Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The item I ordered and the item you sent me do not match at allDo you understand what I am telling youI placed an order for a color changing mugThat was your item descriptionEvery picture associated with this item that you posted on your website showed the color of the mug changing colorWhat you sent me was an image appearing mug, the image would only appear when hot beverages were poured into itYou sent me the wrong item and refuse to give me a suitable replacement/exchange or a refundI don’t care this is not your policyYou don’t seem to understand that you sold me something under pretenses and refuse to resolve the proper wayThis is no way to conduct businessIf you truly value me as a customer as you say you do then do the right thing, admit you screwed up and offer me an exchange for a non color changing mug or a refundThese are the only two suitable choices I will acceptI am not even asking for money back on a lesser valued exchange item I just want what is fair and what you have put me through is completely unfair and uncalled for Regards, [redacted] ***
