I asked for a full refund for the reasons stated on the original complaint, and I insist that my request be granted because the company did not address or even remedy themI don't want a new product even it is free of charge, because I know now that once the package arrives at Brazil, DHL delivers it to the local postal service (***), and there is no further tracking available because DHL registered it as postal correspondence, and that is wrongDHL's tracking website informs that the package arrived in my country by Nov28th, and it is now Dec14th, two full weeks laterIf I count it from the original shipment date, the 2-weeks estimated delivery time is overdueSince I live in a major city, I should have gotten at least a notification by mail that the package arrived and is somewhere going through Customs, and there is none.Anyway, if I don't hear from the company about making arrangements for a full refund, I will contact the local bank and ask them to cancel the credit card charge, because Brazilian consumer law allows me to do that if the service or product provider does not fulfill it. I will of course return the package IF and WHEN it gets here, provided that the company pays for returning it.
