[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Ms. [redacted] response is objectively not true - they sent me a "return authorization" form, which simply authorizes me to return the toner (that they sent me in error); however, they neglected to send me a shipping label. I returned both their call and their email, saying that we would not be paying for shipping, as it was their error to ship it to us in the first place. The unethical and fraudulent practices of this company are completely ridiculous. Already this issue has taken up too much of my time - either they send me a shipping label to [redacted] in the next seven days or we will be keeping the toner.

The return was not delivered to our location. It was undeliverable according to UPS. We have credited and closed out this account.

[redacted] and [redacted] on multiple dates 9/2, 9/16, 9/19 9/14 and today 10/14 with no response. [redacted] left me a message on 10/13 a day I did not work. They know I only work Mondays and Wednesdays and so they only call me on days I do not work. I also sent this email to [redacted] on 9/21 with no response. Hello [redacted] I believe you left a message on the 17th. As it seems difficult to reach anyone at your office I thought I would try this email. I would like a refund for two invoices #[redacted] and #[redacted] totaling $1478. I would like this refund because your company sent these products without our authorization or request. We were misled by your company and would like a refund for the checks that we have already sent to you. If you would like the ink returned then please send me prepaid shipping labels. If I do not hear back from you on this matter I will move forward with legal action. I hope that we can resolve this matter and leave it at that. [redacted]Since filing this complaint I have filed complaints with the FTC, my credit card company and a police report. This business does not even have a real office. They have a mail box at a UPS location only further proving that this entire company is fraudulant and participating in what I would consider a white collar crime. ]

resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Company has not tried to make contact with myself or [redacted].  [redacted] left VM on 7/28 with no response.  Company call and indicated to [redacted] that we had an account.  Sent cartridge explaining we were an existing customer.  When Tammy called on 7/21 she told me that [redacted] opened the account on 6/1.  This is a false solicitation of services  to say we have an account and then say we opened an account.  We need to return the cartridge for a refund since we do not do any business with this company as well as not having the machine for this cartridge any longer.  Also, we have not asked for any additional cartridge to be sent and but have sent out (2) more without authorization.  These will be returned as well.  We want a refund for the cartridge that was paid for.   Any company who supplies services should not have an issue on returning a product for a refund since item is unopened and we do not have that machine.  These cartridges run $92.00 but the company is selling for $489.25 on the pretext whoever they call is a customer that is already doing business with them-clearly a false marketing policy.  I have already contacted the Federal Trade Commission on this issue and was advised to file the complaint.

[We did not order the toner, we cannot find the toner, if it ever was delivered. If the business wants to send a representative to school to locate toner, that will be fine and they can take it with them. We have wasted too much time( paid time) as is on a situation that we did not initiate.  ]

There was an order placed and that is why the shipment was sent out. In order to resolve this matter the supplies have to be returned and this account will be closed out.

I did NOT order this product; a representative called and pretended to be our supplier. They said the company would call the next day to ship and because it was a new employee we would have to tell them yes it was ok to ship. This deceitful and fraudulent communication is absolutely not the same as me placing an order. I authorized my supplier to ship to me not this company. They need to be shut down like the other companies running this disgusting scam. The employee who agreed to return the product no longer works here and we disposed of the product which was also not a genuine Canon toner cartridge and we had no desire to damage our copier by using this fake item.

This complaint is not resolved.  We have not received the Authorization to Return from Nationwide Business Concepts as they have stated.

We have been able to locate the correct account. We will contact [redacted] to issue a return shipping label.

The original order was placed by [redacted] placed on 2/5/14 for COR DEO. After reviewing the account we have approved a return shipping label.

A return was arranged with [redacted] on 1/12/15 and the supplies have already been shipped out.

This complaint will not be resolved until we have been given the authorization to send this unwanted, unused product back, and have the money that is involved with this fraudulent order returned to us.Furthermore, I find it hard to believe that there is not a single person who can handle and escalated situation within your company aside from the office person who handles "D" accounts. I would like to speak to the manager, or an owner, or a C.E.O. in regard to resolving our issue with your company's unsavory business practices.
