I contacted Nestle in September to cancel my water delivery service All of the equipment/bottles were picked up by the driver that same month In November I was issued a check ($8.12) for a credit balance on my account Since then, I continue to receive a monthly invoice emailed to me I have reached out to the company multiple times and asked that my account be completely closed so that I do not continue to receive emailed invoices for services and products I am no longer receiving Yesterday, I received yet another invoice from the company This has to stop

we canceled services but company keeps charging us and adding late feesWhen I call so they can take my payment the rep says they cannot accept payment and that someone else will call me but they dont yet they keep billing me wrongfully

A month ago (estimated time) I cancelled my water delivery serviceMy new residence has a security door that requires a person to be home to let deliveries inside the buildingI work and therefore would not be home to let in the delivery driversWhen I canceled my service, I took a day off of work on April 19th so I could be home in order to let a delivery driver come in and take the five empty five-gallon water bottles and the water dispenserThere was no call and no one showed from ReadyRefreshI attempted to call the customer service line (###-###-####) but the recording said "Due to high call volume, no calls are acceptedPlease try again later." I emailed and left a message through the website about this situationI received an email in my personal email account saying someone would contact me with "two-days." That never happenedI contacted Customer Service again and was assured that someone would come to pick up the empty bottles and dispenserOnce again, no one called

This complaint is for the Ready refresh portion of Nestle Waters I have horrible water at my house which is not fit for drinking I signed up for the water delivery service to solve this issue as well as to use for formula for my baby The water delivery seldom comes as scheduled The delivery dates changes all the time, forcing me to go to months without a water delivery This also requires me to make a trip to the grocery store in order to exchange and purchase the extremely heavy gal water bottles which are supposed to be delivered to my front door
This past Thursday, I checked and confirmed my delivery which was scheduled for today, April As of this morning, the delivery has been rescheduled to the end of the week.....but Im sure by end of the week it will have been rescheduled for the following week This ocurrs with every delivery

We receive monthly deliveries of three gallon bottles of water from ***Each and every month, they stop by our office buildings loading dock to drop off the waterWe know the delivery day but never the timeWhen they deliver the water, they are supposed to pick up our empty bottlesIf we don't return these bottles, we get charged for them until we return themEach and every month, no one calls us to let us know our delivery is hereTherefore, each and every month, my coworker has to go downstairs and carry up three gallon jugs of water to our officeThen, I have to call *** and ask them to come to our office again to pick up our empty bottlesWe have a contract with them for water deliveriesThis means, they need to deliver the water to our office, not the loading dock, flights downstairsThis means they have to properly notify us that they are here and we can return out empty bottles to them so we are not chargesI have spoken to them every month for

I am making complaint due to the confusing billing issues I am experiencingMy account was overcharged for a water delivery I did not receiveOn my January 22, bill I was credited on 1/5/for the overbilling in the amount of The company then issued a refund to my credit card as a charge on my bill of that I had to payback as a chargeI am confused by this practice as it appears I never received a credit for the overbilling since I had to pay it back as a charge to my account

I have been ordering bottled water for almost years When they changed their name from Poland Spring to Ready Refresh their service became bad I don't know if the name change is because of new ownership, but their on-time services are deplorable For the past four months my water delivery date has been changed without notification, thus causing me to waste a whole day waiting for a delivery that is not coming I am years old, not in the best of health, and every day that I have to sit around is not good for me
