All I want is a a refund for a shirt that does not fit me An "XL" tag was inappropriately placed on the shirt I received It does not fit like an XL adult shirt shouldI wanted to wear the shirt to my birthday cookout in April The shirt had a funny saying on it for people who were born in April Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I completely disagree with their decision on the matterAs you can see by the photos I have provided provtl has not delivered what they were sellingI do not want a reprint of the wrong item that they have already sent outIn my order it clearly states that I ordered a color changing mugYou can see the order says it and the picture shows itTheir response to me when I received the wrong item that it was an image appearing mugThey sent me a link to the page for it and when I clicked on the link it clearly shows in every picture on the link that they sent is it is a color changing mugAll I wanted was for them to send me a plain mug with the image to replace it instead and they can keep the extra money but they told me they don’t make them plainYet another fraudulent statement made by themAs you can see in the photo, the white mug with the image on a blue background, they clearly do have them available for purchase on their websiteThey have made no attempt to rectify thieir wrong doings in a professional mannerThey told me they would give me a refund but that has not come eitherI have added a picture of the email they sent me about the refund and a picture of the plain mug taken from their websiteSince they have sold me an item that was not correctly fulfilled by them I want them to either give me the refund or exchange the item for the plain background mugPlease help as all my dealings with them has gotten me nowhereThey constantly give me the runaround and bad excuse after bad excuseThey have terrible business practices and should be made to correct their mistake Regards, [redacted] ***
