I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have previously sent them the picture and the size of the shirt.  Every time I did what they requested, they sent me an email requesting something else.  If I am returning the shirt to them for a refund of my money, why do I need to send a picture, tell them the inches from arm pit to arm pit, take a picture of the tag, etc?  All I want is a a refund for a shirt that does not fit me.  An "XL" tag was inappropriately placed on the shirt I received.  It does not fit like an XL adult shirt should. I wanted to wear the shirt to my birthday cookout in April.  The shirt had a funny saying on it for people who were born in April.

Please note that when the product shipped out it was not damaged. Product was damaged in transit, customer states that it has a mark from the carrier that the bag was damaged during transit. However, we have refunded her $28.98 on 7/2/15, the funds will be available in her account within 7-10...

Also, please note that this complaint was marked as "On-line...no name" not for Little Raymonds Print shop. The product was bought from TeeChip and was fulfilled by Little Raymonds Print Shop. TeeChip owns Little Raymonds Print shop.

The item I ordered and the item you sent me do not match at all. Do you understand what I am telling you. I placed an order for a color changing mug. That was your item description. Every picture associated with this item that you posted on your website showed the color of the mug changing color. What you sent me was an image appearing mug, the image would only appear when hot beverages were poured into it. You sent me the wrong item and refuse to give me a suitable replacement/exchange or a refund. I don’t care this is not your policy. You don’t seem to understand that you sold me something under false pretenses and refuse to resolve the proper way. This is no way to conduct business. If you truly value me as a customer as you say you do then do the right thing, admit you screwed up and offer me an exchange for a non color changing mug or a refund. These are the only two suitable choices I will accept. I am not even asking for money back on a lesser valued exchange item I just want what is fair and what you have put me through is completely unfair and uncalled for.
