Since I never received the original response from the company, I appreciate you re-opening my complaint in order to give me time for an adequate response. Nothing was ever resolved with this company. Their business practices are questionable. The last communications I had with Nationwide Business Concepts was via phone on December 11, and I indicated I was not paying them anything on the invoice they are requesting payment on. We did not order it and we will not pay for it. I have attached email correspondence detailing the dealings with this company.

In regards to the complaint below we issued a pre-paid shipping label on 1/18/via email to ***They do not want to return the supplies to close out the accountOnce the supplies are returned a credit will
be issued and will no longer have an open balance

would be satisfactory to me as long as NBC cancels all remaining invoice upon receiving six toner cartridges from our firm I need for NBC to send me an address of where to return along with shipping label information Specifically, I would like call tag information, so that there isn't any confusion about our account receiving a credit I will wait for the business to cancel all of all outstanding invoices for our firm and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Company call and indicated to *** that we had an account. Sent cartridge explaining we were an existing customer. When Tammy called on 7/she told me that *** opened the account on 6/1. This is a solicitation of services to say we have an account and then say we opened an account. We need to return the cartridge for a refund since we do not do any business with this company as well as not having the machine for this cartridge any longer. Also, we have not asked for any additional cartridge to be sent and but have sent out (2) more without authorization. These will be returned as well. We want a refund for the cartridge that was paid for. Any company who supplies services should not have an issue on returning a product for a refund since item is unopened and we do not have that machine. These cartridges run $but the company is selling for $on the pretext whoever they call is a customer that is already doing business with them-clearly a marketing policy. I have already contacted the Federal Trade Commission on this issue and was advised to file the complaint

Dear Revdex.com,I submitted a complaint to you about Nationwide Business Concepts at the end of December I received this message from you saying that you are reviewing my case, and then I did not receive any more emails into my inbox, and I never heard from Nationwide Business Concepts either, so I thought that the case was handled Today, I received another invoice from NBC for the copier toner that we did not order I searched my spam folder and found emails that you sent me in January with a secure link to retrieve the emails I tried the links, but they have expired Is there a way for me to retrieve the messages you tried to send me, and if you closed the case because of lack of reply, can the case be opened again? Thank you for your help,*** ***

would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Their response is correct they did say I could return the product and they would clear out the order. The company also said I would have to pay for the toners to be returned and they needed to be packaged separately, even though they came in one box. We will not pay for the cost to return this product since we did not order this. If they would like their product back they need to email me a return label and I will send it back in the box it came in. They do have my email as well since they sent me a return slip that was supposed to go inside the return box. I will not field anymore calls from this company or waste any more time dealing with this issue.
