping label on 1/18/via email to ***They do not want to return the supplies to close out the accountOnce the supplies are returned a credit will be issued and will no longer have an open balance
